Today I have a special guest co-host Xavier Kain. We talk about our journeys away from shame to authenticity. We discuss how religion played a part in the shame we felt in our lives. We laugh, tell stories, and go on tangents. However, we try to maintain the thread of shame and it's effects throughout the conversation. See if we managed to keep the thread going. Xavier Kain is an Ontario-based intimacy & sexual surrogate with a unique, holistic approach to sexual education and sexual wellness.
