You have to stop what you’re doing, go hunting for it, click on a link that takes you back through three levels of menus, then read through a bunch of text—which might even be unclear—to try to figure out what needs doing next.

When it comes to processes and SOPs, you want your employees to be able to find and understand them quickly. 🔥
