Finding success on LinkedIn in 2018 is a bit different trying to find success on LinkedIn as we move into 2021.

So much has changed, more users, more content, dwell time, that frigging algorithm everyone blames.

However, one guy seems to have it figured out.

Meet Jonathan Palmar, the Chief Experience Officer at Shay Rowbottom Marketing who I had the pleasure of speaking with on the show.

A short, fat kid who was bullied as a child which led to a serious lack of confidence – he took some inspiration from the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, and The Rock – he became a wrestler after hitting a growth spurt.

Today, at 6’ 2” Jon isn’t someone I’d mess with in a dark alley.
