In this episode, we keep going on the journey theme. We’re recording during the Tokyo Olympics, and we get to see many athletes who’re pouring their whole effort and the culmination of years of training into their event. That preparation was no sprint. It was most certainly a marathon.

Life is like that. I get caught up sometimes in wanting everything to happen right now. It almost never happens. Things grow and develop at their own pace. That is the way of the Universe. The more I lean into that, the more I am able to create and love the process. Marathon only means that it is a continuing journey. We are not required to struggle all the way. The journey is the joy of the Ultimate Life.
