The Saints have made their 1st Round Selection in the 2025 NFL Draft with Texas Offensive Tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. The former Lombardi Award (top OL) & Outland Trophy (top OL/DL) winner will solidify the tackles as the saints select the position in consecutive years.

While a Quarterback was not selected the rest of the league was in a similar mindset as only two QBs would come off the board in round one. Will the Saints take players such as Shedeur Sanders, Tyler Shough or Jalen Milroe? Or, is the theme of filling needed gaps elsewhere the primary focus for Mickey Loomis and Kellen Moore.
