TM 62: Being Grateful, Breathing & Writing Music

Welcome to the 62nd episode of the Thursday Meditations Show!

The goal of the thursday show is to show you our journey to hopefully help inspire you and hopefully help you relate more.

We also decided that Ty and I will have a fully free-form conversation on a New Podcast, called the All Things Podcast. If you want to hear us continue our conversation, listen to the rest on that podcast.

With that said let’s get to some announcements.

Before we get to the show, here are a couple announcements

On today’s episode, we start off hearing how Ty and his wife have started going on dates. This was in response to the challenge given to him from Justin to take his wife on a “wow” date for less than $50. 

We then talk about the action items given to us from this week’s podcast guest, Cynthia Zhai. 

  1. Sigh with more sound to prep your voice up.
  2. Hum in the mornings to prepare your voice
  3. Think of 3-5 things to be grateful for.

Next we spend some time talking about gratitude and we mention a previous podcast guest’s experience getting a 2 word mantra from a guru. If you want to hear the full story, listen to the full episode here.

Lastly, I give Ty his new challenge and he chose:

To write a song for his wife.
