The Apology Language

Did you know forgiveness is the foundation of our faith in Jesus? Also, forgiveness is an important virtue in the life of any believer, yet over 90% of Christians struggle with forgiving others. Jesus Christ gave us unfathomable free, fair, and unconditional forgiveness. We need to learn how we can effectively forgive others if we are to represent Christ and be like Him.

In this Therapy Thursday episode, we will review Gary Chapman's book on apology languages, where he talks about five simple steps you can apply to ensure that when you apologize or seek forgiveness from somebody you hurt, the apology will be felt and validated. This is an episode you do not want to miss.  Stop the sorry not sorry and experience the freedom of taking responsibility for your mistakes and making things right. "As far as it belongs to you, live at peace with ALL people". The secret to healthy relationships.
