Sometimes we feel like we are all alone, like there is no one who knows what we are going through. This can cause us to live isolated, feel lonely and hopeless. Jesus took on humanity, which means he took on weakness. He experienced every trial and temptation that we could ever experience, but he never sinned. He overcame every weakness of humanity, even death. Since he understands us, and knows our suffering we can approach with confidence in prayer and confession, because we know that he knows what we need.
