In this episode, Wayne Robinson, editor of Print21, talks with Kellie Northwood, CEO of the Real Media Collective (TRMC) about the upcoming intended merger of TRMC and The Print and Visual Communications Association (PVCA), of which Kellie will become the CEO.

We start off by discussing the process required for the merger, then we look at the benefits that a united voice will bring to its members, as well as what it promises for the print industry’s channels to Government. We then get an insight into the merged association's future strategy, and its active campaigns.

We discuss the expected challenges the industry will face in the coming years, and how the public perceives print's environmental credentials. We consider the relationship between Australia Post and the print industry, and how they are able to maintain a positive and professional alliance.

The discussion then moves onto Kellie’s journey, and the factors that motivate her to continue to fight for the print industry.

We wrap up by looking into the changes in the industry, what printers can do to overcome the slump caused by Covid and the merged association's first presentation, which will beat PacPrint.
