Welcome to Podcasting for Consultants, a show that shares what you need to know in order to start a podcast that helps you grow your consulting business. Whether you're an independent or running a larger consulting firm, this show will give you the path to launching a podcast that builds brand awareness and generates leads. I'm your host, Jonathan Baillie Strong, founder of Spotlight Podcasting, a podcast production service specifically created to help consultants and B2B service providers strategically network and connect with their ideal clients through interview podcasting. So I actually started and I've spent a large part of my career as a technology consultant and have gone on to work with some of the biggest shows in the industry. I'll be covering everything you need to know, starting off with whether launching a podcast even makes sense for your consulting business first of all, before moving on to what equipment you'll need, what format will work best and so much more. Basically giving you all the tricks of the trade I picked up from working in the space over the last decade or so. We'll be starting off with solo episodes that will guide you through starting a show and eventually interviewing other consultants who will be sharing the successes they've seen with their own shows.
