Shownotes

I reflect on turning 34 and being solidly in my mid-thirties. While I don't mind aging, I am a fool for nostalgia and am blown away by how quickly time passes. Nonetheless, my 33rd year has given me many lessons, and I'm excited to settle into the person I was always meant to be at 34.

In the advice section, I discuss how to find direction and purpose in the middle of life. As someone who has achieved some of the goals I set out for myself in my twenties, I offer advice on how to set new goals and deal with the fear and uncertainty that comes with taking risks.

I am grateful for the opportunity to share my thoughts and experiences with you on this podcast. I appreciate every listener, and I hope that my words help you embrace the messy middle of your own life.

As always, I appreciate your support and feedback. Thank you for being a part of my journey.
