What does it actually feel like to come back to yourself?

In this warm and reflective solo episode, Jennifer explores the quieter journey of returning to congruence — those moments where life feels a little lighter, more aligned, and more alive again. Through personal stories, gentle reflection, and the guiding anchors of values, vision, and vitality, this conversation invites listeners to reconnect with what truly matters and begin listening more deeply to the wisdom of their own inner compass.

What You’ll Hear:

- The often-overlooked “middle space” between burnout and thriving — the gradual journey back to self

- How values help us reconnect with what truly matters in this season of life

- Why vision is less about having a perfect plan and more about moving in a direction that feels aligned

- The importance of vitality, life energy, and listening to what opens or drains us

- How small moments of truth, honesty, and alignment gradually bring us back to ourselves
