How can we make better choices? In this episode of Reality Poke, we take a decision to investigate choices, and how those choices create our reality, our personal lives, and also the world around us.

Each choice we make is made from a singular moment of truth, with the information we have available in that moment. And each step forward from there is infinitely changed - just as we are as individuals - by taking that choice. 

Today, I take you out into the wild, to walk with me and The Crew, my energy collective, as we ponder Choices and Decisions surrounded by nature, as we take the conversation  further on from Poking about Truth (the last Reality Poke episode) and link that further into how we can make aware choices, and be kinder to ourselves, in our lives.
