Speaker:Do you know there are some foods that if you eat it will boost
Speaker:your erection within just a few weeks. Now, in the last episode,
Speaker:I talked about what nitric oxide is and how it helps. And nitric
Speaker:oxide is a gas, and it can open up blood vessel to help you with
Speaker:more blood flow and therefore a better erection. It is also an
Speaker:antiinflammatory as well, but there are certain food that will
Speaker:actually have more nitrate in it than other foods. So let's dive
Speaker:into that.
Speaker:Okay. Because today we're going to make you into a chef. We're
Speaker:going to talk about things that you're going to go to the
Speaker:grocery store for, and all these food are going to be on the
Speaker:peripheral part of the grocery store, and they're all fresh,
Speaker:and they're all part of the Mediterranean diet. So check out

Speaker:all these foods are all part of the Mediterranean diet and also

Speaker:Number one, green leafy vegetables are high in nitric
Speaker:oxide. Well, it comes in nitrate, then your body will
Speaker:make it into nitric oxide. Number one, arugula the highest
Speaker:nitrate content among vegetable, and that is why our nitric oxide
Speaker:supplement is made from arugula extract. The second vegetable is
Speaker:spinach. I love spinach. Spinach is full of nitric oxide. Number
Speaker:three is kale. I love kale also. Swiss chard and lettuce, bok
Speaker:choy, cabbage, mustard green and chicory. Eat these in raw
Speaker:because it has the highest nitrate. That's why I love
Speaker:making it to a smoothie. We'll talk a little bit more on
Speaker:preparation and how you can preserve the high nitrate
Speaker:content of these vegetables. Number two is beet and beetroot
Speaker:juice, because these can improve blood flow with its high nitrate
Speaker:content. Celery, carrots and broccoli, radishes, parsley,
Speaker:kohlrabi, cauliflower. Number four is garlic. I love garlic. I
Speaker:put garlic in mostly everything I eat. Number five is
Speaker:watermelon, my favorite fruit that are high in nitric oxide.
Speaker:Number six is nuts and seeds, such as walnut, almond, pecan,
Speaker:chia seed. Those are very good and they're very tasty.
Speaker:Sometimes I eat this alone as an afternoon a snack. Number seven
Speaker:is dark chocolate. Make sure it's about 70% dark chocolate,
Speaker:because dark chocolate has high nitric oxide levels. Number
Speaker:eight is citrus fruits and pomegranate. Pomegranate has
Speaker:been used to increase the sexualities of kings and queens
Speaker:in the past. One of my favorite is to watch regency and
Speaker:historical movies, and I hear they reference pomegranate all
Speaker:the time. Number nine is eat more lean meat just like fatty
Speaker:fish such as salmon and seafood and chicken. So these foods high
Speaker:in nitric oxide.
Speaker:Okay, Modern Man, you are not alone and you don't have to

Speaker:So let's talk about how you can prepare it to preserve the
Speaker:highest nitrate content, you can get the best nitric oxide
Speaker:content. Well eaten raw as much as possible. Or Steaming is
Speaker:prefer to cooking, avoid boiling, because when you boil
Speaker:it, you will lose the nitrate content. But you can actually
Speaker:saute it. When you saute it actually will preserve the
Speaker:nitrate content as well. Blending and juicing, awesome,
Speaker:especially in this raw state, the best thing you can do.
Speaker:Something you can also do with pickling and fermentation, like
Speaker:sauerkraut as well. Can preserve and even enhance this nitrate
Speaker:bioavailability. Avoid prolonged soaking, because that can lose
Speaker:its nitrate content as well. So you want to avoid prolonged
Speaker:soaking and boiling. Steaming, eating it raw, juicing it is
Speaker:good. Saute and stir fry is also good as well too.
Speaker:So I hope that you enjoyed this episode on how you can go in the
Speaker:kitchen and prepare the nutrient, food and vegetables,
Speaker:which will go a long way in boosting your erection, raising
Speaker:your nitric oxide level. And then also taking your nitric
Speaker:oxide supplements such as this as well, and all this is gonna
Speaker:decrease inflammation and help with increasing blood flow, Not
Speaker:only to your sexual organ, but everywhere, enhancing memory,
Speaker:increasing your immunity, as well as overall general health.
Speaker:And it also help lower your blood pressure as well too. And
Speaker:so when you're taking this monitor your blood pressure, and
Speaker:you may be surprised if your blood pressure goes down, and
Speaker:you have to discuss with your doctor first to see if you can
Speaker:adjust your medication. So food is medicine, guys. And this you

Speaker:So having said that, go to the kitchen, go to the market, and
Speaker:get the nitric oxide rich foods. And so just know that you can
