May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show his favor and give you his peace. Numbers six, verses 24 through 26, read in the New Living Translation.
This simple prayer is something that I pray over myself, that I pray over my friends. And I am asking the Lord to bless them, to bless them in whatever way they need to be blessed. At different times in our lives, we need different types of blessings. Sometimes we need a financial blessing. Sometimes we need an emotional blessing.
Sometimes we need a blessing of stability. Sometimes we need a blessing of love. And so whatever you have been praying for, I'm asking the Lord to bless you. Bless you with what you need. You've been asking to be blessed with and to protect you, to put a hedge of protection around you, to block anything that is in the spiritual realm.
in the physical realm, in the emotional realm from getting to you. Protection, the Lord is always protecting you. When we feel like we're being attacked by the enemy, just know that the things that are getting through, those things are getting through because sometimes God needs us to go through.
Pruning a little fire to show that he is there with us To show how strong we are to see how much we have healed

And when I think about the current attacks that the enemy is lodging on me and I see how much I have healed, how a few years ago these things would have taken me down, they would have broken me, but the Lord is protecting me.
The next verse says, may the Lord smile on you. Smile on me. When the Lord is smiling on me, that means he is well pleased with me. He is happy with me. I am his amazing child. And he is happy with what he sees, with what he hears, with what I am doing. And he is gracious unto me.
He is ensuring that I am covered with his grace. That.

The battles that I am fighting, I am still doing so with grace.
And the last verse says, the Lord show his favor and give me his peace.
Favor is not something that we earn. Favor is something that is given. And so that favor means that as we are being attacked, as things are happening, it could have been worse. It could have been worse. And when we see that light, when we see a thing off in the distance that is giving us a little glimmer of hope,
us the Lord's favor and that is where our peace lies. We have peace because we know that we are favored by our God that He created us for such a time as this.

that his grace, his mercy is sufficient for us. So I will pray this over you again. May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show his favor and give you his peace.
