Michale, share with us your background and what got you into that poor condition in the first place – at age 16?
And you went another 15 or 16 years before making the changes that, basically, saved your life. What was your life like at that time, say around age 30 or so?
How long did the transformation take for you? How fast did you begin to see positive results?
What was it about that program that made you think, “I can do this?”
Reece, what were you doing during this time frame as far as your health?
I saw the documents on your website about your propensity to have bone fractures at age 31 and then again at age 51. Share with our listeners the difference in those medical statements, 20 years apart…
How do you help people that reach out to you? What is the process for onboarding them into your system?
What are the top three ways you help them to achieve their goals?
You believe you can help them to achieve their goals, let’s say weight loss, in 90 days and keep it off for life?
