I’m the Owner and Founder of Healthy Italia, an Italia Marketplace and Cooking School. If you are interested in learning more about starting your own business, Italian food, and personal growth, which is my passion together with business, you are in the right place.

The reason why I have decided to start this podcast is because I want to create a collection of all the lessons that I’ve learned through my mistakes and all the success that came through the wins. Going over all the stories, fun facts, and anecdotes I’ve experienced during this adventure that I started a few years ago.

One of my favorite quote’s is actually from a Spanish philosopher that says, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” And I truly believe that I don’t have the time to keep repeating the same mistakes to learn the lessons. When I make a mistake, I want to learn the lessons that I have to remember. This is why I decided to record this podcast, so I can remember first and foremost what I’ve learned, and I can also share it with somebody else who might be going through the same situation. And I can help you avoid making the same mistakes that I did. Also, because I’m trying to learn from somebody else’s mistakes because I don’t think I have the time to learn all the lessons by mistakes. I need to prevent some of them.
