Section 1

As Jesus hung on the cross between two criminals, He demonstrated His love through action, not merely through words. Dr. Dave emphasizes that Christ's crucifixion was never an accident or the triumph of His enemies but the voluntary fulfillment of God's eternal plan of redemption. Jesus willingly laid down His life for every sinner, proving that His love reaches beyond empty promises and is revealed through the greatest sacrifice ever made.

Section 2

Jesus died exactly as He lived—among sinners whom He came to rescue. Even while enduring mockery and rejection, He remained surrounded by those in desperate need of salvation. Dr. Dave reminds believers that Christ never despised sinners; He loved them enough to seek them, serve them, and ultimately die for them. Christians are called to follow that same example by drawing near to God, loving one another, and shining the light of Christ into a world that desperately needs His grace.

Section 3

The crowds challenged Jesus to come down from the cross, believing such an act would prove His identity. Instead, Jesus remained steadfast because leaving the cross would have abandoned the very mission He came to accomplish. His suffering secured salvation for all who place their faith in Him, and His commitment never wavered despite ridicule and pain. Dr. Dave concludes that the same Savior who refused to abandon His mission on Calvary will never abandon those who belong to Him, for His love remains constant, faithful, and forever secure.
