Today's guest is Peter Timothy Brown (also known as “Tim"), Learning and Development Professional.
He began his career in 2000 as Retail Sales Consultant in the Northern California Market. He has held various positions in his 20 years with AT&T including Retail Sales Manager, Sr. Training Manager Delivery, Lead Training Manager, Performance Leader, Regional Associate Director, and Associate Director Training Delivery.
Tim is currently in transition looking for new opportunities to leverage his experience in Learning and Employee Development. At AT&T, he was responsible for the delivery of training to employees of the AT&T Consumer Call Center and Retail Organizations. He played a key role in shaping and enhancing the Retail and Call Center organizations. His responsibilities included identifying and determining the best approach to meet training delivery needs; developing and maintaining client relationships; and coaching and developing his team of managers. Overall, Tim’s primary mission is to deliver an extraordinary experience in the classroom that will deliver an extraordinary experience for your customers.
Tim holds a History Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an active member in his church, has a real estate business, and volunteers in his neighborhood association. His hobbies include singing, attending sporting events, travel, and fitness.
