Since what feels like the beginning of time business owners have been hardwired to think that working themselves to the bone is the only way to be successful but that’s not necessarily the case. A lot of business owners think to themselves “if I just get through this busy patch, then I will be able to relax”, but that an endless cycle as “busy patches” seem to continually pop up one after the other. When business gets like that, which it does, it can become draining and effect your mood and motivation. Because you are a leader, it is likely that it will rub off on your team, and even your family, or social groups. So it’s important to learn how to stop the busy patches.
