How many times have you gone through the hiring process, only to be disappointed with the results? Perhaps youโve hired someone who wasnโt a good fit for the job.
If so, youโre not alone. In fact, itโs happened to all of us. Weโve hired someone- whether itโs an employee or a virtual assistant- and weโre excited to have them on board. But then, we quickly discover that they donโt really know what theyโre doing or maybe they donโt take direction well.
The good news is that there are ways to improve your chances of finding the right employees that at least take directions well.
One way to do this is to make sure that there is a secret word in the job post.
