Speaker:suite. I am doing really well. Thank you so much. I'm listening to
Speaker:you read that. I'm going like, Oh, really? I love
Speaker:it. always like that Yes.
Speaker:But It always sounds so
Speaker:great. thank you
Speaker:so much. I'm happy to be here. I'm really happy to have this conversation with
Speaker:you. I think it's really needed and yeah, let's get into
Speaker:it. Yes, I'm so excited. So before we get into all the course
Speaker:creation stuff, let's talk a little bit more about you, your
Speaker:business specifically, um, how you help people create their
Speaker:courses and also just more about who you are as a person. Let us
Speaker:know. Absolutely. So as you heard there, I'm not going to recap
Speaker:the whole bio, but yes, I started in the online space since 2017.
Speaker:And you know, when I started at that time, to be fair, there weren't a
Speaker:lot of people doing coaching and courses, I remember.
Speaker:I'm a military partner, so my husband's military, um, with the
Speaker:British forces. And I was in, so we lived in Germany and
Speaker:we then moved to Cyprus. And so this was in 2017 when
Speaker:I was working a 9 to 5 in Cyprus that I came
Speaker:across the idea of coaching and courses in the online space and I had
Speaker:so much free time. My husband is like one of these type A's, just always
Speaker:working, always out and I always had free time. I didn't have kids at the
Speaker:time. And so I started blogging and at the time
Speaker:I, I just heard God say, you know, so one day I read treasures, my
Speaker:relationship with God and hearing from him. And one time I was like praying and
Speaker:asking God like I have so much free time I need to you know Like
Speaker:we could be in one of those states where you want to be more productive
Speaker:and do stuff So I used to do baking I used to do all of
Speaker:these things And God said to me You know, I have a degree, I
Speaker:have a degree in international tourism management. I also was a travel
Speaker:agent and, um, I travel quite a lot. And regardless,
Speaker:like, use what you already have. Like, you don't have to go out there and
Speaker:do anything different. You can use whatever you have. So I started blogging. I remember
Speaker:getting that paid, um, opportunity to be published in the
Speaker:Condé Nast. So, you know, I started out really good, you know,
Speaker:talking travel and just really helping women to be more confident with their
Speaker:travels and traveling on a budget and all of that. So when I
Speaker:transited into coaching, because when I saw this thing online about you actually
Speaker:helping other women, I was like, I want to do that. I really want to
Speaker:do that. I had such a desire to do that. And so my first business
Speaker:coach helped me to package data games. I became a travel life coach to
Speaker:begin with. So I was helping women, coaching them through travel, and I loved
Speaker:every minute of it. Right, but then I became a mom and that's a
Speaker:whole different transition, you know in 2000 2019 I
Speaker:gave birth to my daughter and it was a journey in faith because we know
Speaker:we were trying for a long time There's a bit of I don't want to
Speaker:say fertility issues But it was a long delay and I was really trusting god
Speaker:and my partner and I were really trusting god for this child and You know
Speaker:when it did come when we did get pregnant and stuff Then I had these
Speaker:huge fears around childbirth and I was so worried about giving
Speaker:birth I think a lot of first time moms go through that and i'm all
Speaker:about the natural I know I don't like I don't like surgeries and all of
Speaker:these things. And I remember praying and the way I came across this
Speaker:technique called hypnobirthing, it was truly God. It's like a friend mentioned it
Speaker:to me before I was pregnant and I moved to the UK and then the
Speaker:midwife mentioned it again without knowing I knew anything about
Speaker:hypnobirthing. God, this is a sign from you. So I did the hip
Speaker:deberthing program and I gave birth within my daughter within three
Speaker:hours naturally. And I was like, God, that was the most miraculous thing that ever
Speaker:happened to me. I was so amazed with it. And it was so fast forward.
Speaker:I then became a practitioner. I hit the button practitioner from there. And
Speaker:then obviously as I was doing that, I felt called to just really go
Speaker:back to that life coaching aspect. And then I've done
Speaker:businesses related to my unique gifts and talents. And so that's how I've
Speaker:come to become a business coach and where I help now with course
Speaker:creations. I love
Speaker:that story. And you know, I always like hearing people's journey because
Speaker:it's never linear, right? It's always a bunch of different
Speaker:experiences, whether it's up or down, but they all.
Speaker:work together to get you to where you are now. And I love that you
Speaker:said, you know, when you asked God what you should be doing, he said,
Speaker:use what you have. Right. And I think a lot of times we just try
Speaker:to get another certification or, join a course
Speaker:or try to go back to school, whatever it is we're trying to do, or
Speaker:give, give ourselves excuses or reasons for not
Speaker:starting. But we literally have all that we
Speaker:need to start, right? You might need something else as you go
Speaker:along, but you have all you need in your hands right now to start.
Speaker:so I love that you said that. Now you started talking about your
Speaker:daughter and you had your first child in 2019. And
Speaker:I know you have a second one now. So
Speaker:your motherhood journey, um, are you
Speaker:loving right now in this season of motherhood? Oh my goodness. You
Speaker:know, from even before I got pregnant, I always knew that I want
Speaker:to be a stay at home mom and I want to be present for my
Speaker:children. And that's one of the desire for me. for a long time. And as
Speaker:you mentioned, I, we are blessed with a little boy. He's going
Speaker:on three months. He is the sweetest little thing. And the thing is with
Speaker:this one as well, with this birth, it's, this is the thing. God just blows
Speaker:all mine sometime. Like I didn't have the lovely experience in the
Speaker:sense of hitting the birth in with him, which I really tried to do, but
Speaker:he was breached. And so we ended up having to do a C section. And
Speaker:I was so worried about that C section, but I just, went back again to
Speaker:faith, like just kept trusting God. And even though we did the C section, it
Speaker:was nothing as expected. It was so seamless. It was so easy. And
Speaker:I kind of just heard God say like, you know, sometimes we just need to
Speaker:have the different experiences, not always going to be the way that we want it
Speaker:to. But it's always going to be the way that he wants it to, you
Speaker:know? And so as a mother, I really just value being there for
Speaker:my kids. I said to people like, you know, sometimes you could, as moms, especially
Speaker:I have a five year old and she's such an energizer for me and everything,
Speaker:mommy, mommy, mommy this, mommy that, you know, sometimes I go like. If I hear
Speaker:mommy one more time, but I love it so much. I love it. The
Speaker:fact that she comes to me and she needs my help and she needs me.
Speaker:I'm a little boy. Now is in the stage that when I walk into the
Speaker:room with his dad, he just lights up and he just wasn't to laugh when
Speaker:he sees me. And it's just these little moments. I just love being present for
Speaker:them. Because I realized that time goes by so fast and I'm going to be
Speaker:looking back and going like, Oh, I don't want to be in that state where
Speaker:they're young and I'm rushing it. You know what I mean? I said to her
Speaker:friend, I don't want to be rushing this stage. And I'm looking back and going,
Speaker:If I could be there when they were five and two and just be present,
Speaker:you know, so it's just that I just love it Yeah,
Speaker:I resonate with that a lot. And I think a lot of people listening as
Speaker:well, just having the privilege, um, to be able
Speaker:to be in a position to be present with your children. Sometimes
Speaker:people, their circumstances may not allow that, and it may be a desire for
Speaker:them, but to have the desire and also the privilege. Through
Speaker:entrepreneurship to be able to do that. It's definitely something
Speaker:that, you know, I resonate with and just don't take
Speaker:lightly at all because like you said, they grow up so fast and it is
Speaker:challenging because my two they're home with me. I have a 3 year old. Well,
Speaker:she'll be 3 next month. Um. She's three and I have an eight month old
Speaker:Oh, wow Love
Speaker:it so I get it, you know, she's very active
Speaker:now and the little ones, he's starting to crawl everywhere and go up the steps
Speaker:and it can be a lot, but like you said, you, you're always
Speaker:reminded like this time goes by fast and just being
Speaker:able to be there with them and not miss out on these moments. It
Speaker:is such a blessing. So I definitely, And not only that I want to add
Speaker:to that like being present doesn't just mean like actually physically being there It's being
Speaker:mentally present right and that's exactly why I started with the
Speaker:Courses with passive income, and we're going to that, of course, because the thing is,
Speaker:even as entrepreneurs as humans, right? We are with our kids, but we're
Speaker:thinking, Oh, I need to do this. I need to do that. And so I,
Speaker:when I'm like in that moment where I'm thinking I have a long list of
Speaker:to do list, I'm like, no, I want to be present right here in
Speaker:this moment. Acknowledging that they're here and being
Speaker:involved and not let my mind go wandering. So that is super important
Speaker:as well. yes, that's, I'm glad you made
Speaker:that, that distinction there, because like you say, you can
Speaker:be there physically, but not totally be there, or you can be there and trying
Speaker:to get work done and they're just kind of around and don't have your
Speaker:attention is one of the reasons why I literally just stopped
Speaker:trying to do work while they were around. Because. It was just causing
Speaker:too much frustration. And then they were also not getting the attention that they
Speaker:needed. So, I'm glad you pointed that out. But since you started
Speaker:mentioning the course creation, let's, let's get into that now.
Speaker:what have been some of the biggest mistakes that you've seen
Speaker:when people are actually trying to create their courses?
Speaker:Yeah. So firstly, even before we got to, we get to that, like when
Speaker:I created my first course, I remember that I had that desire from
Speaker:since 2017. I had that desire to create a course, but
Speaker:just starting out, I, you know, I think I get in my, got into my
Speaker:head. Like, I think a lot of us moms at the time I wasn't a
Speaker:mom, but a lot of us people, women, we go through this, right? I don't
Speaker:even know where to start. Start I feel so overwhelmed. You don't know how to
Speaker:even get started to do what to do, what to do. Right. And so
Speaker:this was just after the pandemic. I remember God putting it in my heart
Speaker:again. I think this was 2022, if I'm correct, um, create a
Speaker:course. And I was like, I don't know, like, what am I going to
Speaker:create a course on, you know, at the time my daughter would have been probably
Speaker:two or three, she was start just in nursery, I think for three hours,
Speaker:two days, she was doing Tuesdays Three hours. in the U. S.
Speaker:um, child care is expensive as here, but she was just doing half
Speaker:days, you know, so I only had like three hours in
Speaker:for two days, you know, and so I
Speaker:remember, and then God said to me, you know, you've learned to hear from me,
Speaker:connect with me, really just have that deeper relationship, because I really
Speaker:did go through a transition where I've had a spiritual growth during the pandemic, you
Speaker:know, and I just started to hear God so much clearly in my business,
Speaker:and literally with In that same three hours when my daughter was at
Speaker:school, I created my very first course. Like everything just
Speaker:downloaded to me while I was spending with God. And I just created the course
Speaker:with it. So you could say like within the week I was, it was created
Speaker:and it was selling. And I was like, God, this is amazing, you know?
Speaker:So just to go back to that question is like, where do you get started?
Speaker:I think again, going back to it is. What do you have? What do
Speaker:you know? What is it that people ask you about? What is it you can't
Speaker:you're confident about? What is it that knowledge that you have experienced for yourself or
Speaker:you've done a research for yourself? And now you can then teach somebody
Speaker:else with that. That is where I would say you get started.
Speaker:Yeah. And, um, just kind of going back to what you mentioned,
Speaker:You created your course in a week? Yes
Speaker:A week. Okay. Now, one of the
Speaker:things that I do know is that people, some people are gifted
Speaker:for certain things, right? And they have the, what's the word that I'm looking
Speaker:for? The grace.
Speaker:Okay, is. People are Yes, and
Speaker:so I think with you, like your grace to be able to
Speaker:do this quickly because somebody else might struggle with, like you
Speaker:mentioned, uh, where do I start? What do I talk about? And it may take
Speaker:months, right? Cause I've even had experiences where it's like, I have an idea, but
Speaker:it was taking me forever to, just even map the thing out. but if you're
Speaker:able to do it in a week, then that just goes to show like, okay,
Speaker:this is not something that you're trying to do, but you have the expertise and
Speaker:it's something that you're also graced for to be able to lead other people,
Speaker:with that grace to see, some similar results to what you've had. So
Speaker:I wanted to point that piece out because I know you help people create their
Speaker:courses in what, six weeks, is it six weeks or six weeks or
Speaker:less? we go less anyone obviously I did one I did my day one
Speaker:week so I don't ever say you can't do it You know, it's just a
Speaker:matter of as I said before just getting I'm just getting clay when
Speaker:you get clear and I teach this Um very much in
Speaker:my programs and I think I just a YouTube video on this actually where I
Speaker:was sharing with you You need to get clear on who you're serving,
Speaker:um, what you're serving them, as in what problem you're going to be
Speaker:solving for them, and the how, which is your process or the
Speaker:information that you're giving, you know. Once you're clear on those three things, like
Speaker:that is going to propel you to create your course, because I feel like when
Speaker:we're just starting, we are so hooked up on websites and what
Speaker:platform and all of these things. And to be fair, those things come like
Speaker:literally last because your content is what is most important. So
Speaker:once you get, and that's why I said, um, you know, I really connected with
Speaker:God because that's one of the things that I teach too is just because God
Speaker:is going to give you clarity. The Lord is going to download to you and
Speaker:let you see things that you probably weren't blinded to before, or
Speaker:you will feel overwhelmed around. And once you spend that time with God and put
Speaker:intentionally about your business or your course, God is so
Speaker:faithful. He will show you, you know? And so once you get clear on those
Speaker:things, like that's it, that's all you need. And then it's just a matter of,
Speaker:as you said, like probably using my expertise to then help you to set it
Speaker:up quicker. And you know, you don't have to be faffing around with
Speaker:whatever platform, trying to figure it out on your own. Yes. That's
Speaker:so good. Now I'm curious, since you work with women and especially moms,
Speaker:do you find that something that hinders them from kind of getting
Speaker:started is this whole idea of imposter syndrome
Speaker:or like, who am I to be doing this course or anything
Speaker:related to that? And how do you kind of address that when you're working
Speaker:with them? Absolutely. Like I always say the scripture
Speaker:and you know, as I'm speaking to you, I may be misquoting it, but you
Speaker:know, the scripture says that I am not giving you a spirit of fear, but
Speaker:of power and of love and of a sound mind. I always say that to
Speaker:everybody because the thing is, especially as women,
Speaker:Mothers, we have so much to give. The enemy is
Speaker:scared of us because we, you know, we doubt ourselves so
Speaker:much. Like so many of us have gone through so many experiences. How many of
Speaker:us have degrees? How many of us have like, you know, experience in the workplace
Speaker:for how many years people come to us, ask us to train us all of
Speaker:these things we have, but yet we don't want to say we are an expert
Speaker:because expert sounds too big, but we literally, we are experts in
Speaker:our fields. We know what we know, but yet we doubt ourselves so much.
Speaker:so much. So one of the things I really teach you is to get into
Speaker:who you are, know how God sees you and
Speaker:start to see yourself. And this is a transition for myself as well, because
Speaker:I constantly, I think as humans, we do that, especially women. We
Speaker:constantly doubt what we do. We constantly doubt who God has said that
Speaker:we are because we're not seeing it. seeing that right now, but we have to
Speaker:start to see ourselves through God's eyes. And I use scripture and I used
Speaker:affirmations and all of these things to remind us and drill it
Speaker:into the subconscious mind that this is who God says that you are. You know,
Speaker:this is so important. This is like a whole reframing of the mind. And this
Speaker:goes back to, I think it's Romans 12 and 12. Don't quote me, but it
Speaker:does say like, um, you need to renew your mind, right?
Speaker:Don't confirm to the world, but renew your mind. And that's very, very
Speaker:important when it comes to imposter syndrome. That's so good.
Speaker:So good. Um, okay. So, They've gotten past the
Speaker:imposter syndrome. They, they know who they're serving. Is
Speaker:there anything else that they need to have in place prior
Speaker:to starting to create their course? No, to
Speaker:be fair, if you're clear on those three things, because if,
Speaker:for example, you know who you're serving, so let's say, let's just break it down.
Speaker:You know who. It's your target audience and target students, right?
Speaker:So because you know who that person is, you're going to know, of course, their
Speaker:problems, the stuff that they're going through. So therefore you're going to be able to
Speaker:speak into that because you know, right? So like you, you're reading, you're reading
Speaker:from a book when it comes to them, right? When you think about the, what
Speaker:is like, what the problem that they have that, you know, you can solve with
Speaker:your skills and your, you know, your experiences or whatever that may be.
Speaker:So then again, you are also familiar with the problem and you're also familiar with
Speaker:the solutions. So that's gonna be really perfect for you to speak into
Speaker:that and really connect with those people going through that problem. And then going back
Speaker:to the how, which is your process. So, for example, you may have had
Speaker:some particular steps that you took that you were able to create that solution for
Speaker:yourself, whatever that may be. So then you are then showing that same
Speaker:people that you know what you're talking about, like you have done those steps. And
Speaker:if they do that exact step, they're going to get that results as well. So
Speaker:once you tackle that, you get that clarity and you brainstorm around and get clear
Speaker:on that. And then you deal with the feedback. Fair and imposter syndrome. Nothing can
Speaker:stop you. You are on the path. You know, it's just a matter of just
Speaker:choosing a platform. And I always say, choose one that is easy for
Speaker:you and one that's not gonna hinder you. Because I think sometimes we wanna go
Speaker:into this elaborate stuff, like we could be so simple. And this is
Speaker:why I teach Thinking fake and male life, because as you, I shared
Speaker:with you, and that's how I did mine in a week. Like I didn't overthink
Speaker:it. And literally that these platforms are so easy. And one of
Speaker:the things that I have introduced as well in my business is I'm done for
Speaker:you service because I understand that as moms, we don't necessarily have the
Speaker:time to sit down and do all of that. Right. Even though I do teach
Speaker:you. So instead of you like trying to. figure it out on your own,
Speaker:I will take you through the steps. But if, for example, you don't have the
Speaker:time, I literally can do it for you because I've done it so many times.
Speaker:I literally have no issues with doing it in probably a week or less,
Speaker:right? So that's just the most important things to get your course going. And then,
Speaker:of course, it's the selling aspect, which is about showing up and the imposter
Speaker:syndrome. Again, tackling that is going to make things so much easier
Speaker:for you because you're going to show up confident with self belief about
Speaker:what you're talking about, and then that kind of takes care of itself.
Speaker:That's so good. And I love how simple you are making the
Speaker:process, right? Not just over complicating
Speaker:it and giving all of these things. It's just very simple
Speaker:I want to focus in on the process that you said they need to have
Speaker:a process. Like, how are you getting your, potential clients from
Speaker:point A to point B. So, in terms of if somebody
Speaker:doesn't have a process, right? Or maybe they just don't know what it
Speaker:is, or they haven't quite. Mapped it out themselves.
Speaker:do you have any suggestions or tips for how somebody can kind of
Speaker:create their framework or their process for their
Speaker:course? Well particularly because obviously everybody's situation
Speaker:is different and to be fair course does not necessarily have to
Speaker:Um, I say solve a problem because it does need to solve a problem But
Speaker:it doesn't have to be like an end result when I say this I mean
Speaker:like for example, it could be a course on just giving people
Speaker:Information that is targeted to what they want right instead of like
Speaker:a transformation Like maybe lose weight or lose five
Speaker:pounds, right? Which would be different so process for example to lose five
Speaker:pounds Maybe you have a meal plan, you have exercise regime, right? You
Speaker:have all of those things while compared to if you have a course that's going
Speaker:to teach somebody to set up, I don't know, for example, to make a decision.
Speaker:Let's say, for example, you have gone through this process
Speaker:of wanting to decide if to vaccinate your kids, right? I actually came across this
Speaker:with, um, uh, an account I was looking at. And so she
Speaker:was a bit Confused as to if she should vaccinate her child, right? And she
Speaker:was like going online, looking at all these things. There's so much information out there,
Speaker:so much overwhelmed. And then she came across a course that literally was
Speaker:just giving her the pros and the cons of vaccination, the pros and
Speaker:the cons of not vaccinating. And that was it, right? then from the information that
Speaker:you get, you make your informed decision, right? So for example, if
Speaker:you're having a course like that, that's just giving people. Targeted
Speaker:information your process is going to be different if and then if you have a
Speaker:transformational step, you know So it all depends on what
Speaker:exactly is your outcome What is it that you're going to help your clients
Speaker:or students to get? And then I will help you to break down your process
Speaker:because a lot of the times we may be doing something But we don't know
Speaker:that it's actually a process that we're doing to get to that step
Speaker:Um, for example, as I said before, you may have all of this
Speaker:information and now we need to bring it into a more bite sizable,
Speaker:um, like easily understood package for your people
Speaker:as well. So it's just a matter of looking at that That's really
Speaker:interesting. I never thought about because in the online space, I always hear
Speaker:people talk about the transformation. What's the transformation? What's the transformation?
Speaker:Right? And it just never crossed my mind that you can just provide
Speaker:information a course. Like, that's.
Speaker:A huge mindset shift, it takes a lot of weight off well, I'll speak for
Speaker:myself. I know I'm always trying to create things that
Speaker:are full of value and
Speaker:like, we're just always trying to pack a bunch of stuff into our,
Speaker:our programs or our courses and things. But even just hearing you
Speaker:say it can be just information. enough. It doesn't have to
Speaker:be like this whole huge transformation, which
Speaker:if you're doing that, that's not bad. That's good. But, that's really
Speaker:interesting. Okay. because when you think about it, right, you're going to be
Speaker:saving some because of course, let's say, for example, of course, our program is going
Speaker:to help somebody save money. Save them time, save them energy, save them
Speaker:money. Right? So let's think about, for example, if somebody, a mom
Speaker:specifically wants to find out particular information, you have done tons of
Speaker:research around, like you have spent days doing this research and you have come
Speaker:up with this and you're like, okay, now I can make an informed decision. There's
Speaker:somebody out there who's doing the exact same thing going like, Oh, I just wish
Speaker:I had a website that they just go on and just get all of this
Speaker:information. You know what I mean? And yes, you could, I know people would be
Speaker:like, well, you could go to YouTube, but you could go to website, but. Sometimes
Speaker:people don't have time to be searching for that. They literally see your course that
Speaker:says, I'm going to give you all the information that you need right here.
Speaker:And then they're not thinking about the money or whatever is
Speaker:saving them. Click. I want that. I've got everything done. That's so good.
Speaker:Definitely. Um, giving a different perspective, at least a
Speaker:different perspective for me. So hopefully for you all listening as well.
Speaker:Um, now we've kind of already gone through action steps people can take, but
Speaker:do you have any other final action steps or tips
Speaker:for someone who is. It's ready to create their
Speaker:online course. I know this might be a bit like,
Speaker:I know, because I feel like when we hear online course creation, we always want
Speaker:to hear about the tools and the strategies of the actual course creation. And don't
Speaker:get me wrong. It is important, but going back again as a course
Speaker:creation coach, I know that it all starts with us,
Speaker:right? It starts with our mindsets, our beliefs and everything
Speaker:else. One of the things I start off with, and that's powerful in my
Speaker:own course, as module one is that we go through, which is
Speaker:something I call the power framework. And it's a framework that the Lord gave
Speaker:me and that I teach my students as well. And it is, this is where
Speaker:the life aspect comes in with that whole renewing your
Speaker:mind and just seeing yourself the way God sees you. Right. And in the power
Speaker:framework, it's essentially allowing you to see yourself. step into your power,
Speaker:step into your authority with Christ, that you could shift certain
Speaker:strongholds and mindsets that were holding you back. And I
Speaker:do not stress this enough. Like you could have all the tools for a
Speaker:cause. And if you're not right, right there, It
Speaker:is slowly going to burn out. You may start on the high, but it's
Speaker:not going to be consistent. I can tell you that for a fact. So one
Speaker:of my powerful framework is the power framework. I teach that. And I
Speaker:also like to practice this a lot within myself and it breaks down
Speaker:everything from prayer to. To forgiveness, to
Speaker:not wavering in your faith and your belief in what God has called
Speaker:you to do, you know, your emotions and knowing that your emotions are just your
Speaker:feelings and not let them control the ship, as we would say,
Speaker:you know, your actions. And then of course, um, as moms, it's.
Speaker:Stepping into that self care of surrender and relaxation and
Speaker:releasing so that you can receive the things that God has for you So
Speaker:it's very it's simple, but it's very deep as well And it's
Speaker:a foundational part of that self belief and that impossible that we
Speaker:spoke about earlier as well. I love that you focus on those
Speaker:things that it's not just like, Oh, here, create a course, use these
Speaker:tools, do this strategy. Because a lot of the results
Speaker:that we see in our business is due to who we are, how
Speaker:we operate, how we react to certain things, you know, how
Speaker:we're connected All those things. So I love, love,
Speaker:love that you are focusing on that foundational piece. Um, and
Speaker:having the tools be like, it's like, I love, I love tools, you know, I'm
Speaker:into systems and tech and all that stuff. I love a good tool, but
Speaker:that's literally even with the things that I teach, the tool is the last piece
Speaker:of the puzzle, literally. So if you guys are ready to get
Speaker:your course started, Definitely connect with Zannie so she
Speaker:can guide you and help you. Yeah, so just to be clear, I
Speaker:didn't just like give you the mindset, you know, just leave you on your own.
Speaker:I do give you the tools. And as I said before, because I am very
Speaker:much familiar with these programs, MailOnline and Thinkific, I teach you how to do
Speaker:that. So you're not on your own. And these platforms are really, really simple. When
Speaker:I say simple, I can do it. You can do it simple. It's
Speaker:really simple, you know, but yes, I do have a course called Course Creation for
Speaker:Busy Moms. That's a self study course. And it basically takes you
Speaker:four modules and it breaks down everything for you so that you
Speaker:literally can create your course in six weeks or less, right? So like you can
Speaker:binge watch the videos and follow step by step and you literally can
Speaker:do it But I also offer a six weeks one to one program where
Speaker:I work on that mindset piece where we're doing the implementation And
Speaker:I also walk you through As well for the course creation. So
Speaker:we do it together and you also get access to the course to whether you
Speaker:work with me one-to-one. So you get life them access for that. And as I
Speaker:was mentioning before, I've introduced a done for you surveys because I realized that a
Speaker:lot of people may not have the time to actually put up their
Speaker:course. So the, in this instance, we do walk through the
Speaker:process and stuff that you wanna do so that I'll let you create your video,
Speaker:whatever you're doing, your audio and whatnot. But then I would upload it
Speaker:and create the course on the platform for you. Because I obviously am
Speaker:not going to be able to create the course the way you will, because it's
Speaker:your course, you know? But these are the three ways that you can work
Speaker:with me and I can really support you. Um, yeah, that's it.
Speaker:But it's really exciting because when you think about it, right, you've done the work
Speaker:up front, you've created something. And as a busy mom, honestly, we know how it
Speaker:is. We just talk about that, right? Like the way I teach is that you
Speaker:could spend one to two hours a day and that is creating the content now
Speaker:to just
Speaker:Market, you know, market. We just like being visible with your course
Speaker:and putting it out there, but it does take a while to find kind of
Speaker:like get that message in clear and learn how to kind of use your voice
Speaker:and how to share your story and I would not make it sound like it
Speaker:may happen overnight. You know, there are strategies around that. And especially if
Speaker:it's new to you, it could take a while, but that's some of the things
Speaker:that we work on. It's just sharing your story. And I do recommend to
Speaker:my mom's is and I said before, you receive something or, you know, create a
Speaker:course around something that you have gone through yourself so that you can share your
Speaker:experience, your story and people are going to connect to that, you know,
Speaker:so that is how it's done. Yeah, I love
Speaker:that. And I'm glad we were able to have this conversation. I definitely
Speaker:wanted to talk about the course creation because you mentioned it. Like
Speaker:we are busy moms and we don't always have to
Speaker:recreate the world, just creating something that we Spend
Speaker:time up front a couple of hours creating and then it's there and we can
Speaker:get paid repeatedly for it. It is giving us that
Speaker:time freedom that we desire, right? And
Speaker:positioning us to be able to be present with our
Speaker:kids, what we really, really want, right? So I'm so glad we were able to
Speaker:have this conversation. So I want to circle back in the beginning. We talked
Speaker:about. Uh, what you're enjoying in this season of
Speaker:motherhood. What's something that you're finding challenging
Speaker:right now with motherhood and how are you tackling that?
Speaker:The challenge, again, I think as entrepreneurs, we always want
Speaker:to do more. Let's be serious, right? You want to see more results. You
Speaker:want to do more of this. And so this be a present thing I talk
Speaker:about is because it's, it's an ongoing thing. I think we all have to just
Speaker:go through every single day. You know, there's the times where, you know, I want
Speaker:to do something, I want to send off an email, I want to record a
Speaker:YouTube video. And that's the day when the baby wouldn't sleep. And you know, there's
Speaker:all these times that come and many times, this is the practicing of what I
Speaker:teach. It's just going back to It's going to be okay.
Speaker:Letting go of the overwhelm. Just trusting the God, trusting God that it is going
Speaker:to work out. Everything is going to work out. And so one thing I said
Speaker:to my clients, and I think sometimes, um, people look at me
Speaker:like, what? I have learned how to just slow down time.
Speaker:Sometimes when I tell you, slow down time is like, My friend said to me,
Speaker:how is that? You're able to watch your shows, read your book, do this
Speaker:in your business. And I can't even do this. And I'm like, it's all about
Speaker:your mindset and the way that you think about things and the way that
Speaker:you really process what's happening around you and react to it. You know, so
Speaker:I'll get so much done when it comes to productivity. I'm super productive, but it
Speaker:takes. You really being aware of your thoughts
Speaker:being aware of what you're saying I literally suck myself something when i'm saying something
Speaker:like no, no, no, I backtracked that no lord. I don't mean that This is
Speaker:what I mean instead Right because you have to be careful with some of the
Speaker:things that we say because we are speaking a lot of things into our Existence,
Speaker:you know, and we are recreating things with what we say and what we believe
Speaker:or what we think So in the spirit of manhood i'm telling you many times
Speaker:i'm feeling over i'm like, nope, daddy You're not overwhelmed. You just need to step
Speaker:back, you know, you talking yourself through it and just trusting that where
Speaker:I am right now is exactly where I need to be. And I will get
Speaker:to where I need to go. That's it. That is so good and a
Speaker:perfect way to wrap up. Oh my goodness. This has been such a
Speaker:great, great conversation. We definitely could keep this going. I just
Speaker:wanted to, highlight something you just said. You were talking
Speaker:about how you have to stop yourself and be very aware. Like this
Speaker:journey requires lots of
Speaker:intentionality and being self aware to
Speaker:be our best selves. And so I'm so glad that you mentioned that because
Speaker:without that, we will feel that overwhelmed. You will feel
Speaker:stressed if you're just not super intentional about how you
Speaker:are. Thinking about things and responding to things.
Speaker:And so so glad that you mentioned that. So I want to say
Speaker:something with that too, which is so good. I suppose I said this to a
Speaker:client of mine. I said, one of the things that we need to do as
Speaker:moms is to set our priorities. And here's another thing that doesn't, that
Speaker:actually eliminates my overwhelm is my priorities in my life,
Speaker:right? My priority is first God, then my family, and then my business.
Speaker:And so when you feel overwhelmed and you prioritize these things first,
Speaker:Second third, the overwhelm goes away because you know,
Speaker:God first, you spend some time with God, you make sure you have that time
Speaker:with God. Then, you know, when you're feeling overwhelmed with your business and your
Speaker:children need you. Your children first priority, you know what I mean?
Speaker:And then your business. And then when you have those in place, you don't, and
Speaker:you set boundaries around that. It's so much easier to let go of the other
Speaker:one because you know what, where your attention is going to
Speaker:be, you know, what's, what's most important. You know? Yeah,
Speaker:absolutely, absolutely says have this, so it's an audio
Speaker:course. The Harmony audio course and a part of it talks
Speaker:specifically about that, right? The brand we talk about how to
Speaker:create and experience work life harmony and
Speaker:prioritization is a big piece of that, like setting your
Speaker:priorities. And it's literally that
Speaker:God, I put myself in there, but God,
Speaker:self, family, then business. We are so
Speaker:aligned. So I love it. We're going to do like a part two or something
Speaker:else because this is just too good. absolutely agree with you a hundred percent.
Speaker:I think once we get those things clear, we will eliminate so much
Speaker:overwhelming guilt and worry and anxiety because you know
Speaker:what comes first. You don't have to worry about it. You know, it's done. Yeah.
Speaker:Love it. It's done. This has been so good. So we'll be
Speaker:sure again, to put all of your information in our show description so people can
Speaker:connect with you. And if you have any final words that you want to leave
Speaker:with the moms, feel free to share that with us now.
Speaker:Yes, absolutely. what I think I really want to leave with us moms
Speaker:is that what we think is not important and what we
Speaker:think a slight is so much important. So
Speaker:valued by others and I want us to really remember that
Speaker:Because we take ourselves so much for granted and love that you said, you know
Speaker:God and you because so many times we put ourselves
Speaker:down we doubt ourselves We worry and even when it comes to
Speaker:self care and just taking care of ourselves, you know We always
Speaker:put everybody else above us. So just to just to Just be aware
Speaker:that what you have or what you know God has already given it to you
Speaker:because he wants you to use it because he knows that you're capable of
Speaker:having it because he Trusts you with it, right all of these things And then
Speaker:if we believe that we will really show up differently I really think so like
Speaker:one of my affirmations I keep telling myself in my business specifically Is
Speaker:that who I am right now is exactly who I am what I'm
Speaker:here to do. That is perfect for what I'm here to do. Because sometimes we
Speaker:think, oh, if only I was further along, or if only I had done this,
Speaker:if only I've done that. No, who you are right now is, it's perfect for
Speaker:what God has called you to do. You know, that kind of thing. I love
Speaker:Thank you so much for joining us here in the suite for sharing your
Speaker:wisdom, your amazing energy, and your
Speaker:expertise. And so look out for part two, you
