Sean is on a mission to break down barriers, destigmatise mental health and build a culture of compassion and understanding! Drawing from his own experiences struggling with anxiety and depression in his teens, he'll talk about what he tried, what worked and what didn't, emphasising that just like everyone's story of how they ended up with mental ill health is unique, so is the path to recovery.
