Examining our path forward is often a journey of self discovery.
What does that mean? It means we examine how we are operating daily–both physically and mentally.
We get really good at what we think and do often–we don’t even question it. WE can talk about what we want to change, but when it comes down to it–we revert to the old belief systems and how things are now.
It can be challenging to make decisions from a place we can’t see, but that is where we have the most power–and the most potential for change.
