Adam is a true creative who had the benefit of being nurtured from a young age by his parents and his teachers to embrace his creativity. His life has brought him to Europe and NYC at times, but he's back in Rochester, where he's from, and has built the brand Chick'n Out into one of the most respected brands in the food scene in Rochester today, serving the niche of high-end fried chicken.
