This week we have Graham Dern on the podcast. Graham is a musician and producer based in Austin, TX. Working with artists and creators in multiple fields, he has written and produced music for film, spoken word, guided meditations, and podcasts. As a solo musician, he creates and releases music spanning multiple genres.
In this episode, Graham and Joe dive into their recent experimentation with “dopamine detoxing” and the power of learning to regulate your nervous system. Then Graham dives into his journey over the last couple years and how he found his way to Austin making music and working with some of his favorite people. Graham and Joe also explore the power of discomfort and how the Universe responds when we move beyond the familiar and step into the unknown.
You can hear some of Graham’s music both in the middle and at the end of this episode!
