I always like to see how quickly

we can cover our time zones.

11

All right.

14

We got California, Washington, Florida,

Houston, Ohio, Maryland, Michigan,

15

Oregon, Illinois, Brooklyn.

23

27

:

Hello.

28

:

We're gonna give folks one more moment

and then we're gonna get started.

34

:

We have so many good things

happening here today.

35

:

Um, some good bonuses, but mostly just

some really great guidance that I want

36

:

to equip you with as you head into 2026.

37

:

Um, hey, Scott from Seattle,

Bloomington, Indiana.

38

:

Hi, Emily.

:

40

:

Big week for, uh, our IU fans.

41

:

Thought it was fun.

42

:

Uh, Amanda from Ontario.

43

:

Hello.

44

:

Awesome.

45

:

Yeah, we got some IU

fans in the, in the chat.

46

:

I love that.

47

:

All right.

48

:

Um, will you guys do a thumbs up or give

me something if you can see my screen?

49

:

Okay.

50

:

Last time I did this presentation,

I shared the wrong screen, which.

51

:

Whoops, that happens.

52

:

Uh, but if you can see and hear

me, will you give me some sort

53

:

of indication That all is well.

54

:

Amazing.

55

:

Alrighty.

56

:

Thank you.

57

:

Um, one thing to know, we are

joined here by, uh, Monica, who

58

:

is a confident copy coach of ours.

59

:

Um, she is hanging out in the chat.

60

:

Um, if you need a link to something,

that kind of thing, she's around.

61

:

Thank you for those thumbs up y'all.

62

:

Um, alright, let's get into it.

63

:

We have lots of good, um, teaching

and other folks will certainly

64

:

be making their way in as we go.

65

:

Now, like we said, say hello in the chat.

66

:

You guys have understood the assignment

to let us know where you're joining from.

67

:

So happy that you are here.

68

:

Um, if we haven't met yet, um, hopefully

we have, but if not, hi, I'm Anna.

69

:

Hi, I'm Anna.

70

:

Um, I am a Colorado native.

71

:

Uh, so our Colorado friends.

72

:

Hello.

73

:

Uh, but I am based in

Nashville, Tennessee.

74

:

I am a mom of two with,

uh, third on the way.

75

:

So working on, uh, cooking

that, that third one.

76

:

Um, I have an m an avid reader

and audiobook consumer, especially

77

:

while walking at the track.

78

:

And I do love to bake on the weekends.

79

:

So a couple fun things to know about me.

80

:

That is not why you're here.

81

:

You are here because I am a

marketing coach who believes

82

:

that the work you do matters.

83

:

And I am obsessed.

84

:

I mean, like I lay awake at night thinking

about how to help you see results so

85

:

you can do more of that important work.

86

:

Do you understand me?

87

:

Like I think what you do.

88

:

Is critical that you are impacting

your clients and your clients' lives,

89

:

and ultimately your communities.

90

:

If I can help you do more of

that in any way, then I have,

91

:

I've done what I wanna do, okay?

92

:

At this point, I've helped over 5,000

clinicians in our paid programs and

93

:

services, 5,000, isn't that wild?

94

:

Uh, gain confidence in their marketing

and bring in full fee RightFit

95

:

clients into their practices.

96

:

I am committed to empowering

clinicians like you to market

97

:

yourself and to get results in a way

that feels good and is true to you.

98

:

Okay, so that's a little bit about me.

99

:

If we haven't had the chance to meet,

I know we do have some folks who heard

100

:

about us from a friend or a colleague,

and I'm so thrilled you're here.

101

:

Thank you for all of your

congratulations in the chat as well.

102

:

Now, before we start, I really wanna

encourage you like, this is one hour

103

:

of your year and it really can't change

the trajectory of it, so I really

104

:

encourage you to give yourself that hour.

105

:

Okay?

106

:

Close other tabs.

107

:

Maybe pull up your

workbook if you've got it.

108

:

But other than that,

close your other tabs.

109

:

Put that phone on Do not disturb.

110

:

I haven't done that yet.

111

:

Done.

112

:

Stay present.

113

:

Engage with us.

114

:

Be here with us.

115

:

Okay?

116

:

Give your practice and yourself this hour.

117

:

Now, how to engage.

118

:

Like I said, you guys are already

understanding the assignment.

119

:

Ask questions in the chat.

120

:

Share the light bulb moments.

121

:

Tell us what you're noticing

in your own practice.

122

:

Your insight matters.

123

:

You are the boots on the ground

seeing what's happening, right?

124

:

And don't forget to stay till the end.

125

:

We are gonna keep this to an hour.

126

:

I'm gonna keep an eye on that clock,

just like you do in your sessions.

127

:

Uh, we are giving away a free Squarespace

website template, a VIP copy review,

128

:

and 50% discount on confident copy to

three folks that are here at the end.

129

:

There's also a fast action bonus

you're not gonna wanna miss.

130

:

I'm really excited about it.

131

:

So let's get started.

132

:

Let's get a lay of the land one.

133

:

Do you have a website yet?

134

:

Two.

135

:

If you do, what's your

biggest challenge with it?

136

:

Will you tell me in the chat?

137

:

If you've got a website,

if you don't give us a no.

138

:

And if you do, what's

your biggest challenge?

139

:

SEO says Ariel.

140

:

Mm-hmm.

141

:

Conversion.

142

:

Don't have one yet.

143

:

Okay.

144

:

Get no clients.

145

:

Don't have one yet.

146

:

Not converting, ranking on Google.

147

:

Oh, it's overwhelming.

148

:

To even think about making one

biggest challenge is conversion.

149

:

We're gonna talk a lot

about conversion today.

150

:

You are in the right spot.

151

:

Awesome.

152

:

No link for people to schedule.

153

:

Struggling to make updates.

154

:

You're on like a, a difficult platform.

155

:

Maybe unsure how to know if it's working.

156

:

Hello?

157

:

Is this even doing what I need?

158

:

Uh, get lots of hits, but

from, um, blog posts and states

159

:

that you're not licensed in.

160

:

Don't know what to do.

161

:

Woo.

162

:

Can be overwhelming.

163

:

Getting seen.

164

:

Conversion.

165

:

I'm a designer and can't

design my own site.

166

:

Perfectionism, I understand that.

167

:

Absolutely.

168

:

Bilingual.

169

:

Okay.

170

:

Editing a simple practice website.

171

:

So you've got one, but like, is

it doing what you need to do?

172

:

We're gonna chat about that here today.

173

:

Okay.

174

:

Really helpful.

175

:

Now, tell me if this part sounds like

you, when it comes to your marketing.

176

:

One, you want to attract full

fee clients, but your site

177

:

doesn't feel like it's helping.

178

:

It sounds like some of you

would fall into that camp.

179

:

Two, really curious on this one,

you've tried templates or ai,

180

:

but nothing sounds like you.

181

:

Or three, you're in a saturated area.

182

:

It feels like there's a therapist

on every corner and you feel

183

:

like you're blending in.

184

:

Which one describes where

you're at right now?

185

:

1, 2, 3, right?

186

:

Lots of ones.

187

:

Threes, some twos, three.

188

:

Big time.

189

:

All right.

190

:

If you identify as being in a

saturated market, this is the reality.

191

:

All of them one's, for sure.

192

:

Okay.

193

:

Absolutely.

194

:

All right.

195

:

Yeah.

196

:

Okay.

197

:

Really good to get at the lay of the land.

198

:

I always wanna make sure,

you know, I, I do this.

199

:

In real time, like I have slides,

but I'm also chatting with you.

200

:

So it's important for me to know this

so I can really make sure I tailor

201

:

what I'm talking about here to you.

202

:

Mm.

203

:

Saturated area.

204

:

But my expertise isn't

coming across Tammy.

205

:

You're not alone in that.

206

:

Okay?

207

:

Now I want you to know, uh, one of the

cool things about this presentation

208

:

right here is I'm sharing the most

up to date data we got from our state

209

:

of the industry survey last month.

210

:

Um, so today I'm not

sharing all of that data.

211

:

We'll share that all later.

212

:

But, um, some of the key things,

uh, that I want you to know and to

213

:

equip you as you go into 2026, and

one of them is that if it feels like

214

:

marketing is harder right now, you're

not imagining it, you are not alone.

215

:

58% of clinicians who, uh, who

for whom:

216

:

year said they felt it was harder

to get clients in years past.

217

:

Okay?

218

:

Alright.

219

:

Things are different.

220

:

Things are different.

221

:

Let's name it, let's acknowledge it.

222

:

And yet.

223

:

What else did we see?

224

:

The revenue for all solo

practices, especially those

225

:

full fee and still growing.

226

:

So if you are full fee and still growing

revenue was up over 10%, up to 17% in

227

:

some demographics, conversion rates.

228

:

So when people reach out and

become a paying client, those

229

:

conversion rates are up over 10%.

230

:

The number of clinicians planning to

depa increased 84%, which is one of

231

:

the most mind blowing stats I saw.

232

:

More and more clinicians are motivated

to get off of insurance panels and

233

:

most fully booked therapists are

making at least 105 K annually.

234

:

Far upwards from there,

but at least that much.

235

:

Alright, so that tells me that success is

still possible, but it's the way that you

236

:

get there that's different, and that's

what we're talking about here today.

237

:

Okay?

238

:

Now, when it comes to attracting

premium fee clients in this market.

239

:

Guess what?

240

:

Your website has the power to

make or break that success.

241

:

Legitimately, what we saw in

the data is that therapists

242

:

whose websites produce clients.

243

:

So if you're here right now and you're

like, I have one, but it's not making

244

:

clients, if we can change that, you

are two times more than two times

245

:

as likely to have a full caseload.

246

:

Okay?

247

:

It's huge.

248

:

This is the benchmark, but why?

249

:

Why does your website

actually matter so much?

250

:

Because no matter what you're doing

to market yourself, going to doctor's

251

:

offices, talking to other therapists,

posting on social media, dancing on

252

:

TikTok, posting in directory psych

today, and all of the niche ones, talking

253

:

with your friend or your dentist, okay?

254

:

Doing interviews, Google, the whole

SEO thing, all of these things,

255

:

all the things everyone's telling

you to do to market your practice,

256

:

they all lead back to your website.

257

:

And so if your website is not

doing its job, the center of this.

258

:

Nothing else that you're

doing can either, right?

259

:

So what I wanna be talking about today

and what you're really gonna walk

260

:

away with one, the number one shift

that's gonna turn a nice website.

261

:

So if someone who's like, I have

one into one that is capable of

262

:

booking clients at $200 plus a

session, the shocking conversion gap.

263

:

I saw that word a lot that opened

up last year and what fully booked

264

:

therapists are doing differently now.

265

:

The secret to keeping

variety in your caseload.

266

:

Are you someone who loves

multiple kinds of clients?

267

:

Here's the secret to keeping that

variety and still standing out right now.

268

:

'cause I know some of you're like that.

269

:

Yes, I'm seeing some yeses in the

chat and why outsourcing your copy to

270

:

ai, sorry, could be literally costing

you clients and what to do instead.

271

:

Chat GBT is not the enemy,

but we have to be careful.

272

:

We're gonna talk about that

today in this workshop.

273

:

I want to show you how to turn

your practice website, that

274

:

center of your marketing universe

into a client conversion engine.

275

:

One that actually does

the heavy lifting for you.

276

:

Because what would it mean, and the

other things I've actually heard from

277

:

from my students, what would it mean

if you started hearing the ping of

278

:

a new consultation being scheduled

while you're making dinner, or in the

279

:

school pickup line or on vacation?

280

:

Seeing that come through while you're

busy doing other things, reducing your

281

:

number of weekly sessions, which is a

trend we saw that people are wanting

282

:

while increasing your monthly revenue.

283

:

How nice would that be?

284

:

Or checking emails between sessions

and seeing ones that say, I know

285

:

you're the therapist I wanna work with.

286

:

I'm ready to get started.

287

:

What would it mean?

288

:

Right?

289

:

It'd be huge.

290

:

I've helped hundreds of clinicians

experience these sweet moments and every

291

:

single time it started with their website.

292

:

Like Monica, Monica's a really cool story.

293

:

A student of ours that just graduated

last year when I first met her, she had

294

:

made the decision to depa, I'm going

to get off of insurance panels, but

295

:

the decision felt incredibly risky.

296

:

Can anyone identify with that?

297

:

Right?

298

:

She'd filled really quickly with

insurance clients and she was

299

:

worried, as she said, the bottom

would drop out if she took the leap.

300

:

Not only that, but she didn't know how to

use her website to communicate her niche

301

:

or why clients were gonna choose her.

302

:

She actually told me it was

like a rambling Oscar acceptance

303

:

speech when she tried to do that.

304

:

When like they play the music

and try and get you off stage.

305

:

She couldn't figure out how to do it.

306

:

Maybe you can relate, maybe you feel

nervous about the jump to full fee,

307

:

and I want you to know if you choose

to take insurance and you're looking

308

:

for a hybrid practice, amazing.

309

:

You're welcome here as well.

310

:

Maybe you're realizing you

don't know how to communicate.

311

:

What makes you different from

everyone else who said that they

312

:

were in a saturated market, right?

313

:

Maybe you wonder if it's even possible

to build a full fee practice right

314

:

now, because a lot of the people out

there, they say it's harder than ever.

315

:

Maybe you're sitting there now.

316

:

Monica felt all of those things, but she

knew in order to make this change, she had

317

:

to uplevel her website, so she spent time

figuring out how to clearly talk about her

318

:

work, how to create a website that would

help those right fit full fee, just ugh.

319

:

Best clients realize that she

had something special to offer.

320

:

Monica officially depa

in August of last year.

321

:

Guess what we heard in September,

she'd had her first 10 K month

322

:

in private practice ever.

323

:

She told us that she had left the

insurance panels, dropped her final

324

:

ones, lost 25% of her caseload,

and have almost completely refilled

325

:

with full fee great fit clients.

326

:

She said, here's the part I've seen in

this group, but hadn't experienced yet.

327

:

The prospective clients were saying,

I really connected with what you wrote

328

:

in my website, and even repeating

the exact phrasing back to me.

329

:

She said that learning to nail her

niche, build an ideal client profile

330

:

and speak directly to those folks,

have been absolute game changers.

331

:

All because she decided to focus

on that center of her marketing

332

:

universe and then grow from there.

333

:

Now, one concept I want you to be

really clear on as we get into these

334

:

four mistakes is the client's journey.

335

:

Okay?

336

:

There are three phases your

clients go through when deciding

337

:

whether or not you're the

therapies they're gonna look at.

338

:

'cause guess or they're gonna work with

'cause guess what they're looking at.

339

:

Lots of other therapists.

340

:

We know that like seven, 10, maybe more.

341

:

Why do they choose you?

342

:

Well, they go through these phases.

343

:

First, they realize they need support.

344

:

I probably should talk

to someone about this.

345

:

They have no idea you exist.

346

:

They have no idea any

other therapist exists yet.

347

:

They just know they need help.

348

:

Then they research therapists, so

they figure out you are out there.

349

:

That doesn't mean that they

choose you as as their therapist.

350

:

It's only when they get to that final

stage of choosing you that you've

351

:

actually secured them as a client.

352

:

So your clients are

moving through this phase.

353

:

Now, most therapists just focus on

this first phase, realizing people need

354

:

support and knowing that they exist.

355

:

Getting to that research phase,

but this the latter phase.

356

:

This is how you stand out.

357

:

This is how they choose your tab and not

one of the other 10 they have open of

358

:

different therapist websites or profiles.

359

:

That's what we wanna focus on because the

fact is clients in:

360

:

They are different than they used to be.

361

:

They are more discerning.

362

:

They can sniff out BS in

ways they didn't use to.

363

:

Right?

364

:

They are more skeptical.

365

:

We all are, understandably,

it's healthy right now.

366

:

We have to be skeptical and

therefore they're entering into

367

:

this journey of finding a, finding

a therapist with that skepticism.

368

:

And they're more inundated with

choices, not just choices of therapists.

369

:

If you go on psych today and

you have 16 pages to scroll

370

:

through, but other things, right?

371

:

I could talk to chat GPT, hopefully not.

372

:

Uh, I could scroll through a carousel

that an Instagram psychologist posted.

373

:

I've got other things I could choose from.

374

:

So.

375

:

That's why I'm doing this workshop

today because too many wonderful,

376

:

deeply skilled therapists, which I'm

sure you are if you're here right now,

377

:

are getting passed over, but when you

can learn a different way of doing

378

:

things, I believe, because I've seen

that your practice can transform.

379

:

Okay?

380

:

Now, if I just sum up what I'm

hearing from you that you want,

381

:

you want a full caseload, but you

want that caseload to feel good.

382

:

Is that right?

383

:

Like a full feel good caseload?

384

:

Does that kind of summarize

what it is that you want?

385

:

All right, see some yeses for sure.

386

:

Now, to get there, we help you

build what's called the client

387

:

conversion engine, and there

are three pieces to that engine.

388

:

The first is your confident

identity, and we have to have

389

:

all three of these in place.

390

:

If one is missing, the engine can't run.

391

:

Okay?

392

:

So confident identity is who knowing

who you are in order to confidently

393

:

put yourself out there, if you don't

know this piece, you can do all

394

:

the things and spin all the wheels.

395

:

It's not gonna go anywhere.

396

:

Okay?

397

:

Then there's what we

call confident presence.

398

:

This is putting yourself out

there in a way that people can

399

:

connect to and take action with.

400

:

It's one thing to know it's another

to make that available and clear.

401

:

And then finally, there's what

we call confident connection.

402

:

That's getting out there and making

sure people know you exist so

403

:

you can drive back to the engine.

404

:

The engine can turn and

it can take you places.

405

:

The clients can come from it, okay?

406

:

That client conversion engine is

what leads to that full fee caseload,

407

:

that full feel good caseload.

408

:

Now this is exactly what we do in

Confident Copy every single day.

409

:

Doors to CC are opening today

at the end of the workshop.

410

:

If you didn't know, now, you know, and

those who join us are gonna get that

411

:

proven framework for creating this engine,

for standing out in the skeptical market

412

:

for identifying the niche that sets you

apart, even if you like variety, right?

413

:

And turning your website into

that client conversion machine.

414

:

Everyone that's joining today

also gets the bonus I mentioned

415

:

that I'll be diving into later.

416

:

Um, and we will chat more about this.

417

:

If you're wanting to know more though,

if this has got your curiosity peak,

418

:

do you wanna do a little research?

419

:

Just drop cc into the chat.

420

:

And Monica, if you don't mind

just dropping the, the page

421

:

for confident copy there.

422

:

But this is what we want for you.

423

:

Now, today we're gonna be looking

specifically at confident presence

424

:

because this is how you're going to

be distinguishing yourself and being

425

:

chosen from the other nine tabs.

426

:

Okay?

427

:

When you imagine your client's experience.

428

:

So let's get into it.

429

:

Let's walk through the four biggest

mistakes that are holding therapists

430

:

back right now and what to do instead.

431

:

Let me take a quick water break first.

432

:

You know what's interesting is what we saw

in the data in the state of the industry

433

:

is not that therapists like aren't doing

stuff that used to kind of be the issue.

434

:

These days.

435

:

People are out doing things.

436

:

It's not effort, it's not

intent, but it's alignment.

437

:

Okay?

438

:

So the mistakes we're seeing are where

misalignment is showing up most often.

439

:

Okay.

440

:

So mistake number one, you're

trying not to box your box yourself

441

:

in, 'cause that feels scary.

442

:

And then guess what?

443

:

You end up sounding vague and forgettable,

and we cannot afford that right now.

444

:

Okay?

445

:

So you help a range of people, you

like different types of clients,

446

:

but you're unsure how to say

that without sounding scattered.

447

:

You're afraid.

448

:

Can you identify with this?

449

:

You're afraid you're gonna lose out

on clients if you get too specific,

450

:

but I could serve them, but I could

work with clients, but I do like X,

451

:

Y, Z, but you also don't wanna let go

of the populations you enjoy, right?

452

:

You don't want to choose a niche

and forsake work that likes you up.

453

:

So in order to do that, you keep

your language broad so you can

454

:

stay open to them, unfortunately,

instead of sounding flexible.

455

:

You sound, you sound generic.

456

:

What was interesting in our state

of the industry survey is that

457

:

pretty much everyone has a niche.

458

:

Almost everyone says, yes, I have a niche,

but even the therapists who feel stuck,

459

:

who don't rate themselves effectively.

460

:

It, they, they, they know their niche.

461

:

So the issue to me isn't that they

don't know who they help, it's that

462

:

they're not communicating it clearly to

the client on the decision making end.

463

:

That's where this mistake comes in.

464

:

So what does this look like?

465

:

How do you know if you're

making this mistake?

466

:

Your website says something like, I

help teens, adults, and couples with

467

:

anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

468

:

Okay, what don't you do?

469

:

It would be a shorter

list to list that, right?

470

:

Or laundry lists of so-called

specialties that actually just water

471

:

down what you're especially good at.

472

:

Or generic headers like start

feeling better today or you

473

:

don't have to do this alone.

474

:

And quite frankly, website copy that

could belong to any other therapist.

475

:

That's kind of my like gut check.

476

:

If I copied and paste this, put on another

website, would it be true of them too?

477

:

We've probably got an issue then.

478

:

Okay.

479

:

So I'm curious, I'm seeing some folks

say this, but do you struggle with this?

480

:

Like what are, and, and if so,

what are some of the different

481

:

types of clients you enjoy?

482

:

So if you like different types of clients.

483

:

Who are they?

484

:

And, and what, what's the,

what's the struggle there?

485

:

Anxious.

486

:

Overthinker.

487

:

Overthinkers.

488

:

Career counseling.

489

:

Life transitions.

490

:

Healthcare professionals who

have That's one of my favorites.

491

:

Female doctors.

492

:

Ooh, Ariel and Katie.

493

:

You guys need to connect.

494

:

Perfectionists, para parents.

495

:

OCD, panic, academics, social

justice workers, travelers, people

496

:

of color, curious creatives.

497

:

Love lgbtq plus.

498

:

And performing artists,

veterans, but also anxious.

499

:

Was that anxious?

500

:

A DHD.

501

:

Girlies.

502

:

I love that.

503

:

Narcissistic abuse survivors.

504

:

Women navigating infertility, pregnant

loss, and pregnancy after loss.

505

:

So close to my heart.

506

:

Awesome.

507

:

Alright.

508

:

You guys know who you want

to be talking to, okay?

509

:

And for those of you who like different

types of things, I want to tell you

510

:

that there is a way to speak to them.

511

:

But if you are making this mistake,

if you are trying not to box

512

:

yourself in, then you blend in with

every other generalist out there.

513

:

And that right now is a

very expensive decision.

514

:

Okay?

515

:

Your website visitors leave confused

and unsure if they're a good fit.

516

:

I don't know if this is the

right therapist for me or not.

517

:

Potential clients don't view you as

an expert in their problems, and we

518

:

know right now that people are valuing

expertise in ways they never used to.

519

:

They're looking for an

expert and a specialist.

520

:

If you're making this mistake,

they don't view you that way.

521

:

Even if you are, which is what?

522

:

Oh, that's what bothers me.

523

:

That's what I wanna change.

524

:

You don't communicate anything that sets

you apart from the other 10 therapists.

525

:

The other 10 tabs they don't know.

526

:

The clients you do get

aren't actually a good fit.

527

:

It's great to get a new client.

528

:

It is draining when you know that they

are not their best fit for you, right?

529

:

Taking on people because you feel

like you need them instead of

530

:

being truly, truly lit up by it.

531

:

And when you make this mistake, people

are more likely to price shop or

532

:

ghost you because you don't stand out.

533

:

You aren't being memorable, and they

aren't compelled to stick around.

534

:

I don't want that for you.

535

:

You need a niche that gives you the space

to breathe and enjoy the breadth of the

536

:

work that you do and helps you stand out.

537

:

And there is a way to do that.

538

:

That means language that clients

see and can immediately relate to.

539

:

That means a way to speak to multiple

client types without sounding scattered.

540

:

There is a way to do that.

541

:

There is an art and a science.

542

:

I would love to teach that to you.

543

:

And clear positioning that

sets you apart from every other

544

:

anxiety and trauma therapist.

545

:

'cause other people can serve this

client, they can probably serve them well.

546

:

But you do something special.

547

:

You do something different.

548

:

There's a reason, the right tr,

the right client chooses you.

549

:

We gotta figure out what that is and we

got to insert that into your marketing.

550

:

Our signature niching system.

551

:

This art and science will help you

identify what we call that red thread that

552

:

allows you to enjoy variety and articulate

your unique focus clearly and confidently.

553

:

But it is never cookie cutter

advice because you aren't

554

:

a cookie cutter clinician.

555

:

Your therapy isn't cookie cutter, so

you get personalized support on your

556

:

specific areas of interest and what's

gonna set you apart in this market.

557

:

Quinn, I see you here in the chat.

558

:

Look at you.

559

:

You're on the, you're on the screen.

560

:

Quinn told us, I'm able to be much more

concise when networking and I see it

561

:

pay off when people are able to clearly

remember my niche and refer clients to me.

562

:

Critical right now, to be memorable

in your networking, I feel

563

:

much better work life balance.

564

:

I'm attracting clients that are an

ideal fit and has reignited what

565

:

makes me feel passionate about

this work in the first place.

566

:

It feels refreshing and rejuvenating

after coming from a place of burnout.

567

:

Quinn happier here and so

thrilled to hear that from you.

568

:

Kyrie told us, I feel so much more

confident when I speak about my work

569

:

in non-formal marketing settings,

which these days is everything, right?

570

:

Your, your work is showing up everywhere.

571

:

Whether it's a masseuse I use or fellow

therapist I'm friends with, I have the

572

:

language now and people ask me for cards.

573

:

Not dish out cards.

574

:

People are asking for them because

they're interested and because

575

:

Kyrie's communicating herself clearly.

576

:

Jenny told us straight up, her whole team

redid their niches using our approach,

577

:

and everyone saw an uptick in referrals.

578

:

So group practice owners, this applies

to you two, and we have a unique

579

:

process just for group practice owners.

580

:

All right, so that's our first mistake.

581

:

Mistake number two.

582

:

You're treating your site like a business

card, not like a client conversion engine.

583

:

Not like the engine it

needs to be now in:

584

:

Hi Piper.

585

:

The strongest separator we saw between

therapists who are effective in their

586

:

marketing, who rated themselves high

and effective and those who aren't,

587

:

was not their use of social media.

588

:

It was not SEO, it was

not their networking.

589

:

It was like I mentioned earlier,

whether or not their website converted.

590

:

If their website converted,

they were often confident and

591

:

had the results to back it up.

592

:

Like I mentioned, you're over two times

more likely to have a full caseload if

593

:

you get clients through your website.

594

:

So if you're not doing that, if your

website is just out there like a business

595

:

card, then we are missing things.

596

:

Now what does this look like?

597

:

You focus mostly on how your website

looks, colors, logo, headshots,

598

:

fonts, all the fun things.

599

:

I'm a designer.

600

:

I love that stuff.

601

:

I love that stuff.

602

:

I'd say stay there all day.

603

:

That's not the thing that's

actually driving conversions.

604

:

Fundamentally, one to three page

websites, our simple practice website

605

:

folks, it's better than nothing.

606

:

It's not enough in this market.

607

:

It's just not enough in this market.

608

:

No clear process or call to action

inviting clients to take the next step.

609

:

This is something some client, some

people just sort of forget or don't

610

:

realize they're doing, when in

fact, I don't know what I should do.

611

:

When I'm seeing your, your website,

I don't know what the next step is.

612

:

We're missing an

opportunity for conversion.

613

:

Low or zero contact form submissions

despite getting traffic to the site.

614

:

So if you look at your analytics,

you're seeing eyeballs, but you're

615

:

not getting inquiries that tells

us there may be an issue and a

616

:

drop off in that conversion system.

617

:

Okay.

618

:

When you make this mistake,

you are leaving conversions on

619

:

the table every single week.

620

:

That's not to say every single eyeball

that hits your website is the right fit.

621

:

No, of course not.

622

:

And it should be blessing and

releasing those who are not.

623

:

Right.

624

:

But we should be seeing traction.

625

:

It means missed opportunities from ideal

clients who would have reached out, which

626

:

is like painful to think about, right?

627

:

That an ideal client was on your

website and didn't reach out

628

:

because it wasn't clear to them.

629

:

Low, ROI on everything else you're

doing in your marketing, the

630

:

networking, the directories, the

local marketing efforts, they're

631

:

visiting, but they're not contacting.

632

:

Or a site that by all accounts feels

nice but doesn't book sessions.

633

:

Is this something you guys see?

634

:

It looks like I am seeing some yeses.

635

:

Yeah.

636

:

For sure.

637

:

Yep.

638

:

Definitely some agreement.

639

:

Big yes.

640

:

From Erin.

641

:

Yeah.

642

:

Yeah.

643

:

I want you to actually

get results from the site.

644

:

There's nothing better than seeing that

contact form submission come through

645

:

in your email or a simple practice

scheduling of a, of a consultation.

646

:

That's what we want for you.

647

:

You need your website to act like

the conversion engine one that

648

:

consistently guides clients toward

action, helps them see themselves

649

:

and invites them to do something.

650

:

That means a site structure that is

built to convert, not just exist.

651

:

This is so much more than

checking a box right now.

652

:

Your website has the power to drive

conversions or not content that leads

653

:

visitors from skimming, hmm, to interest.

654

:

My interest is peaked to inquiry.

655

:

I actually wanna talk to you a plan

for what each page is doing and why.

656

:

That's why we've gotta go move beyond

these one to three page websites.

657

:

We have to have a serious intention and

strategy behind every single one, and

658

:

we need those strong calls to action

to help the right people take the

659

:

next step, obvious, but often missed.

660

:

We'll show you in Confident copy how

to structure your website to create

661

:

the journey that leads from RightFit

clients from interest to inquiry Over

662

:

and over again, we walk you through

a proven page by page strategy.

663

:

Every page your website has a different

job to do, and we're gonna walk

664

:

you through that tailored to your

unique niche, your practice setup.

665

:

We're gonna show you how to

choose what makes sense for you,

666

:

and you're gonna learn exactly

what to say and where to say it.

667

:

Armed with the formulas, the

examples of real life sites that

668

:

are converting RightFit clients.

669

:

Right now we have examples from sites that

we actually know are producing results.

670

:

Plus the beauty of this is you get

feedback on your site structure

671

:

so that you're never guessing.

672

:

You can ask, is this

the right move for me?

673

:

The end result is a website that actually

does the heavy lifting for your practice.

674

:

Jen told us recently, my new copy,

including via my site today profile, has

675

:

been attracting clients and generating

comments like, you are exactly who I

676

:

was looking for and when I read about

your specialty, I was so excited.

677

:

How cool would that be if people

told you they were excited

678

:

after they saw your website?

679

:

That's what I want for you.

680

:

Nothing feels better than

that, or Parker told us.

681

:

I booked three initial consultations

in one day with folks who

682

:

seemed like ideal clients.

683

:

One told me, I love your website.

684

:

When I saw your site, I stopped

engaging with the other therapists.

685

:

I reach out to the other 10 tabs.

686

:

Right.

687

:

That was because your site conveyed

that you were speaking the very

688

:

intimate language that I only really

get to use with my friends who really

689

:

understand what it's like to be me.

690

:

This person felt so seen.

691

:

Parker said, thank you so much for helping

me learn to arrange my copy in a way

692

:

that keeps people reading so they know

I'm exactly who they're looking for.

693

:

That's the power of a website that

acts like a conversion engine for you.

694

:

Alright, mistake number three.

695

:

Your marketing sounds nice.

696

:

You sound nice, but not an expert.

697

:

Worth $200 a session.

698

:

This is hard 'cause you probably are nice.

699

:

You're a therapist,

hopefully you are right.

700

:

You come across as caring.

701

:

Sure.

702

:

But not someone who commands premium fees.

703

:

And there's a difference these days.

704

:

You can't deny your warmth or compassion.

705

:

I bet you do show up to room, to

the room with those things, but

706

:

you're not positioned as someone

clients trust enough to invest in.

707

:

They're paying for more than warmth

and compassion in this market.

708

:

What does it look like when

you're making this mistake?

709

:

A website that centers you and your

approach, primarily not the client.

710

:

My approach is warm and client centered.

711

:

Okay.

712

:

And vague phrases like, I'm here to

support you in your healing journey.

713

:

A lack of defined specialties or focus

areas, a focus on branding and vibe.

714

:

More on that visuals again, instead of

substance or a general tone that's just

715

:

kind of passive and easy to scroll past.

716

:

Nothing grabs the attention.

717

:

And that's not to say that you

need to be, uh, you know, having

718

:

bright colors and swear words on

your website to capture attention.

719

:

You can do this in an incredibly

genuine and warm way, but it's

720

:

different than just centering what

it is that you bring to the room.

721

:

Because at the end of the day, warmth

alone won't command 200 plus a a session.

722

:

This matters more than ever in 2026,

'cause we're seeing that private

723

:

pay fees are actually rising.

724

:

You guys are raising your rates

even faster than inflation,

725

:

but only for therapists whose

expertise is clearly communicated.

726

:

Warmth is expected.

727

:

It's the baseline.

728

:

Clarity and specificity are what are

earning trust and buy-in right now.

729

:

Okay.

730

:

Clients, when this happens, don't

see you as different or better than

731

:

the next therapist on the list.

732

:

And of course, sometimes another

therapist is a better fit.

733

:

Absolutely, let's bless and release.

734

:

But if you are the right fit, I want them

to know or you get a lot of visitors.

735

:

But again, very few conversions.

736

:

Sometimes this can be the issue.

737

:

So it's not necessarily the conversion

issue in mistake number two, but

738

:

instead how people are perceiving you.

739

:

Maybe consults ask you if you specialize

in their issue rather than already showing

740

:

up, knowing do you do couples work?

741

:

You're like, yeah, I do couples work.

742

:

I thought I said it everywhere.

743

:

But they're not seeing you

as that expert or full fee.

744

:

Clients are hesitating to reach out

because they're not as confident

745

:

that you are the one I want, that

you are the one experience for you.

746

:

To combat this mistake, you really need

a website that's built to cultivate

747

:

both authority and connection.

748

:

It is not to say you just need to be

commanding premium fees at the expense

749

:

of warmth, but instead in addition to it.

750

:

That means marketing that is both

deeply human and highly trustworthy.

751

:

There's a way to be both.

752

:

You don't have to do one at

the expense of the other.

753

:

Enough clarity and credibility

that clients search engines.

754

:

Even ai, recognize your expertise, right?

755

:

Because that's actually what's

ranking right now is your ability

756

:

to be authoritative and client

friendly, strong, specific language

757

:

that signals premium value.

758

:

Confidence.

759

:

It's that intangible in how

you describe your work on your

760

:

site in your consults and your

networking conversations and beyond.

761

:

You've gotta have both of these pieces.

762

:

Now, we show you how to exert

that expertise without losing you.

763

:

Remember when I told you way back in

the beginning when I was introducing

764

:

myself, I want you to be effective.

765

:

I want you to get results.

766

:

I want you to have a full fee, feel good

caseload in a way that feels good to

767

:

you, and not in a way that feels slimy

or salesy, but in a way that is true.

768

:

A way where it feels like an

extension of you and of what a client

769

:

would get in the room with you.

770

:

So we're gonna show you a proven

step-by-step framework for your home

771

:

about specialty method, intensive

supervision, all the pages, not

772

:

just what to say, but why and how.

773

:

All of these are also guided by

SEO best practices and proven

774

:

private pay approaches, things we've

actually seen work in the market.

775

:

Okay.

776

:

Sean told us it's been a breath of

fresh air to speak with clients who

777

:

fit, whom I've been writing for.

778

:

So Sean was putting it out there and

actually hearing from clients that fit

779

:

that bill and I'm showing that I have

the chops to bring in clientele in the

780

:

last six weeks, four clients fitting the

niches I've written copy for, found me.

781

:

It's very clear that the

steps I've taken are working.

782

:

I'm stoked.

783

:

Amazing.

784

:

Alright, this last one, we can't talk

about:

785

:

It matters right now.

786

:

We have to be mindful of it.

787

:

It's a great tool.

788

:

You can get clients from it.

789

:

So many opportunities here.

790

:

But mistake number four that I'm

seeing more and more rampantly is that

791

:

you're relying on AI or templates or

reversed engineered copy and it shows.

792

:

So I wanna pause here.

793

:

Do you use chat GBT or other

tools for your marketing?

794

:

It's okay if you do.

795

:

I do.

796

:

Got a couple nos.

797

:

Okay.

798

:

We got some big nos.

799

:

We got some yeses.

800

:

Okay.

801

:

Absolutely.

802

:

Yep.

803

:

Absolutely.

804

:

Okay.

805

:

All right.

806

:

We got some.

807

:

I would say we're maybe 60 40 here.

808

:

Sometimes.

809

:

I'm scared it'll atrophy my brain.

810

:

Katie, that's actually

something to be mindful of.

811

:

Um, sometimes.

812

:

Okay, that's okay.

813

:

Cha g, BT and AI are powerful tools,

but this mistake I see show up when

814

:

you've tried the plug and play guides.

815

:

When you go to chat GPT and you ask for it

to help you with your website or rewrite

816

:

this, you peek at other therapist's

websites and you become very inspired and

817

:

end up accidentally reverse engineering

what you think is working there.

818

:

But the final result still doesn't

sound like you and it's not bringing

819

:

in the clients that you want.

820

:

Right?

821

:

What does it look like

when you're doing this?

822

:

Headlines that sound just like your

colleagues accidentally or otherwise?

823

:

It could go somewhere else.

824

:

Phrases like safe space and healing

journey that say nothing specific, or some

825

:

of the chat GPT giveaways, like quietly.

826

:

Quietly drives me nuts.

827

:

Judge loves that one copy.

828

:

That is fine.

829

:

By all accounts.

830

:

That's the thing.

831

:

It's fine.

832

:

It fits the bill.

833

:

You, there's nothing fundamentally

wrong with it, but it doesn't

834

:

actually feel or sound like you.

835

:

And when your clients are more

discerning than they've ever been,

836

:

when they're trying to sniff out

whether or not this was written

837

:

by a robot, it has to be human.

838

:

We can't just be fine, we've gotta be

human, we've gotta be excellent here.

839

:

Or an overuse of cliches,

stereotypical metaphors, you

840

:

know, we've all seen those happen.

841

:

It's like the, the, yeah.

842

:

Safe space.

843

:

That's a great example, Samantha.

844

:

Um, that's, that's another,

yeah, another good one.

845

:

So the result here is you're not showing

clients why they should choose you.

846

:

You're just spitting out or regurgitating

something you saw elsewhere.

847

:

Like I said, powerful tool.

848

:

We love ai.

849

:

I'm actually gonna tell you about how

we've, uh, continued to leverage it.

850

:

But we gotta be careful because

there are certain things AI can do

851

:

for you, and there's certain things

AI can't, and it cannot replace you.

852

:

When you make this mistake, you

fade into the crowd of therapists

853

:

who are saying the same thing.

854

:

Okay?

855

:

Your marketing feels like Groundhog

Day to prospective clients,

856

:

which increases their skepticism.

857

:

Oh, this sounds sort of like

that other website, huh?

858

:

I'm not so sure about that.

859

:

We cannot afford to be increasing

skepticism in your marketing.

860

:

It's only creating friction

where we need to be.

861

:

Smoothing things over your site does

not spark trust, urgency or connection.

862

:

It's fine.

863

:

It's fine, but it's not doing what it

needs to in really moving people forward.

864

:

You attract fewer inquiries or ones

that don't feel like a great fit.

865

:

Again, taking on clients because you

have to, not because you want to, or you

866

:

waste time editing copy that was never

rooted in your voice to begin with.

867

:

This is one of the best, or it's one

of the worst things of going to AI and

868

:

asking it to write for you, and all

of a sudden you sit there and you're

869

:

like, okay, maybe I wouldn't say that

when they, maybe I wouldn't say that,

870

:

but the end product is something you

never would've said either, right?

871

:

That's the challenge here.

872

:

You need a website that sounds

like you and does it its job.

873

:

And if you're watching this

workshop right now and you're

874

:

being like, Anna, what does work?

875

:

This, this list, these

lists are what works.

876

:

A clear voice that balances

your warmth with your authority.

877

:

Again, there's a way to do both copy that

feels natural while still being strategic.

878

:

There are giveaways.

879

:

You guys are talking about M dashes

in the chat, which you can p you can

880

:

pry that outta my cold dead hands.

881

:

I love the M dash, but there are giveaways

if you're using these, these tools, right?

882

:

We need it to feel natural,

but it can still be strategic.

883

:

We need it to do its job language

that connects with clients and signals

884

:

expertise to both those search engines

and AI positioning that reflects

885

:

your unique style voice and values.

886

:

Do you wanna do you wanna know

one of the only ways you can

887

:

communicate your unique style voice

and values is if you know them.

888

:

Your marketing starts with a deep

knowledge of you and what you bring to

889

:

the table and why you are the right fit

for some clients and not right for others.

890

:

And then it's about infusing

that into your marketing and a

891

:

site that feels aligned with you

and differentiated from others.

892

:

There's something special you bring.

893

:

We gotta figure out what that is.

894

:

We gotta highlight that

in your marketing now.

895

:

We are gonna help you cultivate

and develop your own voice, right?

896

:

Confident Copy is designed to cultivate

that voice rather than just fill in the

897

:

blank templates that used to cut it.

898

:

In this market, it doesn't.

899

:

And so instead, we equip you

with honing that yourself and

900

:

then using it with intention.

901

:

Now we provide frameworks deeply,

deeply, specific frameworks that

902

:

support finding your own voice rather

than just filling in the blanks.

903

:

You're gonna get real feedback on your

writing as well if you join for the

904

:

supported version, not just templates

or theory, along with a hundred plus

905

:

examples, so you can actually see

how other therapists are doing it.

906

:

They're there for inspiration, not

duplication, but it can be really

907

:

helpful to see what other people are

doing, how they're structuring it to get

908

:

inspiration as you use your own voice.

909

:

Taylor told us that she had tried

DY DIYing, her website, psych

910

:

Today page, even about marketing

courses, but nothing was working.

911

:

She said Confident copy was different

'cause it wasn't just fluff,

912

:

it gave her an actual strategy.

913

:

She said, you don't have to have

it all figured out where you start.

914

:

If you guys don't know your niche

right now, you don't know your voice.

915

:

That's what we help you figure out.

916

:

This program will help you get there.

917

:

I knew you'd help me get a good

website, but I didn't expect to learn

918

:

so much about myself as a clinician.

919

:

It's one of the most common

things I hear from our students.

920

:

I went and open-minded and your

program met me right there.

921

:

Now I love what I do, or

Stephanie said I could have never

922

:

found these words on my own.

923

:

I walked away with amazing copy that

I'm so thrilled to share with the world.

924

:

I feel like I finally found

the words that describe what I

925

:

do and I practice is full now.

926

:

It's awesome.

927

:

Alright, so we went through our four

mistakes here and I'm curious which

928

:

of these mistakes hit home for you?

929

:

One, you're trying not to box

yourself in and you end up

930

:

sounding vague and forgettable.

931

:

So the client who's the, you know,

therapist who's like kind of afraid of.

932

:

The niche.

933

:

Fomo.

934

:

Maybe you treat your site like a business

card, not a client conversion engine.

935

:

I'm seeing some ones.

936

:

Yeah, twos three.

937

:

Your marketing sounds

nice, but not an expert.

938

:

Worth 200 or relying on AI templates.

939

:

Reversed engineered copy.

940

:

Alright.

941

:

Seeing lots of ones, twos and threes.

942

:

Couple fours?

943

:

Mm-hmm.

944

:

Yeah.

945

:

Awesome.

946

:

Okay, so definitely

resonate, resonating here.

947

:

Now one other bonus, and this is something

I think is especially prevalent because

948

:

of the use of AI and the availability

is you think you can just go to these

949

:

tools, but you're doing it alone.

950

:

And therefore, like some of

you said at the beginning, you

951

:

have no idea if it's working.

952

:

You are like, I, I have the website.

953

:

Is it doing what I need to?

954

:

I'm not sure.

955

:

Right?

956

:

So you end up tweaking and

rewriting and refreshing your

957

:

analytics every single day.

958

:

Open it up and see how many people

visited yesterday kind of thing.

959

:

And you're wondering what needs

to change, but it's impossible

960

:

to know what's helping or what is

silently killing your conversions.

961

:

And you had no idea.

962

:

The fact is that in a market that's

more discerning, when your clients

963

:

are sniffing things out and making

decisions more thoughtfully, these

964

:

small conversion issues, they

compound faster than they used to.

965

:

And then guessing gets

really, really expensive.

966

:

'cause you're sitting there wondering,

well, if we made this change, we made

967

:

this one, maybe that could compound

in a positive direction for you.

968

:

Right?

969

:

That's really why Confident Copy is

as powerful as it is, is 'cause not

970

:

only are, not only are you learning

what to do, but you're getting the

971

:

community, the feedback, the coaching,

to know if you're doing it right.

972

:

That's what's so amazing about the

supported version of this program.

973

:

Bria Bria, did I see you here?

974

:

Bria?

975

:

It's so fun to see confident

coffee students here.

976

:

We don't actually like actively,

um, market this to them, but I

977

:

love when I get to see 'em anyway.

978

:

Um, but Bria said that this program

has been the best beneficial, um,

979

:

the most beneficial investment

she's made in her practice.

980

:

It's easy to follow so

many ways for support.

981

:

I really can't thank us enough

for professionalism, simplicity,

982

:

and really feeling like you had

great support along the way.

983

:

So amazing.

984

:

Um, and Brita, if you are

here, it's great to see you.

985

:

Um, now this, this fourth mistake or this

fifth bonus mistake of not doing things.

986

:

Alone.

987

:

That's actually why we created this bonus.

988

:

Um, Monica, who is here, uh, in

the webinar, she and I came up

989

:

with this, uh, conversion audit.

990

:

And it's the bonus that we're offering

just to folks that join us today.

991

:

After you launch your new site in

Confident Copy, you can submit it to

992

:

us and then we review it for strategy,

for user experience, and for flow.

993

:

So you get a gut check post-launch.

994

:

Hey, is this doing what it

needs to, is this optimized?

995

:

Is this gonna help people?

996

:

Are we gonna grease the slide right from

people learning about you to inquiring?

997

:

And this bonus is, is available just

for you guys, uh, for the next 48 hours.

998

:

So today we've looked at

a lot of things, right?

999

:

We looked at the biggest website

mistakes that therapists are making

:

00:42:19,050 --> 00:42:22,920

that are keeping them from booking

premium fee clients, all backed by data.

:

00:42:24,180 --> 00:42:27,300

You learned what the most

successful full fee therapists

:

00:42:27,300 --> 00:42:28,860

are doing differently right now.

:

00:42:29,520 --> 00:42:32,850

You saw what needs to happen in order

to stand out in saturated markets,

:

00:42:32,850 --> 00:42:35,310

how to be the one out of all the tabs.

:

00:42:36,390 --> 00:42:40,620

You learned the way your website can

increase trust, decrease skepticism, and

:

00:42:40,620 --> 00:42:43,350

drive conversions from RightFit clients.

:

00:42:44,160 --> 00:42:48,540

You saw how your words determine

whether clients, AI and search

:

00:42:48,540 --> 00:42:50,400

engines view you as an expert.

:

00:42:50,460 --> 00:42:53,460

At the end of the day, your

words drive those decisions.

:

00:42:54,960 --> 00:42:58,200

Now, based on what I've seen from

you guys in the chat, what I know

:

00:42:58,200 --> 00:43:02,370

of clinicians like you, you want to

attract premium fee clients without

:

00:43:02,370 --> 00:43:04,170

selling your soul on social media.

:

00:43:05,400 --> 00:43:08,520

You want a clear client

converting website, not just

:

00:43:08,520 --> 00:43:10,740

another generic template, right?

:

00:43:11,700 --> 00:43:15,270

You felt like your words

aren't doing your work justice.

:

00:43:15,480 --> 00:43:19,259

You know you're a good therapist,

your clients get great outcomes.

:

00:43:19,950 --> 00:43:22,410

You just wanna do more of it, and you

want your marketing to represent that,

:

00:43:22,950 --> 00:43:24,270

and you're ready for that to change.

:

00:43:24,750 --> 00:43:28,080

You want marketing that helps you stand

out in an increasingly saturated area.

:

00:43:28,080 --> 00:43:30,240

The saturation ain't going nowhere, right?

:

00:43:30,720 --> 00:43:32,130

But you know, you've gotta stand out.

:

00:43:33,795 --> 00:43:36,975

You wanna finally feel proud of

how you show up online and off.

:

00:43:36,975 --> 00:43:39,735

There is something to be said

about the confidence that you

:

00:43:39,735 --> 00:43:41,745

bring into your marketing.

:

00:43:41,775 --> 00:43:42,975

Your clients can sniff it out.

:

00:43:43,005 --> 00:43:44,955

We can't measure it, we can't touch it.

:

00:43:45,195 --> 00:43:47,565

But something about knowing

yourself, it matters.

:

00:43:48,405 --> 00:43:50,925

And I really do believe that

it's your time to do this with

:

00:43:50,925 --> 00:43:52,575

a proven step-by-step system.

:

00:43:52,575 --> 00:43:53,865

If that's what you're looking for.

:

00:43:54,555 --> 00:43:56,535

I want you to show up as

the expert that you are.

:

00:43:56,625 --> 00:43:58,395

I believe in your expertise

and in this market.

:

00:43:58,395 --> 00:44:00,735

You've gotta lean into it even

when it's uncomfortable, even

:

00:44:00,735 --> 00:44:01,665

when there's more to learn.

:

00:44:01,665 --> 00:44:05,355

There always is, but you have

the power to transform your

:

00:44:05,355 --> 00:44:08,895

clients' lives, and that expertise

deserves to be in your marketing.

:

00:44:10,365 --> 00:44:13,395

I want you to stop guessing and

start writing and marketing with

:

00:44:13,395 --> 00:44:16,125

strategy instead of wondering

if you're doing it right.

:

00:44:16,575 --> 00:44:19,635

And I want you to finally feel confident

in what your website is saying about you,

:

00:44:19,995 --> 00:44:22,755

that it feels like an extension right now.

:

00:44:22,755 --> 00:44:25,335

Remember, nothing I've shared

with you today is theory.

:

00:44:25,695 --> 00:44:26,625

Or ideas.

:

00:44:27,165 --> 00:44:30,915

I wouldn't sleep well at night if

I was blowing smoke up your skirt.

:

00:44:31,035 --> 00:44:33,285

It's why I've been really real about

the fact that it is harder right now.

:

00:44:33,285 --> 00:44:34,275

Things are different.

:

00:44:35,025 --> 00:44:37,605

These are the things that

therapists have done to achieve

:

00:44:37,725 --> 00:44:40,125

legitimate real life results.

:

00:44:40,155 --> 00:44:42,285

Okay, these are from the last year.

:

00:44:42,345 --> 00:44:45,615

That's important for me to tell you

because I have testimonials from six

:

00:44:45,615 --> 00:44:46,995

years ago that sound really nice.

:

00:44:47,025 --> 00:44:48,285

They're not as realistic right now.

:

00:44:48,705 --> 00:44:51,705

Hey, I've heard another week and

another full private pay client.

:

00:44:51,765 --> 00:44:54,195

Her words today, the opening

paragraph and bullet points on your

:

00:44:54,195 --> 00:44:56,295

homepage resonates with me so much.

:

00:44:56,295 --> 00:44:58,755

My website is my powerhouse consistently.

:

00:44:58,965 --> 00:45:02,400

Thanks to the leadership and support

from Confident Copy or Rhonda said,

:

00:45:02,400 --> 00:45:05,025

I've actually had two new consultations

scheduled through Psych today.

:

00:45:05,175 --> 00:45:08,775

The data shows US Psych today still

works and surprised 'cause my psych today

:

00:45:08,775 --> 00:45:12,285

is usually dead or Noreen said she'd

gotten four new clients in the last two

:

00:45:12,285 --> 00:45:14,415

weeks and had just updated her homepage.

:

00:45:15,090 --> 00:45:16,110

With another new client.

:

00:45:16,890 --> 00:45:19,830

Now, I don't want you to keep

taking on the poor fit clients, the

:

00:45:19,830 --> 00:45:21,510

ones we were talking about, where

you know they're not a good fit.

:

00:45:21,510 --> 00:45:24,870

You kinda get that pit in your stomach

because something's better than nothing.

:

00:45:25,650 --> 00:45:28,650

I won't want you to keep having

to be overwhelmed by this idea

:

00:45:28,650 --> 00:45:32,220

of marketing and unsure if it's

possible to be private pay in:

:

00:45:32,220 --> 00:45:35,100

It is, and it takes real,

legitimate work and effort.

:

00:45:35,400 --> 00:45:37,830

But this foundation can

set you up for success.

:

00:45:38,460 --> 00:45:40,860

And I don't want you to keep trying a

million different things, selling your

:

00:45:40,860 --> 00:45:42,660

soul on social media if you don't want to.

:

00:45:43,320 --> 00:45:44,190

I don't want that for you.

:

00:45:44,310 --> 00:45:46,200

Wondering where your next

client is gonna come from.

:

00:45:46,740 --> 00:45:48,720

I want you to have that engine.

:

00:45:49,050 --> 00:45:53,160

I want you to start getting clients with

a proven process for attracting full

:

00:45:53,160 --> 00:45:57,720

fee clients and without this enrollment

getting support every step of the way.

:

00:45:57,750 --> 00:45:59,940

'cause there's nothing

quite like that now.

:

00:45:59,940 --> 00:46:01,560

I've been talking about

confident copy here.

:

00:46:02,220 --> 00:46:07,350

The flagship program truly for therapists

who want to want, who want to create

:

00:46:07,350 --> 00:46:11,760

a website that attracts right fit,

full fee clients, and the confidence

:

00:46:11,760 --> 00:46:16,260

to market it well, that's what we're

aiming to build here with Confident Copy.

:

00:46:16,260 --> 00:46:18,600

You're gonna feel a hundred percent

confident in your niche, and you and

:

00:46:18,600 --> 00:46:21,540

I are gonna go back and forth until

you get there and the expert that

:

00:46:21,540 --> 00:46:25,590

you are, we're gonna say goodbye to

writer's block to imposter syndrome,

:

00:46:25,590 --> 00:46:26,970

to constantly second guessing yourself.

:

00:46:27,000 --> 00:46:28,380

Those things might still come up.

:

00:46:28,890 --> 00:46:30,240

You're gonna get support

to work through them.

:

00:46:31,020 --> 00:46:31,380

Okay?

:

00:46:31,620 --> 00:46:34,530

You're gonna write strategic

client-focused website copy that

:

00:46:34,530 --> 00:46:37,110

has clients saying, I feel like

you were talking right to me.

:

00:46:37,530 --> 00:46:40,860

Remember what Monica said at that

beginning story that she was actually

:

00:46:40,860 --> 00:46:43,020

hearing clients read copy back to her.

:

00:46:43,230 --> 00:46:44,100

I want that for you.

:

00:46:45,705 --> 00:46:48,495

Create a Psych Today profile and a

video that stands out from the crowd.

:

00:46:48,495 --> 00:46:49,845

Like I said, psych today still works.

:

00:46:49,845 --> 00:46:51,285

Is it gonna fill your practice right now?

:

00:46:51,345 --> 00:46:51,765

No.

:

00:46:51,855 --> 00:46:56,055

Is it a powerful strategy for

ranking on AI and getting clients?

:

00:46:56,145 --> 00:46:56,595

Yes.

:

00:46:56,655 --> 00:46:57,675

So we're gonna show you how to do that.

:

00:46:57,675 --> 00:47:01,875

Well, I want, I want you to finally

feel proud of how you show up online.

:

00:47:02,445 --> 00:47:04,305

Like I said, there is something to that.

:

00:47:04,305 --> 00:47:06,165

It's intangible, but it matters.

:

00:47:07,005 --> 00:47:08,325

Now let's take a quick look.

:

00:47:09,120 --> 00:47:11,640

At how Confident Copy is

structured and what we cover.

:

00:47:11,640 --> 00:47:13,860

You can get all the details

for this on our program page.

:

00:47:13,860 --> 00:47:16,140

Monica, if you don't mind dropping

that link, um, there's a, an

:

00:47:16,140 --> 00:47:18,660

outline of every module, but

in general, here's the process.

:

00:47:19,140 --> 00:47:21,000

Weeks one to two, you're

gonna nail your niche.

:

00:47:21,120 --> 00:47:23,640

We're gonna guide you through my

magnetic niche method of process.

:

00:47:23,640 --> 00:47:25,290

You're gonna get coaching and support.

:

00:47:25,590 --> 00:47:28,230

You're gonna profile your ideal client,

and you're gonna establish that red

:

00:47:28,230 --> 00:47:31,140

thread I mentioned all the different

types of clients that you enjoy.

:

00:47:31,290 --> 00:47:32,520

We don't have to say goodbye to them.

:

00:47:32,670 --> 00:47:34,050

We can find a way to market to them.

:

00:47:34,650 --> 00:47:36,210

Then we head into specialties and SEO.

:

00:47:36,210 --> 00:47:38,370

This is where you start deciding

what's the purpose of each

:

00:47:38,370 --> 00:47:39,570

of the pages of my website?

:

00:47:39,570 --> 00:47:43,560

How do I make sure that they are optimized

for Google, that they are actually going

:

00:47:43,560 --> 00:47:45,090

to meet people at their point of need.

:

00:47:45,390 --> 00:47:47,760

So you're gonna get insight into

what your client is searching for.

:

00:47:48,210 --> 00:47:51,480

You're gonna create that site outline that

dictates everything you do in the program.

:

00:47:51,870 --> 00:47:53,670

And then we head into homepage writing.

:

00:47:53,700 --> 00:47:56,730

So this is how we actually begin

the writing process with you.

:

00:47:56,850 --> 00:48:00,060

You're gonna write a life change statement

that communicates and summarizes the work

:

00:48:00,060 --> 00:48:03,840

that you do, and you're gonna create those

client attracting words for every single

:

00:48:03,840 --> 00:48:05,820

section on that journey down the page.

:

00:48:06,540 --> 00:48:07,980

After that, we rest.

:

00:48:08,355 --> 00:48:11,595

We built in rest to this program

'cause we believe it's so powerful.

:

00:48:11,835 --> 00:48:13,425

So we have what's called a

rest and realignment week.

:

00:48:13,425 --> 00:48:16,185

We have three of these during

your 16 weeks in Confident copy.

:

00:48:16,365 --> 00:48:19,815

Maybe you step away, maybe you catch up,

maybe look at things with fresh eyes.

:

00:48:20,025 --> 00:48:21,945

Maybe you keep going,

but you have that option.

:

00:48:22,485 --> 00:48:24,015

Then we get into the About page.

:

00:48:24,735 --> 00:48:28,335

This is not about you despite the

name, and so you're gonna learn a new

:

00:48:28,335 --> 00:48:31,755

way of talking about the work that

you do and start getting clear on

:

00:48:31,755 --> 00:48:34,785

what sets you apart and we're gonna

encourage you to lean into it and to

:

00:48:34,785 --> 00:48:37,005

own that so that you have true to you.

:

00:48:37,005 --> 00:48:38,535

Copy for your about page.

:

00:48:38,745 --> 00:48:39,555

Then we rest again.

:

00:48:39,555 --> 00:48:41,175

The about page often asks a lot of you.

:

00:48:41,175 --> 00:48:42,585

We have two weeks set out for it.

:

00:48:42,765 --> 00:48:46,185

We take a quick rest, then

we get into specialty pages.

:

00:48:46,185 --> 00:48:48,915

These are the heaviest

hitters Strategically for you.

:

00:48:49,155 --> 00:48:50,775

We have four weeks set aside for this.

:

00:48:51,525 --> 00:48:54,075

This is where you're gonna be walking

away with Google optimized copy for

:

00:48:54,075 --> 00:48:55,755

each specialty page of your website.

:

00:48:55,875 --> 00:48:59,145

That might be a topic like

trauma or narcissistic abuse.

:

00:48:59,385 --> 00:49:02,325

It might be a demographic

like lgbtq plus folks or moms.

:

00:49:02,565 --> 00:49:05,325

It might be a method like

EMDR or brainspotting or IFS.

:

00:49:05,325 --> 00:49:07,785

We're gonna help you decide together

which of those to do, and then we

:

00:49:07,785 --> 00:49:09,585

have a unique framework for each.

:

00:49:10,155 --> 00:49:11,055

Then we rest again.

:

00:49:11,475 --> 00:49:13,785

Then we dive into our final two

weeks standing out on psych.

:

00:49:13,785 --> 00:49:16,755

Today we're gonna show you how to take all

the hard work you put into your website

:

00:49:16,755 --> 00:49:18,735

writing and apply it to psych today.

:

00:49:19,845 --> 00:49:21,285

And then we map your marketing.

:

00:49:21,615 --> 00:49:25,545

The final week of Confident Copy we

revamped in late:

:

00:49:25,545 --> 00:49:30,615

you needed to be better equipped as you

left the program to know what comes next.

:

00:49:31,095 --> 00:49:33,885

Like I said, I'm not gonna blow smoke

up Your skirt is be, is building a

:

00:49:33,885 --> 00:49:35,565

successful full fee practice right now.

:

00:49:36,510 --> 00:49:37,470

Requiring work.

:

00:49:37,590 --> 00:49:38,220

Absolutely.

:

00:49:38,220 --> 00:49:40,230

Can you sit back and

experience it passively?

:

00:49:40,290 --> 00:49:40,740

No.

:

00:49:41,010 --> 00:49:45,150

So what we do in this module is we equip

you with all of the most popular ways to

:

00:49:45,150 --> 00:49:49,080

market your practice and get, and help you

to understand if it's the right fit for

:

00:49:49,080 --> 00:49:51,120

you and if it is, what next step to take.

:

00:49:51,360 --> 00:49:53,250

So it's about mapping your

marketing and understanding,

:

00:49:53,280 --> 00:49:54,780

okay, what's a non-negotiable?

:

00:49:54,960 --> 00:49:56,730

A solid website and a good network.

:

00:49:57,060 --> 00:49:58,290

What can I add on here?

:

00:49:58,350 --> 00:50:00,630

What would be meaningful for

connecting with these clients?

:

00:50:00,690 --> 00:50:03,750

So you're gonna be equipped as you leave

the program with what comes next and how

:

00:50:03,750 --> 00:50:05,970

to fuel that client conversion engine.

:

00:50:06,600 --> 00:50:10,770

That you've built now, in addition

to the curriculum, you get lifetime

:

00:50:10,770 --> 00:50:13,740

access to our trainings, our

resources, and our recordings.

:

00:50:13,890 --> 00:50:15,210

When I say lifetime, I mean it.

:

00:50:15,420 --> 00:50:17,580

I bought something so that

even if the business goes

:

00:50:17,580 --> 00:50:18,870

away, the course still stays.

:

00:50:18,870 --> 00:50:19,830

It's not going anywhere.

:

00:50:20,130 --> 00:50:23,670

16 weeks of live coaching over

the course of this curriculum,

:

00:50:23,940 --> 00:50:27,180

weekly hot seat copy reviews, you

wrote your about page, awesome.

:

00:50:27,180 --> 00:50:28,950

Submit it to us for a

chance to be reviewed.

:

00:50:28,950 --> 00:50:34,110

Live on the call, a 24 7 private Facebook

community, and a pay in full bonus.

:

00:50:34,110 --> 00:50:34,830

If you decide to do that.

:

00:50:34,830 --> 00:50:38,190

We have an incredible, um, fee

setting course if that's something

:

00:50:38,190 --> 00:50:39,120

that you're interested in.

:

00:50:39,690 --> 00:50:43,440

Now, one thing I have to let you know

about this is the last chance to enroll

:

00:50:43,440 --> 00:50:46,050

th live support until August,:

:

00:50:46,470 --> 00:50:49,860

The Confident Copy curriculum will

remain available, all of the trainings,

:

00:50:49,860 --> 00:50:53,370

workbooks, guidance, but if you're someone

who wants that live coaching, if you

:

00:50:53,370 --> 00:50:56,760

want the community and the feedback, this

is gonna be your last chance to enroll

:

00:50:56,940 --> 00:50:59,370

until August,:

:

00:51:00,375 --> 00:51:04,125

Now to help you out even more

here, I mentioned we're leveraging

:

00:51:04,125 --> 00:51:05,805

AI in some brand new ways.

:

00:51:06,015 --> 00:51:07,935

I would love to introduce you to Nelly.

:

00:51:08,175 --> 00:51:10,545

Nelly is your confident niching

coach, and Nelly and I have been

:

00:51:10,545 --> 00:51:11,925

hanging out the last couple months.

:

00:51:12,255 --> 00:51:17,115

She's trained in our magnetic niche method

d insights from coaching over:

:

00:51:17,205 --> 00:51:19,245

therapists in their niche specifically.

:

00:51:19,515 --> 00:51:22,305

So she's gonna help you craft

a compelling true to you niche.

:

00:51:22,634 --> 00:51:25,545

She is trained on exactly

how I look at niches, how we

:

00:51:25,545 --> 00:51:27,045

think about them, red threads.

:

00:51:27,105 --> 00:51:30,105

So you have someone in your back

pocket for help with this, along with

:

00:51:30,105 --> 00:51:31,815

the guiding guidance and coaching.

:

00:51:32,355 --> 00:51:35,295

That we offer live along with Cali 2.0.

:

00:51:35,295 --> 00:51:37,694

So our current, uh, confident

copy students, you can go

:

00:51:37,694 --> 00:51:39,315

take advantage of Cali 2.0.

:

00:51:39,615 --> 00:51:41,355

We introduced Cali 1.0

:

00:51:41,355 --> 00:51:44,174

in August and the feedback, I've

gotten some, I've had some people

:

00:51:44,174 --> 00:51:47,055

tell me that that alone was

worth the price of enrollment.

:

00:51:47,475 --> 00:51:51,255

Uh, this is your Confident Copywriting

assistant, uh, Cali's newly updated

:

00:51:51,255 --> 00:51:54,134

for:

out of your clinical brain and

:

00:51:54,134 --> 00:51:57,015

into the language that's gonna

drive connection and conversion.

:

00:51:57,585 --> 00:52:00,734

Very, very different than going to

AI right now and asking for help

:

00:52:00,734 --> 00:52:03,645

because these guys are trained on

Confident Copy and they're not going

:

00:52:03,645 --> 00:52:06,134

to write your copy for you 'cause

that's something only you can do.

:

00:52:06,134 --> 00:52:08,115

But they are gonna make

it better and easier.

:

00:52:09,490 --> 00:52:11,805

Next up, 50% off Squarespace templates.

:

00:52:11,805 --> 00:52:15,375

If you are interested in the design side

of things and needing support there.

:

00:52:15,375 --> 00:52:19,035

Our Confident Copy program pairs

beautifully with our Squarespace templates

:

00:52:19,035 --> 00:52:21,585

and you secure a 50% off coupon there.

:

00:52:22,875 --> 00:52:23,565

Next up.

:

00:52:23,655 --> 00:52:24,915

So excited to tell you about this one.

:

00:52:24,915 --> 00:52:28,815

If you guys don't know Audrey Shane,

she's an incredibly brilliant clinician.

:

00:52:29,115 --> 00:52:33,825

Um, and she has gifted us the client

conversion code, which is a mini course

:

00:52:33,945 --> 00:52:35,835

on upleveling your client consults.

:

00:52:35,835 --> 00:52:39,345

And she teaches you her process

for booking private pay clients.

:

00:52:39,435 --> 00:52:42,134

She's currently full at

400 plus per session.

:

00:52:42,375 --> 00:52:45,134

You get immediate and lifetime

access to that as well.

:

00:52:46,095 --> 00:52:49,275

Couple more bonuses, a fees

and investment page template.

:

00:52:49,605 --> 00:52:52,545

In a market where clients are

more discerning, it's important

:

00:52:52,545 --> 00:52:54,615

that we're communicating your

fees really thoughtfully.

:

00:52:54,825 --> 00:52:58,455

So if you are a hybrid, uh, clinician

looking to book more full fee clients

:

00:52:58,455 --> 00:53:01,815

or you're, uh, full fee only out

of network, we've put together a

:

00:53:01,815 --> 00:53:05,265

template that helps you create a

compelling page to communicate the

:

00:53:05,265 --> 00:53:08,925

value of your work to clearly and

confidently state your fees and to also

:

00:53:08,925 --> 00:53:10,485

provide some of that psychoeducation.

:

00:53:10,485 --> 00:53:13,935

Clients don't realize, um,

often realize when it comes to.

:

00:53:14,625 --> 00:53:17,085

Using, um, using their insurance.

:

00:53:17,295 --> 00:53:19,725

Uh, so we have a, a brand new

template, uh, that I just put the

:

00:53:19,725 --> 00:53:21,045

finishing touches on last week.

:

00:53:21,765 --> 00:53:23,265

Next up, something

we've never done before.

:

00:53:23,265 --> 00:53:24,915

Accountability partner matching.

:

00:53:25,035 --> 00:53:28,695

Now we created this 'cause we've seen

how effective it is for therapists

:

00:53:28,695 --> 00:53:31,965

to work together in confident

copy, along with Monica and myself

:

00:53:31,965 --> 00:53:33,405

for sure, but with one another.

:

00:53:33,495 --> 00:53:37,335

And so you are gonna actually pair you,

our team is going to hand pair you with

:

00:53:37,335 --> 00:53:41,355

another therapist in the program who's

in a similar niche or location or, or has

:

00:53:41,355 --> 00:53:43,725

similar goals to bring your copy to life.

:

00:53:43,725 --> 00:53:46,425

So we'll introduce you two and

you guys can support one another.

:

00:53:47,925 --> 00:53:49,245

Okay, two more bonuses actually.

:

00:53:49,245 --> 00:53:52,935

Well, we have the third one anyway, then

we're adding on four bonus copy clinics.

:

00:53:52,935 --> 00:53:55,935

Now every month Monica hosts

our copy clinic, uh, where she

:

00:53:55,935 --> 00:53:57,525

coaches clinicians on their copy.

:

00:53:57,525 --> 00:53:59,355

They can submit their

homepage, the about page.

:

00:53:59,625 --> 00:54:02,625

Then Monica reviews it and

provides incredible feedback.

:

00:54:02,685 --> 00:54:04,545

We've doubled your opportunities for that.

:

00:54:04,575 --> 00:54:07,605

So now you have eight copy clinics

during your time in Confident copy.

:

00:54:07,995 --> 00:54:10,875

Just more and more chances to get eyes

on what it is that you're writing.

:

00:54:11,415 --> 00:54:15,375

And then finally, we have our CC Alumni

community and our brand new alumni

:

00:54:15,375 --> 00:54:19,545

check-in sessions, which is a way for you

to ask questions after you enroll in conf

:

00:54:19,575 --> 00:54:21,315

or after you graduate from Confident Copy.

:

00:54:21,435 --> 00:54:23,955

And I'll answer them on our

marketing therapy podcast.

:

00:54:23,955 --> 00:54:26,625

So just ways to stay,

uh, connected even after.

:

00:54:28,095 --> 00:54:30,884

Alright, the last one is that

Free Conv Conversion audit.

:

00:54:30,884 --> 00:54:35,115

I mentioned this is only available

to you who's here on this workshop.

:

00:54:35,295 --> 00:54:39,225

After you launch your new site, a CC

Coach will provide an in-depth review

:

00:54:39,285 --> 00:54:40,995

for all conversion related elements.

:

00:54:40,995 --> 00:54:44,325

We have a big framework and kind of

scorecard Monica and I built, so you

:

00:54:44,325 --> 00:54:47,384

know you're confidently sending traffic

to something that's gonna work for you.

:

00:54:47,925 --> 00:54:50,835

This is only for attendees

and it does expire on Friday.

:

00:54:51,015 --> 00:54:51,225

Right?

:

00:54:51,225 --> 00:54:55,634

You'll get an email reminding you

of this, but do know that now if

:

00:54:55,634 --> 00:54:58,755

you add all that up, it's over

$3,000 in additional bonuses.

:

00:54:58,935 --> 00:54:59,415

Awesome.

:

00:54:59,685 --> 00:55:01,605

I've seen some people say

this sounds expensive.

:

00:55:01,725 --> 00:55:02,355

You're right.

:

00:55:02,535 --> 00:55:06,465

If we charged the value of every single

one of these, it would be over $12,000.

:

00:55:06,795 --> 00:55:11,535

Probably north of that typically

confident copy is 2,497.

:

00:55:11,595 --> 00:55:17,355

As part of this enrollment period, we

are offering a $500 discount, which is

:

00:55:17,355 --> 00:55:20,895

mo more than we've ever offered during

one of these enrollment periods, which is

:

00:55:20,895 --> 00:55:24,195

about 85% off of the total price there.

:

00:55:24,555 --> 00:55:26,295

We do have some payment options as well.

:

00:55:26,300 --> 00:55:28,485

You have this pay in full,

uh, which I mentioned.

:

00:55:28,485 --> 00:55:31,365

You get that fee setting

mini course as a bonus there.

:

00:55:31,605 --> 00:55:34,275

We also have a four payment and

a six payment option if you're

:

00:55:34,275 --> 00:55:35,715

looking for something more flexible.

:

00:55:36,645 --> 00:55:41,745

Now, if you're looking for something

a bit more VIP, uh, we do have for

:

00:55:41,745 --> 00:55:45,135

what's called CC plus, and there's only

three spots available because it does

:

00:55:45,135 --> 00:55:47,265

demand a lot for myself and my team.

:

00:55:47,625 --> 00:55:51,405

But here you get a kickoff call with

me for one-on-one sessions, a complete

:

00:55:51,405 --> 00:55:55,275

review of your copy, and then we build,

design and launch your website for you.

:

00:55:55,695 --> 00:55:58,605

Um, this is $800 off, which

is again, a, a discount.

:

00:55:58,605 --> 00:56:00,255

We've never offered like this, so.

:

00:56:01,620 --> 00:56:05,310

Uh, one other thing, if you're sitting

here and you are a, a, um, alumni of

:

00:56:05,310 --> 00:56:08,940

our Failure Practice Formula program,

you do qualify for a credit toward

:

00:56:08,940 --> 00:56:12,000

your enrollment, and you're welcome

to reach out to us for a custom

:

00:56:12,000 --> 00:56:14,670

code support@walkerstrategycode.com.

:

00:56:15,690 --> 00:56:18,600

Now, since we're big on

numbers, I love data.

:

00:56:18,810 --> 00:56:22,170

If you were to hire me and my team to

do this for you, the investment is over

:

00:56:22,170 --> 00:56:25,650

$4,000 to write your copy, and we love

to do that if that's the right fit.

:

00:56:26,100 --> 00:56:28,170

But at the end of the day, I know

this comes down to ROI, like you

:

00:56:28,170 --> 00:56:31,620

guys have real life budgets and

practices that matters to me.

:

00:56:32,190 --> 00:56:34,529

Now, the ROI when we

look at this is clear.

:

00:56:34,860 --> 00:56:38,970

If you charge $150 per session and

usually work with clients weekly

:

00:56:39,000 --> 00:56:41,730

for about six months, you need 0.49

:

00:56:41,730 --> 00:56:42,330

clients.

:

00:56:43,440 --> 00:56:46,950

If you charge 175, but your

clients prefer monthly, over

:

00:56:46,950 --> 00:56:49,170

an entire year, you need 0.83

:

00:56:49,170 --> 00:56:49,740

clients.

:

00:56:50,850 --> 00:56:54,000

Maybe you charge 115, but you

do short term weekly work.

:

00:56:54,390 --> 00:56:55,470

You need 0.95

:

00:56:55,470 --> 00:56:57,900

clients in each of these scenarios.

:

00:56:57,900 --> 00:56:59,400

If you get just one client.

:

00:56:59,940 --> 00:57:01,230

You'll already have made a profit.

:

00:57:02,370 --> 00:57:05,100

Not to mention that client is likely

to be a great fit for you, right?

:

00:57:05,100 --> 00:57:07,410

How good will it feel to look

at your calendar and be excited

:

00:57:07,680 --> 00:57:08,760

about who you see there?

:

00:57:09,210 --> 00:57:11,730

Ellie told us, ask yourself how

you feel after you get out of a

:

00:57:11,730 --> 00:57:13,080

session with your perfect fit client.

:

00:57:13,260 --> 00:57:14,910

Do you want a whole caseload like that?

:

00:57:15,150 --> 00:57:17,550

Every time I end a session with

my perfect fit clients, I'm

:

00:57:17,550 --> 00:57:19,410

grateful for all I learned in cc.

:

00:57:20,580 --> 00:57:22,800

If you wanna do those same numbers,

those screenshots that I gave you,

:

00:57:22,800 --> 00:57:24,930

head to walker strategy code.com/roi

:

00:57:24,930 --> 00:57:25,980

and you can calculate your own.

:

00:57:25,980 --> 00:57:28,290

Put in those numbers, sit with the data.

:

00:57:28,350 --> 00:57:28,950

I get it.

:

00:57:29,730 --> 00:57:32,460

And I also want you to know if you're

a bit skeptical right now, that's okay.

:

00:57:32,520 --> 00:57:36,420

Like I said, skepticism is healthy

right now, I'm the same way.

:

00:57:37,245 --> 00:57:38,565

Uh, Evangeline told us.

:

00:57:38,565 --> 00:57:41,325

I'll start by saying that I was initially

hesitant to invest in this program.

:

00:57:41,325 --> 00:57:44,385

My two main reasons were the cost and

the belief it would not provide more

:

00:57:44,385 --> 00:57:46,005

in-depth support towards my marketing.

:

00:57:46,455 --> 00:57:48,495

I can confidently state that

after my experience with Confident

:

00:57:48,495 --> 00:57:51,495

Copy, I have nothing but wonderful

things to say about my time.

:

00:57:52,215 --> 00:57:53,805

Or Samantha said, excuse me.

:

00:57:53,805 --> 00:57:56,325

As someone that is very wary of

every program that people are pushing

:

00:57:56,325 --> 00:57:57,555

to help you fill your practice.

:

00:57:57,735 --> 00:58:01,665

's confident copy program was:

worth every single penny I walked away

:

00:58:01,665 --> 00:58:04,485

with mounds of new information, new

skills, and networking connections.

:

00:58:05,505 --> 00:58:06,555

Here's what I wanna offer to you.

:

00:58:06,555 --> 00:58:10,455

If you wanna chat about whether this

is right or not, send me a DM on

:

00:58:10,455 --> 00:58:12,555

Facebook or reply to one of our emails.

:

00:58:13,095 --> 00:58:13,695

That's all you gotta do.

:

00:58:13,695 --> 00:58:14,445

Just hit reply.

:

00:58:14,775 --> 00:58:18,285

I have time carved out to sit

in the inboxes and talk to you.

:

00:58:18,495 --> 00:58:20,835

I will always be honest if I

don't think this is right for you.

:

00:58:20,835 --> 00:58:23,325

I regularly tell people they

don't need confident copy, so know

:

00:58:23,325 --> 00:58:24,315

that you can reach out on that.

:

00:58:25,965 --> 00:58:27,765

You do not need to be

a good writer for this.

:

00:58:28,215 --> 00:58:29,655

You do not need to

already know your niche.

:

00:58:29,655 --> 00:58:31,995

We're gonna help you, but

you do need a proven plan.

:

00:58:32,235 --> 00:58:35,895

I want you to stop spinning your wheels

and I believe that the support to execute

:

00:58:35,895 --> 00:58:37,215

it will get you where you want to go.

:

00:58:38,895 --> 00:58:41,625

Now we need to get to giveaways

and if you guys stayed to

:

00:58:41,625 --> 00:58:42,795

the end, I wanna honor that.

:

00:58:43,095 --> 00:58:44,205

So I'll come back to this.

:

00:58:44,235 --> 00:58:45,135

Let's do some giveaways.

:

00:58:45,195 --> 00:58:46,815

Monica, can you grab those names for me?

:

00:58:47,925 --> 00:58:50,295

I have just a handful of slides,

but this is important to me.

:

00:58:50,985 --> 00:58:53,115

If you stuck around for an

hour, I got to chatting.

:

00:58:53,205 --> 00:58:54,135

I do that sometimes.

:

00:58:56,085 --> 00:58:57,765

Alright, Monica's given me some names.

:

00:58:58,515 --> 00:58:59,925

Let me get it loaded up here.

:

00:59:05,505 --> 00:59:08,445

The R-O-I-U-R-L again, while uh,

Monica's getting those names,

:

00:59:08,445 --> 00:59:10,875

it's walker strategy co.com/roi

:

00:59:10,965 --> 00:59:11,805

and I'll take you to that.

:

00:59:12,375 --> 00:59:13,935

Alright, let's see.

:

00:59:14,115 --> 00:59:15,765

Let me first up.

:

00:59:15,795 --> 00:59:18,975

We are giving away 50% off Confident copy.

:

00:59:19,275 --> 00:59:22,695

Our 50% off Confident

copy is Melissa Moore.

:

00:59:23,310 --> 00:59:26,610

Melissa Moore, if that's you,

you're gonna send an email to

:

00:59:26,610 --> 00:59:29,100

support@walkerstrategyco.com.

:

00:59:29,640 --> 00:59:33,720

Monica can place that email into the

chat for us support@walkerstrategyco.com.

:

00:59:34,320 --> 00:59:38,820

Congratulations, Melissa, our

winner of the free VIP review.

:

00:59:38,820 --> 00:59:42,570

So this is, if you join Confident Copy a

coach after you graduate is gonna review

:

00:59:42,570 --> 00:59:46,380

every single page that you wrote in depth

and provide a video of each one of those.

:

00:59:47,009 --> 00:59:49,560

Haley Wood, you are our winner for that.

:

00:59:49,620 --> 00:59:51,690

Haley, congratulations.

:

00:59:52,110 --> 00:59:55,410

So you can email

support@blockerstrategyco.com.

:

00:59:55,440 --> 00:59:57,480

We'll give you information there.

:

00:59:58,080 --> 00:59:59,820

And then last up a free

Squarespace template.

:

00:59:59,820 --> 01:00:00,840

Anyone want one of those?

:

01:00:01,080 --> 01:00:02,370

Carrie W.

:

01:00:02,550 --> 01:00:03,330

Carrie W.

:

01:00:03,330 --> 01:00:04,140

That's for you.

:

01:00:05,550 --> 01:00:08,130

So again, support@walkerstrategyco.com.

:

01:00:08,130 --> 01:00:08,520

Woo-hoo.

:

01:00:08,520 --> 01:00:09,390

Carrie, that's you.

:

01:00:10,050 --> 01:00:12,780

Send us an email, we'll get you set

up with everything you need there.

:

01:00:13,380 --> 01:00:14,910

Alright, we are at the top of the hour.

:

01:00:14,910 --> 01:00:17,070

There's a couple more things I

wanna chat about if you're able to

:

01:00:17,070 --> 01:00:18,000

stick around and then I'm gonna.

:

01:00:18,105 --> 01:00:19,665

Sit here and answer questions.

:

01:00:19,785 --> 01:00:23,475

So if you, uh, are wondering about

Confident copy, let's absolutely do that.

:

01:00:23,805 --> 01:00:27,495

A couple of wins I wanted to pull from

recent students 'cause it's important

:

01:00:27,495 --> 01:00:30,675

to me again that I'm sharing information

that's up to date, not six years old.

:

01:00:31,005 --> 01:00:33,585

Kristen told me recently that

Confident Copy allowed her to grow

:

01:00:33,585 --> 01:00:37,455

from solo to private pay group

practice referrals were consistent

:

01:00:37,455 --> 01:00:39,315

even through the summer of:

:

01:00:39,555 --> 01:00:42,705

She said, I'm sure people tell you all the

time, but the, your program was the number

:

01:00:42,705 --> 01:00:44,685

one game changer and changed my life.

:

01:00:45,375 --> 01:00:49,305

Julie told me just, uh, at the end of

the year, December of last month, that

:

01:00:49,305 --> 01:00:53,445

thanks to Confident Copy my caseload went

from zero private pay to 80% full fee.

:

01:00:53,475 --> 01:00:55,365

So a great example of a hybrid clinician.

:

01:00:55,605 --> 01:00:58,635

It was by far the best

investment I made in my practice.

:

01:01:00,285 --> 01:01:01,335

That's what I want for you.

:

01:01:01,395 --> 01:01:04,365

So I'm wondering if you're gonna be next

here and if you're sitting here, like

:

01:01:04,365 --> 01:01:05,595

I said, we're gonna get into q and a.

:

01:01:05,595 --> 01:01:07,995

But before we do that, I

wanna ask you three questions.

:

01:01:08,085 --> 01:01:11,715

This is gonna help you evaluate

one, would joining Confident Copy

:

01:01:11,715 --> 01:01:12,825

get you closer to your goals?

:

01:01:14,069 --> 01:01:14,549

Two.

:

01:01:14,730 --> 01:01:18,060

Does this increase your chance for success

versus figuring it out on your own?

:

01:01:19,049 --> 01:01:19,620

Three.

:

01:01:19,740 --> 01:01:21,630

Can you figure out how to

make the investment work?

:

01:01:21,960 --> 01:01:26,069

I never, ever, ever, ever, ever want

you to join Confident Copy if it puts

:

01:01:26,069 --> 01:01:27,779

you under significant financial strain.

:

01:01:27,839 --> 01:01:28,560

Absolutely not.

:

01:01:28,560 --> 01:01:31,200

If this is the difference between

you being able to do what you need to

:

01:01:31,200 --> 01:01:32,759

do financially, now is not the time.

:

01:01:33,540 --> 01:01:36,930

If your answer is yes

to these, then jump in.

:

01:01:37,350 --> 01:01:40,259

If you wanna secure that conversion

audit bonus, join with the code

:

01:01:40,259 --> 01:01:43,680

website when you enroll, and that will

activate your bonus in the system.

:

01:01:44,520 --> 01:01:46,920

I want your website to do

the work so you can do yours.

:

01:01:46,980 --> 01:01:48,390

That's really what it comes down to.

:

01:01:48,779 --> 01:01:51,330

So walker strategy

code.com/confident-copy,

:

01:01:51,630 --> 01:01:52,500

click and roll.

:

01:01:53,549 --> 01:01:58,500

Um, enroll now on either on Confident

Copy or cc plus Choose your payment plan.

:

01:01:58,529 --> 01:02:02,370

Like I said, there's that one payment,

four or six drop in your coupon code.

:

01:02:02,370 --> 01:02:06,630

To activate your bonus, click enroll

now and then you'll dive right in.

:

01:02:06,630 --> 01:02:08,880

You get immediate access to the

curriculum and then we'll all

:

01:02:08,880 --> 01:02:11,100

kick off together February 2nd.

:

01:02:11,279 --> 01:02:11,730

Okay?

:

01:02:12,180 --> 01:02:15,990

Now a reminder that that conversion

audit bonus that does expire on Friday,

:

01:02:16,799 --> 01:02:20,610

you are right now as we speak, getting

an email with all of these details.

:

01:02:20,610 --> 01:02:22,860

Don't feel like you have to

remember all of them, the code,

:

01:02:22,860 --> 01:02:24,090

the links, everything you need.

:

01:02:24,420 --> 01:02:27,720

But remember that doors to this reopening

and the access to live support will

:

01:02:27,720 --> 01:02:30,960

close for good next Thursday, the 29th.

:

01:02:31,170 --> 01:02:33,540

So you do have some time to think on

it, but if you want that conversion

:

01:02:33,540 --> 01:02:35,549

audit, definitely jump in before Friday.

:

01:02:36,630 --> 01:02:40,410

If you're not able to kick off February,

uh, second, that is absolutely okay.

:

01:02:40,410 --> 01:02:43,290

You'll get a replay of the,

uh, kickoff call and can join

:

01:02:43,290 --> 01:02:44,520

us when, when you'd like.

:

01:02:44,610 --> 01:02:46,860

Alright, let's get into some questions.

:

01:02:47,549 --> 01:02:48,690

Let's get into some questions.

:

01:02:48,690 --> 01:02:49,410

I see some good ones.

:

01:02:49,410 --> 01:02:50,549

I'm gonna come off a screen share.

:

01:02:50,549 --> 01:02:51,509

You guys don't need to see.

:

01:02:52,214 --> 01:02:53,145

More of that.

:

01:02:54,615 --> 01:02:55,245

All right.

:

01:02:55,935 --> 01:02:58,995

If you have a question, do me a

favor and drop it just into the chat.

:

01:02:58,995 --> 01:02:59,984

I'm gonna monitor just the chat.

:

01:02:59,984 --> 01:03:02,535

I know there's also some, um,

there's like a q and a function.

:

01:03:03,464 --> 01:03:05,685

Um, all right, what do we got?

:

01:03:06,524 --> 01:03:07,935

Um, Emma, how can we DM you?

:

01:03:08,085 --> 01:03:11,174

Uh, you can reach out to us on Facebook

or Instagram at Walker Strategy Co.

:

01:03:11,174 --> 01:03:13,004

Or you can email us, excuse me.

:

01:03:13,544 --> 01:03:15,705

hello@walkerstrategyco.com.

:

01:03:16,964 --> 01:03:17,774

All right,

:

01:03:19,845 --> 01:03:22,694

Jessica, if you are also using your

wait list code, if you're a member of

:

01:03:22,694 --> 01:03:25,694

the Confident Copy wait list, you'll

automatically get the conversion audit.

:

01:03:25,725 --> 01:03:28,904

Uh, we have a little thing in the system,

and if not, we're always make sure, make

:

01:03:28,904 --> 01:03:30,165

sure that you, uh, can get that all.

:

01:03:30,165 --> 01:03:30,674

Shereen.

:

01:03:30,855 --> 01:03:33,194

Can we write this off as

training expense on taxes?

:

01:03:33,884 --> 01:03:37,424

Disclaimer, I'm not a tax expert or

an accountant, however, most folks do

:

01:03:37,424 --> 01:03:38,805

write this off as a business expense.

:

01:03:38,805 --> 01:03:39,044

Yes.

:

01:03:39,990 --> 01:03:41,970

Janet, the day and time for live meetings.

:

01:03:41,970 --> 01:03:42,570

Great questions.

:

01:03:42,570 --> 01:03:45,750

We have weekly calls every

Thursday at:

:

01:03:45,750 --> 01:03:47,070

It's a 60 minute call.

:

01:03:47,250 --> 01:03:51,480

If you are not able to join, you do not

need to be there live to qualify for

:

01:03:51,480 --> 01:03:53,640

copy review or to submit your questions.

:

01:03:53,640 --> 01:03:56,850

And replays are always available

by end of day Thursday each week.

:

01:03:57,150 --> 01:04:00,330

Uh, we've had people join and

leverage the Facebook group even

:

01:04:00,330 --> 01:04:02,730

though they have a session, you know,

a standing session on Thursdays.

:

01:04:02,730 --> 01:04:06,990

But that is when those, those

call offs calls are, um, amazing.

:

01:04:06,990 --> 01:04:07,380

Yes.

:

01:04:07,380 --> 01:04:08,130

Thank you.

:

01:04:09,150 --> 01:04:10,980

Where do we recommend listing your fee?

:

01:04:11,190 --> 01:04:12,810

Um, not on your front page.

:

01:04:13,140 --> 01:04:16,830

Definitely on your FAQs, not on your

about page, your FAQs or the new fee

:

01:04:16,830 --> 01:04:20,070

and investment page template that we're

providing as a bonus this time around.

:

01:04:20,340 --> 01:04:21,570

Um, that'll be another powerful.

:

01:04:22,410 --> 01:04:24,540

Uh, powerful resource, Jasmine.

:

01:04:24,540 --> 01:04:28,110

So the program is a mixture

of an on-demand course and

:

01:04:28,110 --> 01:04:29,880

trainings and group coaching.

:

01:04:30,330 --> 01:04:34,260

Uh, so you have access to lifetime

access to the trainings and workbooks

:

01:04:34,260 --> 01:04:36,990

and you'll complete those, uh, you

know, according to your schedule.

:

01:04:37,080 --> 01:04:39,960

And then we come together every

Thursday on those weekly coaching calls.

:

01:04:39,960 --> 01:04:42,450

And then you're welcome to

use our Facebook group 24 7.

:

01:04:42,750 --> 01:04:46,020

Monica and I have a guaranteed

one business day response time.

:

01:04:46,020 --> 01:04:48,060

So we're gonna jump in there

and answer your questions.

:

01:04:48,540 --> 01:04:51,750

Our commitment and confident copy

is really, if you have a question,

:

01:04:51,870 --> 01:04:54,660

you're getting it answered or we're

pointing you in the direction of a

:

01:04:54,660 --> 01:04:56,160

place where you can get it answered.

:

01:04:56,970 --> 01:04:57,750

Absolutely.

:

01:04:58,500 --> 01:05:00,210

Um, Squarespace template.

:

01:05:01,680 --> 01:05:03,990

Um, Cynthia said I have a Squarespace

template and have spent ages on

:

01:05:03,990 --> 01:05:06,420

SEO, but I have to start from

scratch if I changed all my copy.

:

01:05:06,480 --> 01:05:10,500

No, Cynthia, you can actually preserve

any SEO that you currently have while

:

01:05:10,500 --> 01:05:12,029

updating and improving your copy.

:

01:05:12,300 --> 01:05:15,390

Um, and we have some resources on that,

um, and are happy to support you there.

:

01:05:16,230 --> 01:05:18,480

Um, I see some alumni interested

in our conversion audit.

:

01:05:18,930 --> 01:05:20,100

Monica, will you make a note of that?

:

01:05:20,100 --> 01:05:22,170

Let's chat about our

options for, for that.

:

01:05:24,210 --> 01:05:24,840

All right.

:

01:05:24,960 --> 01:05:27,450

Um, Francis said, what about website

analytics like Google Analytics to

:

01:05:27,450 --> 01:05:28,890

provide data on website performance?

:

01:05:28,890 --> 01:05:31,080

Yes, Francis, I love that

you like numbers like me.

:

01:05:31,380 --> 01:05:34,950

Uh, we have an entire bonus course called

Demystify the Data, uh, where we teach

:

01:05:34,950 --> 01:05:38,670

you to understand your Google analytics,

but also to look at and interpret them.

:

01:05:38,670 --> 01:05:41,640

So not just what to do, but what

the heck is the saying to me?

:

01:05:41,970 --> 01:05:43,830

Um, we have a bonus course all about that.

:

01:05:45,720 --> 01:05:47,820

Um, do you have to use our templates?

:

01:05:47,970 --> 01:05:49,740

No, no, no, no, no, no.

:

01:05:49,740 --> 01:05:50,640

You do not.

:

01:05:50,640 --> 01:05:51,840

If you are on Wix, guess what?

:

01:05:51,840 --> 01:05:55,560

You can have an incredibly effective

website on Wix, Kristen, who had the solo,

:

01:05:55,740 --> 01:05:58,050

um, solo to group private pay practice.

:

01:05:58,080 --> 01:05:58,950

She's built on Wix.

:

01:05:59,010 --> 01:06:00,540

You do not need our, our templates.

:

01:06:00,779 --> 01:06:04,170

Um, they're a great tool should you,

you know, need help in that area.

:

01:06:05,040 --> 01:06:06,720

Does this work with

virtual only practices?

:

01:06:06,720 --> 01:06:06,990

Norma?

:

01:06:06,990 --> 01:06:07,260

Yes.

:

01:06:07,260 --> 01:06:07,920

Great question.

:

01:06:08,654 --> 01:06:09,195

Absolutely.

:

01:06:09,195 --> 01:06:12,255

You do not to be, you do not need to

be in person to leverage this and,

:

01:06:12,255 --> 01:06:15,735

and our online only students have

gotten great results in this market.

:

01:06:15,735 --> 01:06:17,865

Being in person does lend you something.

:

01:06:18,225 --> 01:06:20,295

Um, but it's not required

that you be in person Uhuh.

:

01:06:22,065 --> 01:06:22,575

Nope, Amanda.

:

01:06:22,575 --> 01:06:25,755

You do not have to, uh, throw out

what you've already done, uh, on

:

01:06:25,755 --> 01:06:27,165

Squarespace or on any website.

:

01:06:27,165 --> 01:06:30,015

Our templates are not required and,

and what you do in Confident Copy can

:

01:06:30,015 --> 01:06:31,725

be incorporated into any platform.

:

01:06:32,985 --> 01:06:33,555

Yeah.

:

01:06:35,654 --> 01:06:35,835

Yeah.

:

01:06:35,835 --> 01:06:39,285

Tracy asked about the, uh,

option to add on the VIP copy

:

01:06:39,285 --> 01:06:40,029

review when you're enrolling.

:

01:06:41,040 --> 01:06:43,320

This is a great option if you're

someone who says, all right,

:

01:06:43,320 --> 01:06:46,170

I'm gonna take advantage of the

Confident Copy support, but when I'm

:

01:06:46,170 --> 01:06:48,240

done, I want like the final check.

:

01:06:48,540 --> 01:06:53,070

Um, and so it's a guaranteed review of

five website, page five website pages, and

:

01:06:53,070 --> 01:06:54,900

a Psych Today profile after you're done.

:

01:06:55,260 --> 01:06:58,380

Um, so Monica or myself will review

that in depth and you'll get like a

:

01:06:58,380 --> 01:07:02,160

10 to 15 minute video per page looking

at everything that you've developed.

:

01:07:02,160 --> 01:07:05,130

So it's, it's great for that person

who wants kind of that final review,

:

01:07:05,310 --> 01:07:08,010

but you're absolutely gonna get eyes

on your copy and feedback as you go.

:

01:07:09,630 --> 01:07:09,990

That's right.

:

01:07:09,990 --> 01:07:10,320

Norland.

:

01:07:10,320 --> 01:07:13,650

So the signup gets you the

9 9 19 97 $500 off deal.

:

01:07:14,520 --> 01:07:16,290

Would I ever suggest a video on a website?

:

01:07:16,320 --> 01:07:20,220

Yes, Gabriela, the reason it's not part

of our standard is 'cause most clinicians

:

01:07:20,220 --> 01:07:23,790

I've met aren't interested or excited

about being on video, but it's a powerful

:

01:07:23,790 --> 01:07:24,990

tool if it's something you wanna do.

:

01:07:24,990 --> 01:07:27,210

And we love seeing therapists

take advantage of that.

:

01:07:27,240 --> 01:07:27,600

Yeah.

:

01:07:28,320 --> 01:07:28,830

Yes.

:

01:07:28,830 --> 01:07:33,330

Um, Jasmine, do we have, um,

our option for Confident Copy

:

01:07:33,330 --> 01:07:34,590

Plus also has payment plans?

:

01:07:34,590 --> 01:07:35,040

Yes.

:

01:07:35,220 --> 01:07:37,080

There is a four and six

month payment plan as well.

:

01:07:38,609 --> 01:07:41,069

Amanda has a DHD and doesn't do

well with on-demand learning.

:

01:07:41,069 --> 01:07:42,900

Are there alternatives

live versus on-demand?

:

01:07:42,900 --> 01:07:44,430

Amanda, thank you for that feedback.

:

01:07:44,460 --> 01:07:48,420

Um, we've had many neurodivergent students

come through and, and being mindful of

:

01:07:48,420 --> 01:07:52,500

that's very important to us at this time,

we don't have any live training options.

:

01:07:52,529 --> 01:07:56,549

Uh, so the on-demand learning is part

of how Confident Copy works, but, uh,

:

01:07:56,549 --> 01:07:59,160

maybe we can put our heads together

on, on something for the future there.

:

01:08:00,060 --> 01:08:02,910

Maintenance of the Squarespace site

work, Carrie Ann, great question.

:

01:08:02,940 --> 01:08:06,629

Um, Squarespace makes it pretty dang

simple, uh, to, to maintain those sites.

:

01:08:06,629 --> 01:08:09,000

It's not like WordPress where you're

having to make sure that plugins

:

01:08:09,000 --> 01:08:10,230

are up to date and things like that.

:

01:08:10,500 --> 01:08:11,730

Uh, so you're in good shape there.

:

01:08:12,990 --> 01:08:15,839

Um, Genevieve, you do not necessarily

have to get the template now.

:

01:08:16,170 --> 01:08:18,540

Um, some people find it really

energizing to write their

:

01:08:18,540 --> 01:08:20,160

homepage copy and then insert it.

:

01:08:20,340 --> 01:08:21,870

Some people find it distracting.

:

01:08:22,019 --> 01:08:23,670

Uh, so it really comes down

to how you prefer to work.

:

01:08:24,569 --> 01:08:27,299

Allison, uh, how much time are

people putting in per week?

:

01:08:27,299 --> 01:08:28,319

That's a great question.

:

01:08:28,620 --> 01:08:31,290

We estimate about three

to six hours per week.

:

01:08:31,319 --> 01:08:35,490

Um, again, hoping that you'll set

aside some rest and realignment time as

:

01:08:35,490 --> 01:08:37,410

well, but that tends to be the average.

:

01:08:40,318 --> 01:08:42,660

Marina, do you offer any

discounts on the VIP version?

:

01:08:43,109 --> 01:08:44,219

Do, do, do, do.

:

01:08:45,450 --> 01:08:48,059

You're not interested in group

coaching calls that might, you

:

01:08:48,059 --> 01:08:50,609

might be a better fit for our

done for you services than Marina.

:

01:08:50,609 --> 01:08:52,679

You can learn more about

those@walkerstrategycode.com

:

01:08:52,679 --> 01:08:53,609

slash services.

:

01:08:53,729 --> 01:08:55,950

And there's a link to schedule

a discovery call with me there

:

01:08:55,950 --> 01:08:57,149

if that's a better fit for you.

:

01:08:58,410 --> 01:09:00,779

Which do I recommend more

Wix or Squarespace if you're

:

01:09:00,779 --> 01:09:01,469

starting from scratch?

:

01:09:01,469 --> 01:09:02,490

Squarespace for sure.

:

01:09:02,759 --> 01:09:05,879

Um, it offers some additional kind of

functionality and user friendliness

:

01:09:05,879 --> 01:09:08,580

that we like, but like I said, you

can be incredibly effective on Wix.

:

01:09:10,740 --> 01:09:11,160

Awesome.

:

01:09:12,719 --> 01:09:13,740

Photos for psych today.

:

01:09:13,740 --> 01:09:15,240

That's an interesting question, Kaylee.

:

01:09:15,568 --> 01:09:15,899

Um.

:

01:09:16,620 --> 01:09:18,359

Your headshot has to be rock solid.

:

01:09:18,420 --> 01:09:21,899

Um, and kind of similar to Google

Business Profile, the more completely

:

01:09:21,899 --> 01:09:24,779

you can fill out a site today

profile, the more likely it is that

:

01:09:24,779 --> 01:09:26,250

the algorithm is gonna honor that.

:

01:09:26,250 --> 01:09:29,729

So if you have in-person office

images and things like that,

:

01:09:29,729 --> 01:09:31,470

absolutely incorporate those as well.

:

01:09:31,740 --> 01:09:33,779

Most importantly, you gotta have a video.

:

01:09:34,080 --> 01:09:36,779

You gotta have a video, I'm sorry,

but you got to, and we'll give you a

:

01:09:36,779 --> 01:09:38,100

script and confident copy for that.

:

01:09:40,740 --> 01:09:41,040

Yeah.

:

01:09:41,040 --> 01:09:43,770

If you're interested, a couple folks

are asking like, Hey, I already have a

:

01:09:43,770 --> 01:09:45,870

site, you know, do I need confident copy?

:

01:09:45,870 --> 01:09:47,490

That's a great thing

to send me an email on.

:

01:09:47,819 --> 01:09:48,840

Um, I will get back to you.

:

01:09:48,840 --> 01:09:51,540

I'll take a look at your site, so include

a link to it and I'll let you know,

:

01:09:51,540 --> 01:09:54,660

Hey, it looks like Confident Copy would

totally take this site to the next level.

:

01:09:54,900 --> 01:09:56,460

Sometimes I see it, I'm

like, you're doing great.

:

01:09:56,460 --> 01:09:58,260

Here's a, here's a

different, uh, suggestion.

:

01:09:58,260 --> 01:10:00,270

So if you're interested in

that, absolutely feel free.

:

01:10:01,230 --> 01:10:01,530

Awesome.

:

01:10:01,530 --> 01:10:04,410

Yeah, Quin said, uh, they started

on Wix and moved to WordPress.

:

01:10:04,800 --> 01:10:04,980

All right.

:

01:10:04,980 --> 01:10:05,130

Yeah.

:

01:10:05,130 --> 01:10:07,860

Dalia, um, hello@walkerstrategyco.com

:

01:10:07,860 --> 01:10:09,330

if you'd like to, to send that our way.

:

01:10:09,990 --> 01:10:10,650

All right.

:

01:10:10,740 --> 01:10:13,680

Those of you that are still here, if

you have more questions, put them in.

:

01:10:13,710 --> 01:10:16,080

And also, if you're sitting here.

:

01:10:16,125 --> 01:10:23,445

Uh, why tell me I'm on the fence because

what if you wanna share that with me,

:

01:10:23,865 --> 01:10:25,395

I'm happy to address those things.

:

01:10:25,395 --> 01:10:28,545

Like I said, you're also welcome

to reach out, but I'm on the fence

:

01:10:28,545 --> 01:10:32,475

because dot, dot, dot, what is it?

:

01:10:36,165 --> 01:10:39,225

Yeah, Michelle's asking to review

the difference between VIP and cc.

:

01:10:39,585 --> 01:10:41,505

Um, so I think what you're talking

about there, Michelle, and correct

:

01:10:41,505 --> 01:10:44,895

me if I'm wrong, um, is Confident

Copy and then Confident Copy

:

01:10:44,895 --> 01:10:46,605

Plus, which is our VIP experience.

:

01:10:46,934 --> 01:10:48,345

Um, so they're the same program.

:

01:10:48,345 --> 01:10:51,225

Confident Copy plus gets the

added one-on-one time with me.

:

01:10:51,225 --> 01:10:54,165

So we have a kickoff call and

then four one-on-one sessions, the

:

01:10:54,165 --> 01:10:57,285

complete review, and then we build

and design the website for you.

:

01:10:57,525 --> 01:11:01,125

Uh, so if you, if you've ever seen

any of our wsc studio websites, um,

:

01:11:01,125 --> 01:11:03,165

walk us strategy co.com/portfolio,

:

01:11:03,495 --> 01:11:06,975

um, you can see some examples of

that design, um, work that we do.

:

01:11:06,975 --> 01:11:08,955

And so we'll take your copy

and actually implement it.

:

01:11:11,015 --> 01:11:16,245

Um, Dominique, we don't at this time

have, um, any discount codes on our

:

01:11:16,245 --> 01:11:18,795

Squarespace templates, but we do

have a handful of sales per year.

:

01:11:18,795 --> 01:11:22,395

So definitely keep an eye

on your, uh, on your email.

:

01:11:23,565 --> 01:11:24,555

Awesome.

:

01:11:25,575 --> 01:11:26,445

Absorbing every word.

:

01:11:26,445 --> 01:11:27,135

Already joined.

:

01:11:27,135 --> 01:11:27,885

Awesome.

:

01:11:29,445 --> 01:11:32,355

Brenda said hesitation in that

my site is currently being built.

:

01:11:32,684 --> 01:11:34,485

Yeah, I don't blame you, Brenda.

:

01:11:34,485 --> 01:11:38,055

If, if your site is already in progress,

you know, how do we know if, if this

:

01:11:38,055 --> 01:11:39,465

would take it to the next level or not?

:

01:11:39,645 --> 01:11:42,765

If there's something in progress that

you'd like me to look at, um, like I

:

01:11:42,765 --> 01:11:45,825

said, you're happy, you're welcome to

send that my way, but I hear you on ROI,

:

01:11:45,825 --> 01:11:48,405

especially if you're mid project, so, you

know, maybe this isn't the right time.

:

01:11:48,405 --> 01:11:51,855

Maybe you evaluate if it's working

and then jump at a kaita copy later.

:

01:11:52,125 --> 01:11:54,615

Like I mentioned, this is the last

chance to join with live support

:

01:11:54,615 --> 01:11:57,225

until August, but you can enroll

in the curriculum at any time.

:

01:11:57,465 --> 01:12:00,735

Um, so you can go through the, the

trainings, the workbooks, AI tools.

:

01:12:01,380 --> 01:12:04,620

Everything that we're talking about here

as it relates to the curriculum, Katie,

:

01:12:04,620 --> 01:12:08,070

the difference between Failure Practice

formula and this Confident Copy program.

:

01:12:08,220 --> 01:12:08,730

Yeah, Katie.

:

01:12:08,730 --> 01:12:11,730

So the Failure Practice Formula

was a bestselling course for us

:

01:12:11,730 --> 01:12:16,200

for over five years, and it was

sunsetted at the end of:

:

01:12:16,230 --> 01:12:18,660

Um, it was incredibly powerful.

:

01:12:18,720 --> 01:12:21,990

Over:

it and got incredible results.

:

01:12:22,230 --> 01:12:25,770

The reason failure Practice formula

is no longer, um, available is because

:

01:12:25,950 --> 01:12:29,160

as I looked at the market, I really

felt that the kind of fill in the

:

01:12:29,160 --> 01:12:33,870

blank, um, very templated version

of Failure Practice formula was not

:

01:12:33,870 --> 01:12:38,040

going to equip clinicians to stand

out quite as well as Confident Copy.

:

01:12:38,220 --> 01:12:40,530

Uh, so that's why Confident

Copy is our primary program now.

:

01:12:41,775 --> 01:12:44,924

Ashley tried a coaching service before

and failed to get the results I hoped for.

:

01:12:45,375 --> 01:12:46,455

I hear you on that, Ashley.

:

01:12:46,455 --> 01:12:50,924

I think a lot of of people can resonate

with having enrolled in something had

:

01:12:50,924 --> 01:12:53,684

hopes and not gotten what they wanted.

:

01:12:53,835 --> 01:12:56,655

And I think it, it's really important

to me that you come into confident

:

01:12:56,655 --> 01:12:59,474

copy with clear expectations

about what's gonna happen.

:

01:12:59,835 --> 01:13:03,644

Um, what we have seen when we look

at the therapists who get the best

:

01:13:03,644 --> 01:13:06,794

results, have the best experience

here, uh, is that when they take

:

01:13:06,794 --> 01:13:11,535

advantage of the support available,

you're joining the supported version.

:

01:13:11,775 --> 01:13:13,394

I expect to see it in there, right?

:

01:13:13,605 --> 01:13:14,985

I want you to take advantage of it.

:

01:13:14,985 --> 01:13:18,644

That when they take that advantage

of it and when they have the long

:

01:13:18,644 --> 01:13:23,894

game view on their practice, they

recognize, uh, that clients don't

:

01:13:23,894 --> 01:13:25,365

come in on autopilot these days.

:

01:13:25,605 --> 01:13:28,514

I used to use that language,

bring clients in on autopilot.

:

01:13:28,830 --> 01:13:29,580

I've scrubbed it.

:

01:13:29,580 --> 01:13:31,500

If you ever see it somewhere,

send me an email and tell me.

:

01:13:31,710 --> 01:13:32,850

I don't use that language now.

:

01:13:33,390 --> 01:13:36,390

So therapists have to come in with, you

know, kind of good expectations about

:

01:13:36,390 --> 01:13:39,510

what's gonna be required of them next,

but recognizing that the process, the

:

01:13:39,510 --> 01:13:43,950

framework that we're gonna give you

here is designed and proven to equip

:

01:13:43,950 --> 01:13:46,050

you to do that work over the long term.

:

01:13:46,470 --> 01:13:47,940

Um, so I hope that's helpful for you.

:

01:13:50,250 --> 01:13:52,530

Jasmine did Lim, we love Lim.

:

01:13:52,710 --> 01:13:55,440

Um, and found that it was hard that people

were at different starting points instead

:

01:13:55,440 --> 01:13:56,880

of walking through the process together.

:

01:13:56,910 --> 01:13:59,520

Jasmine, that's actually one of

the reasons we're moving toward,

:

01:13:59,520 --> 01:14:04,290

um, closing, um, life support

enrollment until August to offer

:

01:14:04,290 --> 01:14:05,970

a bit more of a cohort experience.

:

01:14:06,240 --> 01:14:08,160

Um, now, should you join as part

of this enrollment period, we

:

01:14:08,160 --> 01:14:10,860

do have some incredible students

who are currently in the program.

:

01:14:11,160 --> 01:14:13,890

Um, and you can learn from them as

they go ahead, but you'll be working

:

01:14:13,890 --> 01:14:17,309

together with this cohort primarily and,

and really getting to work alongside

:

01:14:17,309 --> 01:14:18,780

each other through the process.

:

01:14:20,925 --> 01:14:24,105

Jessica has had trouble with

both Eminem and FYPF because you

:

01:14:24,105 --> 01:14:26,144

can't think of the right words to

describe who I am and what to do.

:

01:14:26,144 --> 01:14:26,745

I need to hear that.

:

01:14:26,745 --> 01:14:28,425

I can get good support

to work through that.

:

01:14:28,815 --> 01:14:30,224

Jessica, thank you for that.

:

01:14:30,495 --> 01:14:34,335

Um, and that's actually exactly where

I think Confident copy steps in.

:

01:14:34,724 --> 01:14:36,855

Um, that's the beauty of live support.

:

01:14:37,065 --> 01:14:41,325

Um, when you're feeling stuck, this

is what can sort of like nudge you

:

01:14:41,325 --> 01:14:45,434

around and get you unstuck sometimes

with our AI tools, Callie and Nelly

:

01:14:45,434 --> 01:14:49,545

are incredible assets in this, but

also just the real life feedback of

:

01:14:49,545 --> 01:14:52,545

Monica or me looking at your copy and

saying, what if we said it this way

:

01:14:52,545 --> 01:14:53,804

or I hear you wanting to say this.

:

01:14:53,804 --> 01:14:55,245

Here's what I might suggest.

:

01:14:55,605 --> 01:14:58,365

You're gonna get some tools that you

didn't get in those other programs

:

01:14:58,365 --> 01:15:00,465

of ours, um, to, to do this work.

:

01:15:02,264 --> 01:15:06,705

Um, Kie ask, is there a way to support

folks in keeping up with the work through

:

01:15:06,705 --> 01:15:09,195

the 16 weeks so we don't fall behind Kie?

:

01:15:09,195 --> 01:15:09,945

Great question.

:

01:15:10,035 --> 01:15:12,224

Um, we're really thoughtful

about this, uh, because.

:

01:15:12,780 --> 01:15:16,170

We structure the program to be

16 weeks long while recognizing

:

01:15:16,170 --> 01:15:18,960

everyone's experience is going to

be a little bit different, right?

:

01:15:19,170 --> 01:15:21,240

Um, life happens and things like that.

:

01:15:21,240 --> 01:15:25,200

But we do send weekly pacing emails

with kind of the to-do for this week.

:

01:15:25,200 --> 01:15:27,480

So not, here's everything you're

doing in the program, good luck.

:

01:15:27,660 --> 01:15:29,429

Here's what to focus on this week.

:

01:15:29,820 --> 01:15:33,360

Um, and then we, we also encourage

you that if you feel a sense of being

:

01:15:33,360 --> 01:15:37,860

behind, which is common, that that

happens, that you don't stay there.

:

01:15:37,860 --> 01:15:38,849

Don't stay there by yourself.

:

01:15:38,849 --> 01:15:40,320

Raise your hand, ask for support.

:

01:15:40,320 --> 01:15:41,580

Let us know how we can help you.

:

01:15:41,940 --> 01:15:43,200

Um, don't stay stuck.

:

01:15:43,200 --> 01:15:44,910

You're gonna hear me say

that a lot in Confident Copy.

:

01:15:45,929 --> 01:15:46,440

Yeah.

:

01:15:47,429 --> 01:15:52,230

Um, Francis, I've done a similar program

in the past, but didn't follow through

:

01:15:52,230 --> 01:15:53,460

on their suggestions and direction.

:

01:15:53,460 --> 01:15:55,889

How do you support your participants

to keep them accountable?

:

01:15:56,160 --> 01:15:57,750

What a fantastic question.

:

01:15:58,050 --> 01:16:00,480

Um, our new accountability

partner matching is one of the

:

01:16:00,480 --> 01:16:03,750

reasons we did that, uh, because

we've seen how valuable and how.

:

01:16:04,559 --> 01:16:07,950

How, how much having an accountability

partner can actually influence

:

01:16:07,950 --> 01:16:09,600

your ability to do the program.

:

01:16:09,780 --> 01:16:11,550

So that's a really cool addition

that we're offering here.

:

01:16:11,550 --> 01:16:15,660

Francis, one of my other favorites,

Monica, who's been here, she will

:

01:16:15,660 --> 01:16:18,990

follow up with you every single Monday

on how things are going and what

:

01:16:18,990 --> 01:16:22,050

you're working on and what you said

you were gonna do if you ask for it.

:

01:16:22,110 --> 01:16:24,960

And we're not gonna go chasing you

down, but if you ask for it every

:

01:16:24,960 --> 01:16:27,570

single Monday, you'll have a message

from Monica saying, Hey Francis, you

:

01:16:27,570 --> 01:16:30,300

said you were gonna work on your,

the first section of your about page.

:

01:16:30,330 --> 01:16:30,990

How'd it go?

:

01:16:31,110 --> 01:16:33,240

What questions came up next week?

:

01:16:33,450 --> 01:16:35,850

Hey, Francis, you said you're gonna work

on the second section of your about page.

:

01:16:35,880 --> 01:16:36,480

How's it going?

:

01:16:36,570 --> 01:16:37,590

What, what questions came up?

:

01:16:37,800 --> 01:16:40,860

So we really do, if, if you engage

with us, we're gonna engage back with

:

01:16:40,860 --> 01:16:42,660

you and really help you keep moving.

:

01:16:44,040 --> 01:16:44,490

All right.

:

01:16:46,275 --> 01:16:46,965

Couple more.

:

01:16:47,205 --> 01:16:48,885

Alison, I'm trying to decide

if it's the right time.

:

01:16:48,885 --> 01:16:50,925

I'm in rebuilding my

private, my practice phase.

:

01:16:50,925 --> 01:16:53,415

I need to revamp my website, clarify

my work, and I'm actively promoting a

:

01:16:53,415 --> 01:16:55,635

gathering group for a retreat in May.

:

01:16:55,905 --> 01:16:59,055

Can't decide if saying yes to cece right

now is more than I can do well right now.

:

01:16:59,055 --> 01:17:00,405

Like what's my priority right now?

:

01:17:00,434 --> 01:17:02,085

Oh, Alison, I hear you.

:

01:17:02,175 --> 01:17:02,595

Really cool.

:

01:17:02,595 --> 01:17:05,445

What you're working on for that retreat,

it sounds like, and I encourage you to

:

01:17:05,445 --> 01:17:07,275

sit with that and be honest with it.

:

01:17:07,545 --> 01:17:09,375

Um, what is your priority right now?

:

01:17:09,915 --> 01:17:14,505

What do you wanna see happen between

now and the middle of the year?

:

01:17:14,535 --> 01:17:15,615

That's what I would encourage you.

:

01:17:15,615 --> 01:17:17,415

Like what are, what are those priorities?

:

01:17:17,715 --> 01:17:21,045

Um, if, if the goal is improving your

website and revamping kind of your

:

01:17:21,045 --> 01:17:24,525

presence as a whole, your message

who you're talking to, sounds like

:

01:17:24,525 --> 01:17:25,695

confident copy would be awesome.

:

01:17:25,695 --> 01:17:29,145

If you need to double down on your

retreat and focus there, focus there

:

01:17:29,145 --> 01:17:30,615

and confident copy will still be here.

:

01:17:30,645 --> 01:17:32,655

It'll, it'll, it'll,

it'll be waiting for you.

:

01:17:33,929 --> 01:17:39,269

Um, um, I'm not sure if I'm saying your

name right, an anime an an, an Amy.

:

01:17:39,330 --> 01:17:40,589

Sorry if I'm saying that wrong.

:

01:17:40,709 --> 01:17:41,040

Said more.

:

01:17:41,040 --> 01:17:42,719

I need more handholding

at this point in time.

:

01:17:42,719 --> 01:17:43,290

I hear you.

:

01:17:43,589 --> 01:17:45,419

Um, this isn't the right

format for everyone.

:

01:17:45,419 --> 01:17:49,259

Like I said, we do also offer done

for you services, and if you enroll in

:

01:17:49,259 --> 01:17:53,459

Confident Copy, um, there are options

for adding on one-on-one calls with

:

01:17:53,459 --> 01:17:55,500

myself or Monica, that kind of thing.

:

01:17:56,400 --> 01:17:58,349

Uh, Lauren said I'm on the fence

because it's quite the investment

:

01:17:58,349 --> 01:17:59,490

I'm saving for EMDR training.

:

01:17:59,490 --> 01:18:01,469

Not sure which would grow my

business faster, but can't

:

01:18:01,650 --> 01:18:02,730

afford both, unfortunately.

:

01:18:02,730 --> 01:18:04,709

I hear you that, I hear

you on that, Lauren.

:

01:18:04,769 --> 01:18:08,969

And investing in training and things like

that is, is of course another huge element

:

01:18:08,969 --> 01:18:11,400

in your, in your, um, practice life.

:

01:18:11,790 --> 01:18:15,660

Um, I'm not gonna comment on, you

know, confident copy is more important

:

01:18:15,660 --> 01:18:19,259

or is going to, um, grow your

practice faster than EMDR training.

:

01:18:19,259 --> 01:18:21,450

I, that doesn't feel in integrity to me.

:

01:18:21,809 --> 01:18:24,660

Um, but I, the, the one thing that

we've seen for clinicians that are

:

01:18:24,660 --> 01:18:28,169

actively pursuing other certifications

is that the work that we do in

:

01:18:28,169 --> 01:18:32,129

Confident Copy, actually incredibly

clarifying as they add that on.

:

01:18:32,805 --> 01:18:35,775

So you don't, you're not identifying

Lauren just as, oh, I'm an EMDR

:

01:18:35,775 --> 01:18:37,725

therapist now it's, I know what I am.

:

01:18:37,785 --> 01:18:40,845

And adding on EMDR is

only making that better.

:

01:18:41,055 --> 01:18:42,585

That's kind of something

that I've seen there.

:

01:18:43,725 --> 01:18:46,215

Um, joy is interested just in the

curriculum for confident Copy.

:

01:18:46,215 --> 01:18:47,235

Joy, thank you for asking.

:

01:18:47,235 --> 01:18:49,665

We will be making that

available very, very soon.

:

01:18:49,845 --> 01:18:52,960

Um, just the, the curriculum

without the coaching.

:

01:18:53,265 --> 01:18:55,665

So keep an eye on your inbox if

that's not something, if you, you're

:

01:18:55,665 --> 01:18:56,835

not interested in the support.

:

01:18:57,105 --> 01:19:00,285

Um, late next week, the following

week, we'll be offering just the

:

01:19:00,285 --> 01:19:02,355

curriculum moving forward until August.

:

01:19:03,315 --> 01:19:03,795

Yeah.

:

01:19:04,184 --> 01:19:05,055

Alright.

:

01:19:07,725 --> 01:19:10,184

Brittany said I'm a member of two other

communities that hit on similar ideas.

:

01:19:10,184 --> 01:19:12,735

I'm not sure if this community would

make sense or add new information for me.

:

01:19:12,885 --> 01:19:14,144

I also don't love Facebook groups.

:

01:19:14,475 --> 01:19:17,085

I hear on that there's, Facebook has

its issues, doesn't it, Brittany?

:

01:19:17,325 --> 01:19:20,955

Um, as far as being a member of

two other communities that hit on

:

01:19:20,955 --> 01:19:24,045

similar ideas, there are absolutely

other programs out there that.

:

01:19:24,420 --> 01:19:28,800

Are excellent A, um, and that

treat and treat that, uh, help

:

01:19:28,800 --> 01:19:29,910

with, with similar things.

:

01:19:30,120 --> 01:19:32,430

Confident copy is as I know it.

:

01:19:32,430 --> 01:19:36,330

And I've been in the, the

space now for almost six years.

:

01:19:36,990 --> 01:19:39,000

Six years, seven years, oh

my goodness, seven years.

:

01:19:39,240 --> 01:19:44,220

Um, that confident copy is the place

when it comes to niching and writing

:

01:19:44,430 --> 01:19:47,640

for your website that if that is a

top priority for you, you are gonna

:

01:19:47,640 --> 01:19:51,090

get deep, deep, deep expertise in

this area, uh, from this program.

:

01:19:51,870 --> 01:19:56,820

Do, do, do, Laurie said if, um, have

already spent money on my website

:

01:19:56,820 --> 01:19:59,010

in another program, anxious will not

make a difference in my struggling

:

01:19:59,010 --> 01:20:01,200

insurance and 5% self-pay pace practice.

:

01:20:01,200 --> 01:20:03,030

I hear that anxiety for you, Laurie.

:

01:20:03,030 --> 01:20:03,780

Absolutely.

:

01:20:04,050 --> 01:20:07,020

Um, like I said, if you're interested

in me getting eyes on your website and

:

01:20:07,020 --> 01:20:09,660

letting you know, if I think confident

Copy would actually move the needle for

:

01:20:09,660 --> 01:20:11,070

you, you're welcome to send it to me.

:

01:20:11,340 --> 01:20:12,600

Sometimes the answer's no.

:

01:20:13,080 --> 01:20:16,500

I would say 40% of the time

I probably tell someone,

:

01:20:16,500 --> 01:20:17,610

Hey, come, a copy could help.

:

01:20:17,610 --> 01:20:18,930

I don't think it's the

needle mover for you.

:

01:20:18,930 --> 01:20:22,920

You're gonna get an honest answer

from me, so please feel free to, um.

:

01:20:23,445 --> 01:20:24,224

To reach out about that.

:

01:20:24,224 --> 01:20:27,105

Leanne said, I don't trust my

assessment of what I need at this point.

:

01:20:27,615 --> 01:20:28,755

I hear you on that, Leanne.

:

01:20:28,755 --> 01:20:33,285

Sometimes it's hard to, to be in

touch with that part of yourself, huh?

:

01:20:33,585 --> 01:20:36,345

Um, I think I would, I would really

sit with what you learned here.

:

01:20:36,495 --> 01:20:38,595

Um, and you know, some of

these mistakes we talked about,

:

01:20:38,595 --> 01:20:40,365

are these priorities for you?

:

01:20:40,365 --> 01:20:44,655

Are these things you can see yourself

in, um, or, you know, wherever

:

01:20:44,655 --> 01:20:46,245

you are and where your goals are.

:

01:20:46,365 --> 01:20:47,894

Is the gap something else?

:

01:20:47,955 --> 01:20:51,375

Um, did we expose a gap here that

could potentially be served by

:

01:20:51,375 --> 01:20:54,465

confident copy or is there another

gap that is worth your attention here?

:

01:20:54,705 --> 01:20:55,575

That's what I think on.

:

01:20:56,775 --> 01:20:57,525

All right.

:

01:20:59,595 --> 01:21:00,495

You're so welcome, Ashley.

:

01:21:00,495 --> 01:21:01,155

Absolutely.

:

01:21:01,155 --> 01:21:01,515

Marina.

:

01:21:01,519 --> 01:21:01,785

Great.

:

01:21:01,785 --> 01:21:04,455

I'm have a lot of emails

waiting for me when I sign off.

:

01:21:06,015 --> 01:21:08,535

Katie said I did another program

that's very do it yourself and ran

:

01:21:08,535 --> 01:21:11,385

into a lot of bento blocks that kept

me from even narrowing down my niche.

:

01:21:11,385 --> 01:21:12,825

How would your program be

a support to me in this?

:

01:21:12,825 --> 01:21:14,505

Would the bonus AI tools better help me?

:

01:21:15,255 --> 01:21:16,815

I also have no website building knowledge.

:

01:21:16,815 --> 01:21:18,675

Will this, uh, program

be a good fit for me?

:

01:21:19,125 --> 01:21:19,965

Um, Katie.

:

01:21:20,384 --> 01:21:25,125

The power of joining the supported version

in particular is that not only do you

:

01:21:25,125 --> 01:21:30,434

get Nelly and Callie who on their own

are incredibly powerful, um, in helping

:

01:21:30,434 --> 01:21:32,174

you get out of these mental blocks.

:

01:21:32,264 --> 01:21:36,495

Um, but you're gonna get a real

person, um, niche support thread.

:

01:21:36,525 --> 01:21:39,615

It's a weekly thread in our Facebook

group that goes live on Tuesday, uh,

:

01:21:39,615 --> 01:21:41,115

is where I hang out all the time.

:

01:21:41,205 --> 01:21:44,295

And you and I can go back and forth,

back and forth, back and forth, back

:

01:21:44,295 --> 01:21:47,205

and forth coaching on your niche every

single week for as long as we need to.

:

01:21:47,504 --> 01:21:50,355

Um, now we make a lot of movement

in the first couple weeks together.

:

01:21:50,384 --> 01:21:51,285

That's our intention.

:

01:21:51,495 --> 01:21:55,365

But we often have clients or, you know,

students writing their about page, needing

:

01:21:55,365 --> 01:21:56,684

to circle back around to their niche.

:

01:21:56,865 --> 01:22:01,125

We are always here to help you continue

workshopping and refining, to offer

:

01:22:01,125 --> 01:22:04,724

suggestions on how to language things

or what to say sometimes to reflect

:

01:22:04,724 --> 01:22:08,325

back to you what we're hearing because

you feel so stuck in your head.

:

01:22:08,594 --> 01:22:11,594

It's another great use of our, uh,

Thursday coaching calls where we can

:

01:22:11,594 --> 01:22:13,155

actually talk about it live as well.

:

01:22:13,485 --> 01:22:17,085

Um, so I think you would find, like

I said, the AI tools paired with the,

:

01:22:17,085 --> 01:22:18,705

the live support, really powerful.

:

01:22:19,875 --> 01:22:20,265

Uh, Amanda?

:

01:22:20,265 --> 01:22:20,445

Yes.

:

01:22:20,445 --> 01:22:21,615

All prices are in USD.

:

01:22:23,235 --> 01:22:26,835

Oh, also, I didn't answer your question,

Katie, on no website Building Knowledge.

:

01:22:27,165 --> 01:22:31,695

Um, 50% of our students come in without

a website, so you're not alone in that.

:

01:22:31,905 --> 01:22:35,055

Um, competent copy is not the, you

know, the curriculum is not formally

:

01:22:35,055 --> 01:22:39,135

about how to build a website and,

and choose a domain name, and yet

:

01:22:39,135 --> 01:22:40,965

we have resources for all of that.

:

01:22:41,205 --> 01:22:44,144

I also recognize as part of the

supported version that you don't have a

:

01:22:44,144 --> 01:22:45,915

place to ask those types of questions.

:

01:22:45,915 --> 01:22:47,865

So pretty much everything's fair game.

:

01:22:48,135 --> 01:22:51,405

Um, if you are tackling something

related to your website, um, I have

:

01:22:51,405 --> 01:22:53,265

deep expertise in that entire process.

:

01:22:53,265 --> 01:22:56,660

We build launch design websites

for, for clients every single month.

:

01:22:57,165 --> 01:22:59,325

Um, so I'm always happy

to answer questions as is.

:

01:22:59,325 --> 01:23:03,525

Monica Norland said, well, I'd be

working on my website while enrolled

:

01:23:03,525 --> 01:23:06,555

in the program, or would my website be

updated after I complete the program?

:

01:23:06,915 --> 01:23:07,605

Excellent question.

:

01:23:07,605 --> 01:23:10,245

Norland, that really comes

down to how you prefer to work.

:

01:23:10,275 --> 01:23:14,265

Um, some people decide to join Confident

Copy and just lock into the curriculum.

:

01:23:14,595 --> 01:23:18,765

Figure out my niche, write the copy, write

site today, and then implement the copy.

:

01:23:18,765 --> 01:23:20,355

They, that's how they work better.

:

01:23:20,595 --> 01:23:23,055

Other people kind of like to build

the plane as they're flying it.

:

01:23:23,055 --> 01:23:25,515

They find that energizing, they

like to sort of see the fruits

:

01:23:25,515 --> 01:23:26,745

of their labor as they're going.

:

01:23:26,745 --> 01:23:28,455

And so some choose to update as they go.

:

01:23:28,725 --> 01:23:29,865

Uh, there's not a right or wrong there.

:

01:23:30,420 --> 01:23:30,540

I,

:

01:23:34,785 --> 01:23:38,265

Stephanie said, not sure if I can

get people to even see my site.

:

01:23:38,535 --> 01:23:41,325

My networking abilities are poor and

there are a lot of providers in my area.

:

01:23:41,445 --> 01:23:45,195

So should I spend money on a

site, no one will see Stephanie.

:

01:23:45,195 --> 01:23:46,934

I do not want you

spending money on a site.

:

01:23:46,934 --> 01:23:47,684

No one will see.

:

01:23:48,015 --> 01:23:49,005

Absolutely not.

:

01:23:49,005 --> 01:23:51,345

And that's one of the things that people

can spend like thousands of dollars on

:

01:23:51,345 --> 01:23:53,805

their website and then they sit back

and they're like, where are the clients?

:

01:23:54,165 --> 01:23:56,625

Well, we gotta keep driving, right?

:

01:23:56,865 --> 01:23:58,815

So when we talk about the

client conversion engine,

:

01:23:58,815 --> 01:23:59,715

there's those three pieces.

:

01:23:59,715 --> 01:24:02,055

Confident identity, confident

presence, confident connection.

:

01:24:02,655 --> 01:24:03,825

The confident connection.

:

01:24:04,005 --> 01:24:08,144

That's the fueling of the

engine and that is required.

:

01:24:08,175 --> 01:24:09,675

It's why I don't use the word language.

:

01:24:09,705 --> 01:24:12,974

I don't use the word autopilot anymore

in anything that we talk about because

:

01:24:12,974 --> 01:24:16,934

it is absolutely critical after you

move on from Confident Copy that you

:

01:24:16,934 --> 01:24:18,795

fuel the engine that you've just built.

:

01:24:19,005 --> 01:24:23,205

That's why we revamped that entire last

module of Confident Copy to show you, and

:

01:24:23,205 --> 01:24:26,684

I can actually, I could screen share and

show you if you like, but like all of the

:

01:24:26,684 --> 01:24:30,554

different tactics and strategies, what are

you gonna do to move that needle forward?

:

01:24:30,915 --> 01:24:33,344

So you need an effective website.

:

01:24:33,375 --> 01:24:35,025

That is the first place to start.

:

01:24:35,085 --> 01:24:37,965

If you go out there and start networking

and SEO and social media and you don't

:

01:24:37,965 --> 01:24:41,115

have a good website, then we're doing that

pouring water into a leaky bucket kind

:

01:24:41,115 --> 01:24:42,705

of thing, that diagram at the beginning.

:

01:24:43,035 --> 01:24:44,235

So we need that effective website.

:

01:24:44,235 --> 01:24:50,054

But then, then the ongoing work comes,

right, of getting people to that website.

:

01:24:50,295 --> 01:24:51,165

Now, networking.

:

01:24:51,825 --> 01:24:53,115

Really is, is hard.

:

01:24:53,115 --> 01:24:53,895

It's challenging.

:

01:24:54,045 --> 01:24:56,745

We have some really, I've done some

really helpful podcast episodes.

:

01:24:56,745 --> 01:24:58,755

Helpful if I do say so

myself on networking.

:

01:24:58,815 --> 01:25:02,355

And in that module we have some

resources, um, as well to sort

:

01:25:02,355 --> 01:25:05,175

of equip you in that area because

networking does Reign Supreme.

:

01:25:05,505 --> 01:25:10,845

Um, 86% of fully booked therapists

have gotten maybe more than that,

:

01:25:11,175 --> 01:25:14,625

maybe 90% have gotten a, a, uh,

client in the last six months from

:

01:25:14,625 --> 01:25:15,855

networking with another therapist.

:

01:25:15,855 --> 01:25:19,605

So it is critical the way you do it

is up to you and everything else you

:

01:25:19,605 --> 01:25:20,745

do to your market, your practice.

:

01:25:20,745 --> 01:25:23,415

If you wanna dance on TikTok,

dance on TikTok, and if you

:

01:25:23,415 --> 01:25:24,765

don't, you don't have to.

:

01:25:24,975 --> 01:25:26,355

That's what we aim to equip you with.

:

01:25:27,465 --> 01:25:30,375

Alright, do, do, do.

:

01:25:30,675 --> 01:25:32,145

Um, all right, a couple more questions.

:

01:25:32,385 --> 01:25:35,985

Amita said, I bought the failure practice

formula and benefited mildly from it.

:

01:25:36,015 --> 01:25:36,375

Okay.

:

01:25:36,615 --> 01:25:39,255

Do you think that specific trainings

like EMDR, brainspotting and SEO

:

01:25:39,255 --> 01:25:43,485

matter when converting clients,

is it not just the language?

:

01:25:45,195 --> 01:25:46,035

Yes and no.

:

01:25:46,395 --> 01:25:49,665

Um, do I think having advanced trainings.

:

01:25:50,040 --> 01:25:52,020

Matters and, and is helpful.

:

01:25:52,080 --> 01:25:54,870

I do, especially because we're

in a market right now where

:

01:25:54,870 --> 01:25:57,660

clients are beginning to look for

modalities more than they used to.

:

01:25:58,170 --> 01:26:01,230

Oh, I heard my Miley Cyrus did

EMDR, maybe I should do EMDR.

:

01:26:01,260 --> 01:26:04,890

You know, and so for that reason, it's

we're seeing method pages, which we

:

01:26:04,890 --> 01:26:06,420

have a framework for in confident copy.

:

01:26:06,780 --> 01:26:10,590

Uh, we're seeing more and more

people, um, leverage those and, and,

:

01:26:10,650 --> 01:26:11,940

um, need them for their practice.

:

01:26:11,940 --> 01:26:16,050

And so for that reason, because clients

are coming seeking methodology, I do

:

01:26:16,050 --> 01:26:19,770

think that having those trainings is

helpful if you don't have those things.

:

01:26:19,770 --> 01:26:22,170

Do I think it makes or breaks

your ability to be successful?

:

01:26:22,170 --> 01:26:22,830

I do not.

:

01:26:23,220 --> 01:26:27,210

Um, you know, I, we, we work with

students who are green and newer

:

01:26:27,210 --> 01:26:30,270

in their practice and don't have

those additional trainings yet, and

:

01:26:30,690 --> 01:26:34,590

are still fantastic clinicians and

incredibly effective in their marketing.

:

01:26:34,890 --> 01:26:37,380

Um, so I think it's helpful when

it comes to sort of the other

:

01:26:37,380 --> 01:26:38,370

person that was like, do I do this?

:

01:26:38,370 --> 01:26:40,830

Or EMDR training, like both could help.

:

01:26:41,190 --> 01:26:44,309

Um, what, what confident copying sort

of this process offers you is who are

:

01:26:44,309 --> 01:26:48,840

you as a clinician absent of those

methods, why would someone choose you?

:

01:26:49,320 --> 01:26:52,920

Even if they didn't know what those

things are, we gotta get clear on that.

:

01:26:52,920 --> 01:26:56,340

And then doing those things, adding

those things is like the cherry on top.

:

01:26:57,990 --> 01:26:59,340

Alright, amazing.

:

01:26:59,340 --> 01:27:00,570

Norland, we'd love to support you.

:

01:27:00,570 --> 01:27:01,890

It sounds like some folks

have already jumped in.

:

01:27:01,890 --> 01:27:03,750

My phone's been on, uh, do not disturb.

:

01:27:03,750 --> 01:27:06,750

But like I said, I know I've got a lot

of, uh, a lot of emails waiting for me.

:

01:27:06,750 --> 01:27:08,100

So I hope this got your gears turning.

:

01:27:08,100 --> 01:27:10,620

Friends, I'm so grateful

that you were here today.

:

01:27:10,740 --> 01:27:12,090

You will get a link to the replay.

:

01:27:12,330 --> 01:27:15,660

Um, and like I said, that conversion

audit bonus will expire on Friday.

:

01:27:15,660 --> 01:27:19,170

We will send you an email with, uh,

more information on all of that.

:

01:27:19,170 --> 01:27:21,270

Feel free to hit reply

if you've got questions.

:

01:27:21,750 --> 01:27:22,530

For now.

:

01:27:22,590 --> 01:27:25,440

Enjoy the rest of your Wednesday and

I'm gonna jump over to the inbox and

:

01:27:25,440 --> 01:27:26,910

start seeing what you guys have to say.

:

01:27:27,540 --> 01:27:28,020

Bye everyone.
