Angela Freeman is a Human Resources professional having served more than 25 years in progressively responsible senior management level positions in the Federal government and several HR leadership positions in the private sector at association and for-profit organizations. She has served in Senior Executive Service positions directing the full range of human capital management programs for national and global workforces. She has had the unique opportunity to serve as a HR professional for each branch of Federal service managing diverse staffs, organizational change, working to maximize proficiency, improve program effectiveness and overseeing large program budgets, while supporting the agency’s mission.

She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and professional certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management (SPHR), WorldatWork (CCP) and is certified as a Federal Workplace Mediator (Northern Virginia Mediation Service). She recently earned a certification as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional with the University of North Florida. She has completed many leadership development programs to include the Notre Dame Leadership Development Program.

Angela is also committed to civic and community service. She currently serves as a member of the Leadership Development Committee and as Co-Chairman for the Mentorship Program for a local chapter of an international women’s organization (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.).
