The Crimean War was a conflict fought between the Russian Empire against an alliance of French, British, Ottoman and Sardinian troops. The war broke out in the autumn of 1853. We talk about the soldier's from Bristol who took part in this historic event, thomas Tudor and Anthony Wilder, as well as hear first hand accounts of that fatal charge.
