Crises are like those surprise pop quizzes we never studied for—they hit us out of nowhere and shake up our lives in ways we never expected. But hey, today we're diving into why these challenging moments actually have a purpose: they’re designed to realign us with our life’s blueprint! I’m ready to spill the beans on how crises can serve as loud wake-up calls, nudging us back on track when we start drifting away from our original goals. Along the way, I’ll share a personal story about a furry friend named Nick, who, despite my best efforts to send him packing, kept coming back to guide me through my own crisis. So, if you’ve ever found yourself wondering what the heck a crisis is trying to teach you, grab your favorite snack, kick back, and let’s unravel the cosmic mysteries together!
Life has a funny way of throwing us curveballs, doesn’t it? We’ve all been there, cruising along what we think is our straight path, when suddenly, BAM! A crisis hits, and we’re left wondering what just happened. This episode dives deep into the purpose of these crises, suggesting they're not just random acts of chaos but rather a loud wake-up call from the universe. I shared my personal story of a life-altering bike accident that turned my world upside down. At the time, I felt like a deer in headlights, but looking back, I see how that moment forced me to reevaluate everything—my choices, my emotions, and ultimately, my path. We explore how crises can serve as crucial reminders of our true purpose, helping us realign with the blueprint we set for ourselves before arriving here on Earth. Think of it as the universe's way of saying, 'Hey buddy, you’re veering off course!' So buckle up as we chat about how to recognize these cosmic nudges and use them to steer back toward our intended direction.
Ever had that moment where life just smacks you in the face and you’re left wondering, ‘What on Earth was that all about?’ Well, that’s exactly what we’re unpacking in today’s episode. We’re talking about crises, those often-painful experiences that seem to derail our lives. But what if I told you these moments are actually designed to help us? I shared my own rollercoaster of a story, where a serious bike accident forced me to confront the rage and confusion I had buried deep inside. You know, the kind of rage that you don’t even realize is there until something major happens? It was a huge turning point for me, and I learned that crises are like cosmic alarms, nudging us back to our true path—the one we mapped out before we even got here! So let’s chat about how to recognize these signs, what they might be trying to teach us, and how we can respond positively instead of feeling like we’ve been hit by a freight train.
Have you ever felt completely off track in life, only to be jolted back into reality by a crisis? It’s a wild ride, isn’t it? In this episode, we’re digging into the notion that crises are loud and clear messages from the universe, urging us to realign with our true purpose. I recount a pivotal moment from my life—a bicycle accident that not only left me physically incapacitated but also forced me to face the emotional turmoil I had been ignoring. It’s fascinating how these moments can serve as critical junctions, pushing us to reflect on our choices and the path we’re on. We discuss the importance of tuning into these experiences, recognizing them as opportunities for growth rather than just unfortunate events. Join me as we explore this concept further and share insights on how to navigate through life's rough patches with grace and awareness, embracing the lessons that come from our crises.
Takeaways:
Crises happen in our lives for a reason, and normally its purpose is to draw us back to our timeline. When you came here, you had a plan that you wanted to achieve.
Well, when we get here, things get really distorted and commonly we tend to lose our way. And so a crisis is a really loud call to action.

Speaker A:Tonight we have a special episode about crises and how they put us back in alignment with our blueprint. So I'm wondering, how many of you have experienced a crisis, maybe two, maybe three in your life.
Have you ever wondered what the point of that crisis was?
Was it something that made you stop in your life, re evaluate, change directions, something that was so overwhelmingly provocative that it caused you to route? We're going to talk about crises today and exactly what effect they have on us and why they appear in our lives.
Has anyone experienced such a crisis in their life that really made them wonder, what the heck is this all about? Is there any way that I could have avoided this altogether and not had to go through this awful experience in my life?
Is there any way to reroute this terrible experience I had? Or maybe can I just not do it next time?
So we want to talk about crises and how they impact our lives and what the overall purpose of, of a crisis is. And this can be very frustrating because nobody likes to have a crisis.
Nobody likes to be stopped in their tracks and be completely derailed from what they thought, the path that they were following.
They thought they were headed the right way and all of a sudden it's like the carpet's been swept out from underneath your feet and you're airborne and you have no idea how you're going to land or where you're going to land or what's going to happen. And, and I'm going to give you an example of this very thing that happened to me in my life that did that very thing.
In my book, I describe a story, there's a story about this dog named Nick. And he was a really big German shepherd dog in my life.
And he's a very unique dog because no matter how many times I tried to give him away, he kept coming back. He was not done with me. And he had a very special purpose in my life.
His guide, his name was Oscar and he works through the energy of the lion and the black and tan coon hound. And he is a very patient, loyal, very all knowing, grounded masculine energy.
And he carries our courage and our ability to defend ourselves, look out for ourselves, speak up for ourselves and our, our courage to stand in our own energy. He carries this for us until we are ready. And he just quietly sits next to us.
This, this wonderful dog here just quietly watched while I headed off on the wrong path in my life. Well, I got distracted. I headed off kilter of my path and he just watched. And I made all the wrong choices, including giving him away.
And he twilled, twirled his little wand and he found his way back because he knew that I was going to need him very shortly. He knew what was coming even though I didn't. And I described this story in the book. So this dog was in my life primarily in my way.
Early teens, all the way through high school. He had a very specific message for me that I was not hearing.
And it was about finding my way through all this rage that I was carrying around with me. I didn't know it, I didn't know that I was holding on to all this rage.
Rage around my family, around my environment, where I was living, how I felt powerless in life. And he carried this, he carried me while the rage just buried me down so deep, so far away from my own soul that I didn't even know it was there.
But he knew that it needed to come up in order for me to be myself, in order for me to find myself and to find my path because I was way off my path at that point. So in order for me to find my direction back to my timeline that I had set, that I wanted to maintain, he knew that this needed to happen.
He knew that I needed to find a way to express this rage. But I Didn't even know it was there. So what happened was I had a major crisis in my life. And that crisis is in the book.
What happened was I was on a bicycle ride. Of all the things, my worst nightmare finally happened one day, and I got hit by a car.
And this event sent me into a version of rage that I didn't even see was happening then, like a very quiet rage. And what happened was, as I became so immobilized from. From the.
The accident because my back had fractured when I got hit by the car, I couldn't stand, I couldn't walk, I couldn't eat. I was completely dependent on other people. I was in the hospital for several days.
And what it provided for me was this decoding or unveiling of all this rage that was pent up inside me.
And I didn't even know it, because as I was feeling so unempowered, feeling so victimized and unable to do anything I wanted to do, I began to feel this rage just boil up inside of me. And it began to just seep out, out of my pores, because I fought it. I didn't even want to know it was there.
Even though it was trying to show itself to me. I fought it. Because that's what I have been taught to do my whole life, is to suppress those emotions, suppress all of those feelings.
Don't let them show. Don't even acknowledge that you have them. Pretend it's not there. And so that's what I was trying to do.
But this rage had its way with me, and it exploded out of me. And I was there on a hospital gurney, and I couldn't run from the rage, which is typically what I would do as a teenager, is to just run away.
So I had to face it. And throughout this experience, I did learn a few things.
And the experience itself caused me to take a look at the path that I was on and where I really wanted to go. Was this the right path for me? Had I missed something?
And that it also helped me to look at my emotions again, to acknowledge them, although I didn't. I wasn't able to do that, do that to any significant depth at that point in my life.
Not like I do now, but it did sort of unleash the beast so that I could at least identify it. So that was the starting point for me. And that was the gift that Oscar brought me that day. That was the gift that he wanted to share with me.
I couldn't see it at the time. I just thought, woe is me. I'M right here in the middle of my college career and all of a sudden everything's changed.
I may not be able to go to school because I can't sit up for three months. I may not ever be able to get back on my bike because the doctor says I can't ride my bike for six months.
And I wasn't even sure if I was going to be able to enroll in that semester's courses because I, if I can't sit, then I can't drive the, the three hours to get to school and I can't sit in class and yada yada, yada. So all of a sudden my life is changing. So this crisis really forced me. It was just like an explosion.
It just throws all the chips up in the air and you're just wondering where are they going to fall? What am I going to be able to, to do? I can see a lot of things here that I can't do. What will I be able to do?
Is this going to have any long term effect on my life or is it just going to be a passing ship in my life? At the point of the crisis, you don't know these answers.
You're just in a moment of panic trying to get through the crisis and, and you just don't know the answers. You don't know what the future holds for you. Everything could change. And what would happen if everything did change? How bad would that be?
Those are some of the thoughts that you have running through your head when you're having this crisis. In this moment of panic, what were you supposed to learn from it? Or was it a matter of someone else making a mistake?
Maybe you felt like it didn't have a message for you. You were just the victim of someone else's mistake or the victim of someone else's bad day. Yeah, that's possible too, isn't it?
Oscar wants to teach you about this crisis is that crises happen in our lives for a reason. And normally it's purpose is to draw us back to our timeline. And that's what we're talking about today. Your blueprint, your timeline, your blueprint.
It's that plan that you had when you came here. You had a plan that you wanted to achieve, you had goals that you wanted to achieve while you were here.
And you had a general plan for how you are going to do all that. Well, when we get here, things get really distorted and confusing and commonly we tend to lose our way, go off in another direction.
We get distracted, we get turned around, we get confused and we forget why we're here. And so a crisis is a really loud call to action. It means, hello, you have forgotten why you came here.
You're about to go the wrong way down a one way street. And its purpose is to bring you back to your primary blueprint, your primary direction that you intended to go.
Because if you keep going the direction you are going, you're going to get so far away, you're not going to make it, you're going to miss the ship.
So these chapters, these bookmarks will say, these bookmarks were set up as a reminder for, for you to redirect, for you to change your course, for you to find your way back to the direction, the itinerary that you set before you got here.
So depending on, number one, how well you listen, number two, how far off track you are, and number three, how willing you are to follow that guidance and to make those changes will determine how loud your message is. In my book, you can see the messages getting louder and louder and louder. So I had missed the subtle messages from Oscar, from my dog Nick.
And I wasn't getting the clue, I wasn't catching on, I wasn't answering the phone. And they had to get really creative and find something that would get my attention.
And since I constantly worried about getting hit by a car, this was a great opportunity, this was a great option for them to use to get my attention. Not only because it was something I feared a lot, but also because it required me to be still and have no other choice but to listen.
You see how that works? The crisis will disable us enough that the only thing we can do is listen.
So we get to a point of desperation where we're like, tell me how to get out of this because I don't like this. And then you're ready to listen, then you're ready to receive. Until you are ready to receive, to absorb, to hear it.
No matter what anybody does to try and help you, it won't work. So you have to get to that point where you're desperate enough that you're ready to make a change.
No matter what I have to do, I want to get out of this uncomfortable situation, right? So if you've had a crisis like that, then you definitely know firsthand how it feels.
If we're not listening to the message and we're not integrating the learning that's meant by the message, by the crisis, then we just keep having one crisis after another. And that's, that's the trap that you want to avoid. Because what ends up happening is they'll get louder and louder and louder.
And that's when the bigger crisis come in. That's when the bigger disasters happen to. In order to really get your attention. Just like I described, the more.
The more disabled or immobilized you are, the more powerful the message. Because all. The only thing you can do at that point is listen. That was what the message was. When Oscar was in my life, Nick was in my life.
He was bringing that message to me, bless his heart. Even though I tried to get rid of him and give him away, he kept coming back because he knew that I needed him.
And he was still in my life at that point, only because he brought himself back, not because I decided to keep him, but he found his way back to me because he's. That he was that creative and that determined. Howling at the Moon is a.
Is a platform where I share the channeled messages from the canine spirit guides, the canine spirit guides that are right about in my book. And they are here to help humanity heal through energetic healing. And I channel that energetic healing to my clients and to my students in my groups.
And this is my available platform for people to experience the guides for themselves. Because what I do is I channel in their beautiful frequency and sometimes their upgrades. Like tonight, Oscar is going to be giving us a gift.
And so that's what we do on this show, Howling at the Moon with the canine guides. So howling at the Moon is something very obscure that the canines do. And we as humans don't necessarily understand that.
And that's what this show does.
That's what we do here is we talk about obscure things that we don't necessarily understand yet they probably have a very profound meaning behind them. And it's our job as human beings to unravel the mystery and understand the true inner workings of an event or a function or.
Or a thought or a feeling. You name it. Like, there's so many options that we could talk about.
But tonight we're talking about how crisis really brings us back into alignment with our blueprint.
And that's a hard pill to swallow when we realize that we're having a crisis because we're not listening to our higher selves, we're not listening to our guides. We're not listening to the clues that we've left ourselves, the bread crumbs to help show us the way along our path.
That we need such a big message that it causes a disruption in our sense of security. Sometimes we get really panicked when we're frantic about our safety about tomorrow, about how is this going to end up.
We just don't know what the future holds. And that's part of the lesson is being able to find the calm in the chaos.
And that's also, in my book, that's also something that comes up quite frequently in my private sessions, is being able to find the calm in the chaos. All right, well, we have an offering from Öskar. I don't know how many of you have experienced Oscar yet. Öskar is a.
A really calm, fatherly, protective energy. So when he comes in, I kind of just feel really grounded and looked after, like, like a fatherly figure.
And he just brings us beautiful energy that's kind of like. It's, it's. It's kind of like a blanket, but it's like a. It's like a comforting blanket. Like someone just wraps this warm blanket around you.
So we're going to be working with him tonight. I'm going to bring him into the room and he has a special upgrade for everybody.
And let's see, he called it, he's is calling it the barricade bulldozer. It. This frequency is going to disintegrate barriers to your blueprint. So when you're holding conflict in your energetic field, no matter what it is.
So it could be the rage that I described, it could be resistance, own resistance to seeing what you need to see. It could be, well, just, it could be anything.
So without getting into each one of you energetic field, I really can't even tell you what, what all is possible because each time I work with him, I find something new. But. So what he's offering to give you is an energetic frequency so that this will be easily broken up for you and it won't be such a.
A barrier between you and your. Your own divine soul.
So your higher self speaking to you so you can hear your messages better and you won't get to that point where you need the crisis to get your attention. So he's going to gift you this frequency and it's kind of like an upgrade, a energetic upgrade so that things will be easier for you.
