Did you know only 23% of coffee roasters are female?
Isn't that wild?
Just think about that. All of that work, all the things that we don't have a lot of opportunities to do. 23% of women are doing it. This means that these are pretty strong women to talk to. These are pretty strong women to figure out what was the strategy.
As a female coffee roaster myself, it's really important to know that, like, hey, these women are kick ass. Every episode will leave you wanting to learn more and have a conversation with another person about this. It won't leave you with this empty feeling of "I just heard another person tell me their story." We need more women to talk about it.
