The last year of the month, the month of Elul, has two primary services: (i) Correct our mistakes of the last year, and (ii) Prepare for the upcoming year.
Both these services are hinted to in the very name of the month: Elul, and on the dimensions, that of the Tzemach Tzedek, and that of the Rebbe's father, Rabbi Levi Yitzchom Schneerson
