Astrology shows you where you are weak in the elements. Think of a car with four tires — each tire is an element. What kind of ride are you going to have when all four tires are inflated at different pressures? Bumpy. Potholes. A rough road. But when all four tires are at the same pressure on a smooth black tar road — that is a smooth ride. Better miles per gallon. Better everything. Get personal with it. Look at your chart and find your element balance. Excessive air and low on water, fire, and earth means the ride is going to show it. Find where you are weak. Fill the tires. That's the work. Know thyself. Balance your energy.
