Heidi’s sense of style, grace, confidence, and appreciation of life is crystal clear as I sat in her elegantly furnished home and conducted the podcast. A seven-year resident of Tokyo, Heidi Regent, has made a mark in the ex-pat community as the President of the TAC Connections, contributing to enriching the experiences of many ex-pats in “a home away from home.” As she shared her thoughts on being a wife, a mother, a teacher, and various interests, I am inspired by her acute self-awareness.
