People get overwrought thinking about... thinking! The number of times I've been told "I'm a great over-thinker", as if it were something to be proud of, is so far from amazing... because it's normal!
Your mental agility, right here, today, will enable you do and say the right things. Muddled-mindedness will cloud everything today.
But that's only the start of it because, if you don't adopt a mental fitness regime, you're also damaging your longterm mental health.
