At the end of the day, a boss’s job is to guide a team to achieve results, right? So what should every manager, entrepreneur and business leader be focused on to help their business scale? In this episode, I provide three focuses that I believe you should have on your mind when you are building a team.

If given the right attention, these three things will help you build trusting relationships with your employees, leaving them bought into your mission and standards and excited to work together as a collective unit towards your goals.
