This is one of those things that took an unexpected, but pleasant turn as we sat in front of the mics and just let the word vomit flow. After boiling everything down, this is a conversation about trust and letting things unfold. When you trust an someone enough to hire them, you are saying to them, that you understand that they possess the ability to carry out the essential functions of a job and you will allow them do just that.
