The Lord Scott returns with another riveting episode of Shot and Shield. Scott catches up on a bunch of email, and is joined by Dr. Chris Brice to answer a specific email and have some fun with hypothetical history. Scott introduces his first "Scott-A-Torial" on the subject of shipping, handling and tariff costs. There is also of review of the 1898 Minitures line of Spanish American War figurines and finally a salute to Guissepi Garibaldi.
