Dr Nina is a Functional and Integrative Medicine Doctor who is passionate about working with women to improve their health and wellbeing across the core areas of gut health, hormones and mental health. She also specialises in supporting women through primary and secondary breast cancer. As a breast cancer survivor herself, she is passionate and dedicated in supporting other women through and beyond diagnosis and treatment.
In addition to training in science and medicine at the University of Cambridge, she has 10 years of experience in holistic healthcare and additional, in-depth training in Functional and Integrative Medicine, nutrition, herbal medicine, yoga and mindfulness.
She works 1-1 with clients at Synthesis Clinic and also offers online programmes for women who want to empower themselves to take control of their health and wellbeing.
With that in mind, she also created Nourish Support Connect, which is the UK’s first online integrative breast cancer support programme. Its aim is to empower women with high quality evidence-based practical information during treatment and recovery.
She also offers professional mentoring to Integrative and Functional Medicine doctors, nutrition professionals and naturopaths seeking to offer an effective science-based yet holistic approach in their own practices.
