Your brain is designed to survive, not create. Our "default context" of mere survival will dictate our lives unless we take control of our schedules, our movements, and our thoughts to move beyond survival and move into the realm of creating true beauty.
In this episode with Josselyne, we discuss the nuanced differences between creating your life vs. merely dealing with life. One indicates a person has control, or is leading their life; the other suggests life is leading them.
We also share stories and anecdotes that illustrate the need for compassion toward all beings. I'm sure you'll be enriched by listening in!
In this interview with Josselyne, you'll discover:
-Moving from being "man hungry" to becoming a thought leader in the realm of spirituality and consciousness...01:30
-Limits on human potential illustrated through a story involving fleas (yes, those tiny bugs on dogs)...04:40
-Shifting from a mindset of "management" to "creation" regarding your life...09:00
-Acting from vision illustrated...14:30
-The foundation of becoming "unmessablewith"...16:50

"I have been leading transformative programs and coaching people for more than 30 years. I have worked with, and impacted over 200,000 people directly in the areas of business and career, relationships and family, communication and self-expression, fulfilling vision, resolving conflict and overall “well” being.
Since 2008, as the founder of the non-profit organization, United Global Shift, I have worked with leaders from more than 20 countries. (and counting).
For the past three and a half decades, I have had the opportunity to coach and collaborate with a diverse group of people, including executives, celebrities, stay-at-home mothers, victims of trauma, those in professional transition, community activists, pop stars, composers, neuroscientists, philosophers, athletes, Broadway, TV and Film personalities, thought-leaders, and CEOs.
Regardless of their differences in life experience and professional stature, each person, in my view, shares a common goal: to be expressed, valued, and experience being able to make a difference and actually fulfill their vision no matter what challenges life throws at them.
In my work with both individuals and organizations, I have had the honor of guiding many people through the empowering process of becoming “Unmessablewith”.
The work I do with people integrates creativity, vision, integrity, action and results, along with revealing unconscious blocks that create “messablewith” moments.
Working with me and my methodology, allows people to create sustainable, positive behavioral change-- this true transformation, enables people to ongoingly create the life of their dreams and actually live it, NOW.
In 1993, my pop group Boy Krazy fulfilled my lifelong dream when our debut single, "That’s What Love Can Do", knocked Whitney Houston’s "I Will Always Love You" out of the #1 spot on the Billboard Top 40 Charts. This is when we joined the ranks of the Beatles and Elvis Presley as artists whose debut single went #1, truly a dream come true.
I was one of 24 people in the world to lead Advanced Programs for Landmark Worldwide for more than 30 years, (Landmark Worldwide is a personal and professional growth, training and development company focusing on people achieving success, fulfillment and greatness.) and as a spokesperson for Landmark Worldwide I have been featured in Fast Company, Investors Business Daily, New York Magazine, Time Magazine, Huffington Post, New York Times, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, More Magazine, The Wall Street Journal as well as dozens of television, radio and online outlets that include, NBC, ABC, CBS, The Unstoppable Entrepreneur Show and Inc Radio.
As the CEO and Founder of JHA Management, (a talent management company, whose mission is to create a team of people who are empowered and in action, fulfilling their dreams and making a real difference in the world), I have worked with thousands of actors over 25 years, to empower them to create the career of their dreams.
I have helped raise over 90 million dollars for various non-profits over the last 30 years, as well as trained others in fundraising.
In my one-on- one coaching practice, I have worked with individuals, executives, companies, unions, and families to empower them to resolve conflicts, create vision, as well as impact their performance, satisfaction, fulfillment and results.
I am the author of several books including Peace Promises: 30 Days to a more peaceful life, The Promise Effect: How to create a life that wasn't going to happen anyway, and "So You Wanna Be A New York Actor: The New York Actors Guide To The Career Of Their Dreams While Paying The Rent".
I have been with my husband Michael for more than 28 years and we have raised our three children in New York City. In 28 years, we have had 5 fights. Yes 5. That result is directly correlated to the principles of the work that I do with people, resulting not only in being “Unmessablewith” as an individual, but also in, and as, your relationship, your family, your company, your community and a Global Citizen."
