Michael Dean, also known as the Property Funder, founder of Avamore Capital, sits down with Phil Gray, Managing Director at Watts Commercial Finance, to discuss his career and how he got to where he is today.

Phil's career in banking and finance began in 1990, though he became Managing Director of Watts Commercial Finance in 2006 and has led the business over the past 17 years. His leadership took Watts through many tumultuous years with the credit crunch solidifying the firm's key principles of honesty, integrity, excellent communication, service and most importantly delivering outstanding results.

Phil is now taking his tenacious attitude and applying it to the fight to beat cancer by taking part in an Arctic Trek across Northern Finland in early 2024 for Joshua.
