Who You Are in Christ

Today, we’ll look to God’s Word for some encouragement, especially regarding how our faith helps us love God. We see this truth at the beginning of 1 Peter 1:8, where it says:

Whom having not seen you love (agape). Though now you do not see Him, yet believing (faith), you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory – 1 Peter 1:8.

But how does our faith aid us in loving the Lord whom we have not seen with our eyes nor touched with our hands? How does our faith cement His character into our minds and emotions to the point we forsake all and cling only to Him?
