Conflict: I know what you're probably thinking, you handle conflict well, right? Or, you might be thinking, I try to avoid conflict like the plague. Whatever your feelings are, conflict is all around us. The world is filled with conflict, discourse & resistance. We can't really escape it. If we are able to embrace conflict & get really comfortable with being uncomfortable, we might not have to run from it or try to meet it head on. Instead, can we use it as an opportunity to learn more about ourselves? I believe that a lot of conflict we experience is actually a way of teaching us exactly where we are stuck & what we still have to learn about ourselves. If we can flip it into a powerful tool to discover deeper meaning, we can enrich our lives, while leaving people whole, resourceful & capable. In today's episode I discuss practices you can develop to support yourself & others during conflict. Use every opportunity in life to learn more about yourself.
