Maggie Bisase is an Executive Assistant that has worked at American Express for the past 31 years. Originally from Kampala, Uganda, she lives and works in Jacksonville, Florida, where she is a notable woman of faith in her local community and a proud grandmother with a capital 'P.'

Her team at AmEx made the shift to remote working five years ago, allowing us to discuss what long terms company transitions may look like for many. We also spoke about ways of managing wellness while working from, and how it will take adaptive leaders to develop emotional intelligence to foster inclusive company cultures.
