Shownotes
We gave the most powerful eye in the human body a number that puts it in third place — and then wondered why we can't see clearly. Mental Reset breaks down why the heart was always the first eye, not the third. Every ancient civilization that left images behind put the sun, the morning stars, and the eye of consciousness at the center of the heart — not the forehead. Watered down culture filtered that out and handed you a replacement that starts counting at one instead of zero. Your emotions, your feelings, your instincts about what's right and what's wrong — all of it originates in the heart. That's not spiritual language. That's the actual mechanics of how you move through the world. And once you understand why Mental brought up the heart in the very first minute of this show, everything that came before it lands differently.
Takeaways:
- The third eye isn't third — calling it third places it behind two other eyes in importance, which is the opposite of what ancient civilizations understood
- The heart is the zero eye — the origin point of consciousness, emotion, and discernment that predates and supersedes the physical eyes
- Ancient artifacts and civilizations consistently placed the sun and morning stars in alignment with the heart, not the forehead
- Watered down culture deliberately obscured this by renumbering what was always first and making it feel like a bonus upgrade instead of your foundation
- Everything in this episode traces back to the heart — that's why Mental opened there before saying anything else
