Shownotes
This week I have a special treat for you. We’re taking a break from our normal format of interviews to ponder briefly on Advent and Christmas.
Christmas was always one of my favorite holidays. As a child, I loved the songs, the family, the friends, the snow (really), and of course, the presents. As a college student I learned about Advent, the season of preparation where we remember the Messiah’s incarnation and look forward to His immanent return.
This week I pray that your heart is full, yet wanting for more of God. Join with the millions as we say, “Maranatha!” Come Lord Jesus.
Along with my short monologue, I’m sharing a special treat – a new recording of the ancient, O Come O Come Emmanuel. The copyright and licensing information is below. Enjoy!
