The Strange Road: Detours presents even more strange tales of cryptids from the Midwest. On this episode Mikey and Bub will be taking a hard right into the world of The Ohio Grassman, The Minerva Monster, The Cedar Bog Monster and The Loveland Frogman. Stories of these hidden creatures have been passed down from generation to generation here in Ohio. In the case of the Grassman sightings date back 150 years and stories from the many tribes in the Ohio River Valley are still alive today. The Loveland Frogman has been in the conscious mind of Ohioans dating back to the 17th century originating with The Twightwee tribe, commonly referred to as the Miami People, living near the Little Miami River where the sightings persist even in modern times… maybe.
