How many times have you gone through the hiring process, only to be disappointed with the results? Perhaps youโ€™ve hired someone who wasnโ€™t a good fit for the job.

If so, youโ€™re not alone. In fact, itโ€™s happened to all of us. Weโ€™ve hired someone- whether itโ€™s an employee or a virtual assistant- and weโ€™re excited to have them on board. But then, we quickly discover that they donโ€™t really know what theyโ€™re doing or maybe they donโ€™t take direction well.

The good news is that there are ways to improve your chances of finding the right employees that at least take directions well.

One way to do this is to make sure that there is a secret word in the job post.
