Jake Evans left the game against Calgary with an upper-body injury. Andrew Hammond was placed on injured reserve with a lower-body injury. Cayden Primeau was recalled from Laval. Goaltender Michael McNiven was traded to the Calgary Flames for future considerations.

• Habs news and notes: The Bell Centre returns to full capacity on March 12th. Vaccine passports will no longer be required for fans attending games. Masks are required.
