about the layers of healing, or the layers of beliefs. So when

you are healing trauma, or when you are rewiring, limiting

beliefs that have been in your mind your entire life that no

longer serve you, whenever you're doing this deep internal
Speaker:

work, it is important to remember that there are layers,

there are new levels of this that are going to continue to
Speaker:
00:00:53
come up as you continue to grow as you continue to uplevel in
Speaker:

your life. So maybe you have uncovered a certain level, you
Speaker:

have uncovered a certain layer and you feel that you have
Speaker:
00:01:07
healed from this, and then maybe a year, six months down the
Speaker:
00:01:11
road, you start to notice that thing creeping back in. And this
Speaker:
00:01:15
happens when ever we're on the verge of a new level, when we're
Speaker:
00:01:19
on the verge of the next up level of our lives, some of
Speaker:
00:01:23
these deeper layers will start to come up again. And it's not
Speaker:
00:01:29
that you didn't overcome that belief. It's just that you
Speaker:
00:01:33
overcome that layer of that trauma, that layer of that
Speaker:
00:01:37
belief that you needed to at that certain level. But in order
Speaker:
00:01:41
to continue to grow, a lot of times, we have to dive back into
Speaker:
00:01:45
it and dig a little bit deeper, because there's new levels to
Speaker:
00:01:50
these past experiences, there's new levels to these limiting
Speaker:
00:01:53
beliefs that we're have to understand at a deeper level to
Speaker:
00:01:57
continue our growth. So

I am currently experiencing this right now, actually, which is
Speaker:
00:02:05
why I wanted to chat about it. There are thoughts that are
Speaker:
00:02:09
coming back into my life that I haven't had in a very long time.
Speaker:
00:02:15
And it's something that I felt like I overcame, well, here's
Speaker:
00:02:19
the thing, and this is why
Speaker:

I talk about this as a journey, right? Because there's not an
Speaker:
00:02:25
actual destination where you've got it all figured out where you
Speaker:

no longer have any pain, any trauma, any limiting beliefs
Speaker:

that come up, right? It's a journey. So it's something that
Speaker:
00:02:35
we're constantly working on. It's something that we
Speaker:
00:02:38
constantly have to stay aware of and conscious of. And as these
Speaker:

beliefs are creeping back up, I'm like, wow, it's been a long
Speaker:
00:02:46
time since I've seen you, what are you doing. And I've been
Speaker:
00:02:50
digging deeper into it having like weird dreams and different
Speaker:
00:02:55
visions in my meditations that have been coming up that's
Speaker:
00:02:58
guiding me towards the direction where I need to go. So these
Speaker:
00:03:04
beliefs are coming up for me and my life as a guide to show me
Speaker:
00:03:09
the new direction of where it is that I want to go. And then the
Speaker:
00:03:13
people who I want to serve the people who I want to help and
Speaker:
00:03:16
reminding me that I have more work to do. There's deeper
Speaker:
00:03:20
levels of understanding for me to get to that next level of
Speaker:
00:03:24
success and fulfillment in my life. So remember, what Shrek
Speaker:
00:03:30
says, you know, ogres are like onions,
Speaker:
00:03:36
layers.
Speaker:
00:03:38
You're like an onion, you have layers, your trauma has layers.
Speaker:

Your limiting beliefs have layers, there's different levels
Speaker:

into your subconscious nine that we can tap into. And as we
Speaker:
00:03:50
continue our growth as we continue to uplevel we have to
Speaker:
00:03:53
tap into those deeper layers.
