It would be great if there was an easy answer to finally hitting your health and fitness goals and creating a workout routine that actually worked for you. The fact is that, as much as our fitness and health is important to us, it often comes at the bottom of the list.

In this episode, I will share with you one thing that you can do to finally make that change and start hitting those fitness and wellness goals. I will help you make a real commitment to yourself and show you how to work on your mindset each and every day.

Ask yourself:

- What beliefs do I have about my ability to reach this goal?

- If I’ve tried to reach this goal before, what might have held me back?

- What can I do to address that this time round?

- How can I make my goal more specific?

- What new beliefs do I need to create to help me reach my goal?

Research has shown that if we write our goals down, they're more likely to happen and we're more likely to achieve them. So write those questions down, spend some time going through them and answering them. There will be ups and downs, but by doing this, you're going to set your intention to go on that journey, and get some ideas on how to work on your mindset to finally reach your fitness, wellness or any other in your life.
